I had complaint of vu tv not working, engineer came to my place and got it checked and found panel need to be repair or replaced. he told me 5 - 7days for replacement/repair..

after 1 week i called service center they told me 15 days .

its been close to 1 month now .and iam yet to hear by from vu tv

as its been a pandemic its difficult to keep child and senior citizen at home .. and tv been only mode of entertainment. its very difficult for family to keep up with corona stress . i would like to request vu to give me replacement of tv if they cant change the part or repair it .as its already 1 month since complaint

      I am having VU 43SU128 model 4K Android TV. The price is high but not supporting popular APPs like NETFLIX.
      1. I tried installing NETFLIX from Google Play Store. Getting an error that this device is not optimized for Netflix (-14)
      2. I tried to install NETFLIX even from aptitude app. Same issue there too.

          When switching on the blue red light blinks and no vu logo or images are shown on tv. Total black screen. Tv was connected to vguard stabilizer and was working normally on last switch off. Tv was bought in 2017 via Amazon.

              I booked vu tv on March before pandemic, I got delivery on May, now I need installation.i have made call for ur customer care number on 10th of November for installation, they said it is chargeable service, isaid ok for that, they said it will be installed by 48 hours, until now it has not done, very very poor service.

                I have bought a 55 inches LED TV 5 yrs ago, everything is fine till date, but all of a sudden display has gone wrong, it's showing dull shade around 6 inches from above, unpleasant experience with the display . Please let me know how i can get it repaired.

                  Hi Team,

                  I would like to register a complaint for a worst experience I am going through with VU TV. I purchased the smart TV two months back which covered a 3 year warranty subscription. I am facing issues with poor video quality and buffering issues with a new brand product. I requested the team to get the product replaced and was told that I will only get the TV repaired. This is totally unacceptable since its only been two months. I was cheated and handed a faulty product. If I dont get this product replaced, I will not recommend this TV to anyone and will proceed with filing a case in the consumer court.

                  I hope your priority is customer satisfaction and would consider my request.

                      Dear Sir, I have purchased last year from Flipkart Online vu led 43 inches 4k android Rs.30000 within 8 days tv complete dead after that I have to make call customer care after that engineer come and checked to confirm tv dead then send back to services centre after waiting 3 days another tv received that pressing taking 10 days. then tv working after that repeating issue like tv fully vertical line I will make a complaint to vu customers care ivr but available Eglish and Hindi only then I will write vu WhatsApp customer care number vu approved to send an engineer to after 3 days engineer checked to display problems conform to the registered complaint about services, he sends another tv local service centre 35 days conform with blue dart courier service. service centre holds to the tv 3 days i make several calls to the move to the tv service centre to my home, engineer opens up testing tv same issues like full-line and some area white patches then engineers problem identifying to repeating take that tv to the service centre.
                      then i will make to Chennai branch manager he told waits a few days I will confirm. after that 5 days, another tv received like LED 43 OA model he told me new tv because of more problems previous tv. engineer open the tv testing now screen no problem but this time table mounts stand not available that he told new tv. i don't understand how miss table mount stands in new tv box, I think he lies customer. after waiting 5 days i asked another manager in Chennai to fix wall mount because tv sleeping with my home. he confirmed to send engineer i make serval calls to this time engineer take one table mount stand but that stands different model not matching with my tv. engineer sorry sir i will fix tv wall Mount now manage to watch tv after table mount received from vu i will fix told, now the engineer shacking for this time tv inside some wall mount fixing thread shaft missing tv inside the panel to back cover support nut he told that new tv. this time another 3 days asked Chennai manager now 5 th days no one not Coming to solve my issue. in-between time take 5 days for office leaves managers committed but no on not coming to service my tv...

                      i am made mail to a lot of vu team no on no response to solved my issues, after-sales vu not a response to the genuine customer this is to think very bad experience VU TV

                      Kindly solve my problem or refund my money.

                            I lodged complaint regarding unserviceability of my 45 inch vu led tv model 45cu119 on 08 Oct 2020, complaint number vu789564. Till today it's at same condition. Came to know that model is out dated and difficulty in procuring spare parts. That means as a customer I have change my tv every two year. My led tv is only 2 and half year old. I am sorry to say I have made a mistake by purchasing vu tv. I have wasted my money. If a led tv priced 45000 and being outdated and no spare available for that, then I am not happy with this company product. I am sure that in another year if it became faulty once again then I have to throw it away as garbage. If it is policy if the company I will not suggest any one to go for the company.

                            Thank you very much for making me face the trouble for one month in name of outdated model. I will assure I will exchange it very soon and post everywhere that what I faced, other should not face. Thank you very very much for trouble me.

                              I purchased Vu 55 inch pixel light smart tv on October 15th, 2019 for 32000. Warranty period is one year it means warranty is till up to October 15th, 2020. After one day of expiring warranty, my tv display panel got problem on October 16th 2020. The whole display turned suddenly into red color after one day of expiring warranty. Company Technician came and checked said it and it was display panel problem. It should be replaced with new display panel which cost around 28000 and warranty cant be claimed as it expired.
                              I don't understand how fair it is to say that. After one day of warranty expired whole tv display panel got problem. Is it my fault or manufacturer quality fault. Why they are manufacturing such low quality products. My main doubt is that are they are inserting a electronic chip which creates a display panel issue which damages the tv unit after expiry of the warranty period of one year. As the tv unit is smart and it will be connected to internet, so it can be operated from the servers and chip can be activated after the expiry of the warranty period. So please kindly once look into the problem because the same problem was face by many customers.

                                Their was a problem of bluish screen view, so given for repairing on 10-9-20, Invoice No.: RC/20-21/05395, charged me Rs.9000. But within 10 to 12 days my screen got blackout, sound was coming out but no screen view. I had made again complaint to your service centre in Pune [Vu Technologies Pvt.Ltd.] The person came and took the Tv on 8-10-20 after long follow ups to Mumbai & Pune office. Now today when i ask for my Tv when would be repair & return the person at service centre in Pune describing varoius other problems such as it has sound problem, motherboard problem etc. I am realy shocked up of such answers, as there was no sound problem. I thought that Vu is reputed Brand, but now whole image has gone down. I also doubt that your technician are qualified or not. Pl. kindly do the needful soon .

                                  My tv is under waranty period problem with my tv is that only audio output is received its been for one and half month my complain hasbeen played with by dealer and company,
                                  i want to know what is fault from my side as myself being humble and honest customer of your product.
                                  I am told that there is short supply of same model.
                                  Is all have to be sufferd by customer only.
                                  Isn't it company's duty to serve customer.
                                  Do favourable as early as possible.

                                      Our tv is not turning on since 20 days we complained in company on first day it happened they gave number of one their engineer he said someo of parts of it is damaged that arrive will arrive from bombay it would take 3-4 days to arrive after that he didn't contacted to us and when we did they started giving exuces and ignoring us as same as vu company is doing ignoring and saying somebody will call us its been 20 days we want our refund
