Sir the goods have reached at NANDGAON PETH AMRAVATI on 8 jan. ( Morning ).
& Till date i have not received the goods i.e. 11 jan.
The bilty mentioned that goods must be delivered at door delivery but shamefully your agent at NANDGAON PETH is not ready to deliver the same . Not only this the agent...

In Davangere district their is no VRL office and restroom for passengers in 🌧️☔ rain, summer season no response from Davangere office person we faced this more than 3 to 4 years please do the needful...

Bus num KA25D-0827 Belagavi to mangalore,
delay in travel time, bus river and conductor wasting time loading and un loading the parcel goods, parcel un laoding has to be only VRL offices not every where they want, today bus driver was waiting for owner to come to highyway road for collecting the goods, this is highly not accptable, wasting almost 45 min in the morining time, were passengers waiting to reach home and go to office etc,...

Hi I didn't except this from your side today on 3/01/2022 I was traveling from Bangalore to sindhanur with bus number KA635332 the bus driver and cleaner both arguing lot . they left me in hotel Vrl travels refreshment near tumkur and went without any checking at all I ran behind bus for half km and knocked backside he didn't stopped at all and he moved on passengers opened the window and saw but your driver didn't stopped at all behind another...

My Lr.no is [protected] totally 8 bags were booked but received only 7 bags after a week. Called up and followed many times for the eighth bag but even after 15 days too it was not delivered. I cannot book a transport vehicle twice to collect 7 bags once and then for the eighth bag another time. So Tirunelveli logistics people promised that they will door deliver the eighth bag. We have booked on 25/11/2021, Banglore to shridi along with the return tickets for Ac sleeper bus, the condition of the bus was too worst due to that my mother got back and neck ache, its a horrible 18:30hrs journey, they haven't provided blankets but the time of booking they have mentioned they will give blankets, we suffered a lot with that false assurance, 3 seats we have booked apart from rest 2 are not good at all.They promised to drop...

All passengers are unsatisfied for this..

I have just boarded the bus. A while ago, the driver had asked for extra money for my daughter who is 9 yrs old (traveling with a family of 4 members, incl 2 Kids). December 21 I booked my ticket to bijapur. When I got into the bus...i requested driver to help me to keep my bag...but he refused and talked rudely bus number was 6003...such rude behaviour of him....

Sir, Yesterday in my journey Bus Driver is very worst not speaking properly with traveller behaving rudely and main thing Driver didn't stop at mentioned in ticket (Place ) speaking how ever he wants.. He droped us out of the place mentioned in the ticket. So take necessary action on Driver...

My consignment arrival date was 12 but it arrived on Friday itself and the staff is not at all co operative. He is just avoiding and not delivering it.. and today is fifth day that my consignment is hanging in Gaya which was departed from Mysore.. consignment number is [protected].. it was door delivery..
And I don't know what is the condition of my consignment..
Humble request kindly take action.....

Booked bus for today 11-45 pm and bus driver is telling me to wait upto 2-00am. That too in order to get in the bus he is asking me to come remote location at 2:00 am who will be responsible if something happens to me. Don't know why VRL like companies are doing these things....

I had a pick up van at 8:15pm today, they didn’t call me and saying the van already moved. I’m still at the pick up location....

I had booked my ticket with VRL Travels for Goa to Mumbai on the 2/12/2021.
The bus number is MH09CV0531.The bus broke down at Pune. The bus was in a bad state right from the start of the journey of which the bus drivers were aware of. However they still went ahead with the journey. How was the bus fitnees regime passed by the authorities. It is against the law and also a big risk to make passengers travel in a broken...

I had booked 3 tickets from Hubli to Mumbai for 30th Nov 2021. We got it rescheduled to 6th Dec because my parents were not keeping well.

Considering the rise in covid cases and my parents being senior citizens, we are planning to stay back for few days as it is a risk to travel especially when they are not fully recovered and the news of omicron cases being confirmed in Karnataka.

This is my worst experience with VRL travels. My dad was travelling from Pune to Shivamogga and Bus number KA41 D1668 journey date 24/11/2021 @16.45.
Bus drive gave stop to have dinner @10.45 P M and there was no stop in between for urine pass also..My dad was senior citizen his age is 65 he was disappointed with your service. You guys don't have commonsense or what? There will be aged people there need to go for urine pass in between...

It's the worst service they r proving. Everyday it ll be delayed to minimum 2 to 3 hrs. Upon that they do lot of time waste for loding n unloading at Gulbarga station which will take minimum one hour of time. We are booking the tickets to reach the destination safe n on time. But you are making us to wait....
