    I am typing this while traveling in your bus right now @ 11:15 pm with much dissatisfaction and disappoint of your service.
    Vehicle no. KA41D1464
    From Gokak to Banglore.

    This vehicle has stopped for dinner @ local Dabha which is very unhygienic and so low standard. When i asked driver about this..he
    told it's company's management decision.. they don't have a control over it. Just think of passangers who are hungry at night and having no other option they have to eat in such a places have no other option.. I thought VRL is a very reputable travel agency in the India and now I am bit skeptical.
    Please take immediate action on it and make sure you provide a better place to passangers to halt and have a good meal on a journey.

        Today I was traveling from Kalaburgi to Bangalore in VRL travels bus number KA 25 C 8550 stated at 7.30 pm from Kalaburgi point. While on the way it started raining outside heavily. After ten minutes water started dripping inside through window slides and wetted almost my seat/bed cover. Then, I complained about this to driver for that he said it's common.. I really pathetic by his answer. How neglectly these people can maintain the bus even after grabbing more fare than usual during week days.

          During the booking of ticket from Hubli to Raichur through your online portal, payment has been debited Rs.712/- but ticket not booked that time. However payment not yet refunded in my account. You are requested to refund Rs.712/- at the earliest. Again I have booked my ticket through Goibibo site for the same destination.

              Your service provider here at Bangalore chamrajpet branch has really poor service for bookings they take 1 hour for booking a single parcel and ask the customer to perform there works like writing the numbers on boxes. Really poor service.

                I had a parcel to be receive on 16/08/2021.But there is not any steps taken to deliver my parcel. Even if I contact them they use to say that they didn't received any parcel like that. But when I track that parcel, I came to know that the parcel had reached the hub. So kindly do the need.

                    On 16th of july i booked to ticket from hospet to bangalore and i did two transactions amount was deducted but ticket is not booked, after sometime i booked ticket by calling customer care and it took one transaction. another transaction amount is untill not refunded.

                        We Advanced Agro Industries Aurangabad booked material from Hyderabad with LR.no [protected] to Aurangabad on 15 July 21, it reached aurangabad in 17 July 21, Now your people saying it will reach to me on 21 July 21. It's taking 1 day to reach Aurangabad from Hyderabad. And 3 days within city.Thurd class service and behaviour of Aurangabad TPT and Aurangabad city office person very rudely, ut contents Agricultural material, once time is passed in agriculture there is no use of that material so update your services and in future I never book material with VRL logistics.. very very third class service

                          I have booked a ticket from Belgaum to Bangalore on 14/7/21 at 8.51pm through goibibo app and using upi, money also deducted from my account I got a mticket notification detailing me about the departure timing seat number and later when I came to boarding a dress office staff of vrl office they are giving me ### answers that ticket is not booked n all and
                          If my ticket is not book why you sent me m ticket with all details and if there was some issue then why your team dint call me inform me earlier who is responsible for this loss goibibo or your service

                            Such a faltu bus.. they cancelled bus Nd told me u can cancel tikit from Ur end 2days before booked tikit. They don't hv liabilities of customer after tht don't co operates the cust worst cust care Nd management... Very cheap

                                Dear concerned,
                                This is to complain about booking cancellation and not arranging seats for my family. On Our travel date July 01-2021 we were booked two ladies seats(lower double) along with 3kids below 3 years. AT the time of travel we are asked to adjust other seats which are single and not accomodate kids.

                                This kind of staff behaviour is not good ..!

                                Request to take care of Ladies and kids, give them seats accordning to their preference.

                                Kindly look into it.!

                                    we believe in prefer for your best services and truthful, but your own team is spoiling brand name for charging huge amount for lower volumes and as instructed by driver luggage rates are defined, what's the system?. every company has fixed rates and all employees will be knowing. but in VRL all luggage rates will be defined by drivers. Pfa of bill challen of luggage.

                                    kindly take this as challenge for company growth not for spoiling brand name.

                                      Hello, I'm Rama Krishna, and I'm from Guntur. I'm owning a business. Actually I came to parcel my courier to delhi. At 4 around and it took more than 2 hours to place the order. Literally I felt too bad about your service. The staff here don't have any basic knowledge or don't have any time sense. I got fed up with your staff totally.. is it the way to respond your customers. This is the worst situation I haven't face before. While customer is standing and talking to their personal calls is it the way to work.
