Hi VRL team,
Being reliable and trustworthy travels we are crossing VRL sleeper for almost decade, but since redesign of sleeper seats to floor makes it more uncomfortable to back and cervical operated patients where they cannot sit on the floor, not only the patients but also normal passengers!!!
In hope to travel with more travel friendly seats in future.

    Your Executive Cheated from VRL booking counter- Hubli old bus stand office

    I came to your booking office at 4:30PM on 29th March to book ticket in AC semi sleeper bus.

    He told bus is only at 9:45 and sleeper is available and last but one seat so I paid and went as I was heading meeting. During boarding the bus it is non AC sleeper and he arguing that he was right. It is completely cheating and unprofessional behaviour of VRL team, I will be sending this message in all the social media channels, if I don’t get proper communication.

    I will never ever travel in VRL in my life again and never recommend anyone to travel as well.

      Ticket cancellation not accepting

      Address: Hubli or Bangalore in Karnataka

      FOr cancellation of ticket booked with VRL, customer care service is not humble and behaving rude in the phone call during the discussion.

      As per customer service executive tickets cannot be cancelled before 4 hour of departure boarding time.
      If this is so stringent action from the the VRL Travels,
      1. Why do the take booking before the 4 hour of departure time.
      2. Ok, as per the business point view, they...

      Dear VRL Team,

      I am travelling from pune to nagpur today. By your bus MH 12 TV2349.
      I have enclosed my ticket. My seat no. Is L19. This seat is continuously smelling with bad odour. I tried to wipe out this smell perfume but this is not stopping . At least company need to clean and check every seat. I can't take proper breath and fresh air.

      Please do the needful.

        Yesterday I booked seats for volvo ac sleeper coach but at last moment they have sent non ac coach and we have faced lots of problems.
        Our journey was from VIJAYAPURA to BANGALORE ON 23 MARCH 2022 at 10 pm and seat numbers are U19 U20 U26.We have paid amount for Volvo ac sleeper coach.
        So I request you to refund the balance amount.
        I have attached the image of ticket as proof.

          Myself and my family members are regular passengers of VRL travels. Mostly we travel in the months of December and March from Borivali Mumbai to Humnabad and vice versa. We are expiriance that we carrying luggage, when we ask driver/cleaner to put the luggage in bus dickky and we get down at humnabad or Borivali Mumbai, they ask money for it.
          Mostly loading and loading is fine by ourselves but they are demanding the money. Is it fare?
          Please ask or restrict them not to such malpractice.

            I am a regular traveller in vrl from last 10 years. Today due to non availability of seats I booked in other transport. In an emergency I went to use washroom, but the security and the manager in Bangalore Anand rao circle stopped me from entering washroom an used abusive language. Is this the way to treat passengers. I agree this time I have not booked in your transport, but is this the way to treat. A person enters a washroom when it’s emergency. This time really disappointed and will never use your services in my lifetime and will never recommend your services to anyone.

              I am travelling today with vrl and my family with me. But from last 5 hrs the bus was not taking stop for washroom for ladies.

              I request them to stop but they behave rudely.

                There is continuous rattling noise near my seat no.23 bus number MH09EM7510 of VRL travels.. when I asked driver to fix it he is saying it is normal and i can't fix it..

                    I journey hubbli to mangloore
                    I have train morng 7.20am in mglanglur couldnt reach bus right time.. I miss my train and waste of my time... Starting time 10.45 but bus started 11.45pm... Poor service... Not good service... Not helpfull service for customer... Waste service... Mangagment pleas care this issues

                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                      I am Akash Aramani from chikodi, I would like to make a formal written complaint against VRL travels.

                      Details:
                      Boarding point : Anand Rao circle Bangalore
                      Date and time : 11/01/2022 and 7;30pm
                      Destination : Chikodi
                      Date and expected time : 12/01/2022 and 6:00am

                      With respect to the above details I am supposed to reach my destination at 6:00am (this time is given by VRL itself in the ticket) but already it's 7:00am and I am still in Belgaum VRL stop and I am told that the bus will reach Chikodi around 8:00/8:30am

                      Two hours delay in reaching a destination ...?????
                      Why the hell VRL provide expected time then ...???
                      I have made certain plans accordingly and now who is responsible for all these things
                      Bus might be delayed for 20mins or 30mins
                      Which is acceptable . But 2 hours ????
                      Unbelievable
                      And they call themselves as the best travelers

                      I know you will ignore this compliant
                      But I just want you to know the truth

                        We are Shyam Traders paratwada .
                        I have booked goods in your cargo .
                        LR. No. [protected].
                        Sir the goods have reached at NANDGAON PETH AMRAVATI on 8 jan. ( Morning ).
                        & Till date i have not received the goods i.e. 11 jan.
                        The bilty mentioned that goods must be delivered at door delivery but shamefully your agent at NANDGAON PETH is not ready to deliver the same . Not only this the agent is also not ready to give the goods to me in hand . The goods are perishable goods which has very low life but i fell guilty to say that ur agent too rude & ur transport services are very poor due to these types of agent .
                        I think vrl logistics or that agent will not claim my loss which I occoured .

                            Bus num KA25D-0827 Belagavi to mangalore,
                            delay in travel time, bus river and conductor wasting time loading and un loading the parcel goods, parcel un laoding has to be only VRL offices not every where they want, today bus driver was waiting for owner to come to highyway road for collecting the goods, this is highly not accptable, wasting almost 45 min in the morining time, were passengers waiting to reach home and go to office etc, authorities must take all VRL buses,

                              Hi I didn't except this from your side today on 3/01/2022 I was traveling from Bangalore to sindhanur with bus number KA635332 the bus driver and cleaner both arguing lot . they left me in hotel Vrl travels refreshment near tumkur and went without any checking at all I ran behind bus for half km and knocked backside he didn't stopped at all and he moved on passengers opened the window and saw but your driver didn't stopped at all behind another bus came and he helped. in hotel they given food late mine mistake not there I was having laptop bag and lagauge in bus if I lost who was responsible.This the rude behavior frm your employees from next time I won't travel in your buses

                                My Lr.no is [protected] totally 8 bags were booked but received only 7 bags after a week. Called up and followed many times for the eighth bag but even after 15 days too it was not delivered. I cannot book a transport vehicle twice to collect 7 bags once and then for the eighth bag another time. So Tirunelveli logistics people promised that they will door deliver the eighth bag. But till now they didn't keep their words. They even deny to tell their names. I need this issue to be solved immediately.

                                  We have booked on 25/11/2021, Banglore to shridi along with the return tickets for Ac sleeper bus, the condition of the bus was too worst due to that my mother got back and neck ache, its a horrible 18:30hrs journey, they haven't provided blankets but the time of booking they have mentioned they will give blankets, we suffered a lot with that false assurance, 3 seats we have booked apart from rest 2 are not good at all.They promised to drop in shridi by 6am and dropped by 8:30am 2:30hrs delay.

                                  While returning back from Shridi to Bangalore by 3pm instead of Ac bus they have sent normal one, I said while coming also we have troubled a lot with this travels if we are not getting a good I asked for the refund, they convinced me to get into the bus by promising the refund in banglore.they have took us to pune there we have changed to the AC bus.again same thing blankets not given, just waiting to get down the bus if banglore comes but bus went to different places I have got doubt once and checked in google maps, then the distance shown as 1100 kms, but while coming from banglore when I checked it was just 976kms, then i went to driver and asked he said however they go they will finally drop us banglore.ya they did by 12pm, total 21hrs of horrible journey.resulting LOP to me and my brother for the late login in office.

                                  I went to VRL office and said I have paid 13500rs for 3 to and fro tickets and told yesterday Mallikarjun manager from Shirdi VRL office promised to give the refund but people in banglore VRL office not agreeing, after so much of discussion they offered me as refund of 300rs with a huge process. I felt like split on their faces but controlled myself and told I never ever book tickets from this travel and definitely not suggesting anyone to do so.

                                  Worst experience, worst service, worst maintainance with great worst staff.

                                    I didn't expt this from vrl tht but driver would take us for washroom breaks just on side of the road on Highway... Is this the service u ppl giving...
                                    Bus left at 8:20pm frm bgm and got to hear tht no stop for dinner, for wht reason ...
                                    All passengers are unsatisfied for this..
                                    Literary ladies gng for washroom on the road...

                                      Hi,
                                      I have just boarded the bus. A while ago, the driver had asked for extra money for my daughter who is 9 yrs old (traveling with a family of 4 members, incl 2 Kids). Have booked 3 tickets- 1 double and another single bed seat. He gave back money after sometime, demanding more. When I refused to pay him, he seemed to complain to the customer center. The person from the customer center ([protected]) spoke to me rudely under the influence of the driver, threatening to de-board in a remote area if money is not given to the driver. I have asked him to give seat against payment of money which is too against the proper bill. the seemed to get furious and talked arrogantly.
