    I have purchased VU 40 inch television from flipkart on 19/05/2020. As the warranty period was for 1 year, tv was running okay during this period. Then suddenly in July Screen started turning greenish, and after lodging complaints, we got no response from company's customer care service. I must say VU is cheap quality TV they build their products in such a way that problems start arising after the warranty period. No durability at all.

      My Vu tv is not switching on. I have already raise a complaint with the customer service before 5 days and complaint number is VU716507. I was informed that technician will cal me within 24 hours. But I didn't receive any call. I reached out to customer service yesterday for following up. I was told the same. But still I haven't received any call. I feel that the customer support of Vu technologies is very poor. Will there be any technician attending my query?

          Hi team,
          Last october our board got issue and we registered complaint technician came and replaced temporary board which is not match orginal headphone slot are not available. We call same technician he said no kit came we are in struggle

            I bought 50" vu led tv in Dec 2018 and now there is a problem with the display panel (Vertical lines on the screen). Since the warranty is only for 1 year, the Customer care says that engineer will take Rs. 600 per visit charge.This is pure cheating from vu company as they are selling cheap quality products which don't even last for 1.5 years.

            I request the consumer forum team to support and save me from such cheaters like vu tv.

              Vu655112 ticket number raised
              After 4 to 5 months of purchase of this tv we started getting flicker issues the screen started flickering
              Soon the service ticket was raised.
              The engineer visited and replaced part but after few month again the same issue started.
              Again ticket was raised and again some part was changed, after few month same issue again started and we where told if the issue again occur tv will be replaced
              But as per vu support they want to replace part again. We are not happy with this service
              Our tv warranty is going to end if after the part is change and still issue is not resolved then who take the ownership to replace the tv
              Please help to get this tv placed as multiple times part are changed and issue is not getting resolved

                  I have purchased Tv 39inch.. mother board problem after 1year 1month.. Again i replaced mother board with them.. they are taken that old board and replace them with old repaired board like they taken from some one.. with the amount of 2k.. it happend before 4months.. now again board problem.. They are using poor quality board.. which means they are using some one repaired board for new tv also.. if we asked that is the rule for vu company.. they will take repaired board from every one when replace another board.. Reusing is good concept but why i have to pay 2000 rs for repaired board.. If they put single closing circuit in that motherboard that board will work for minimum 4years but they will not close the circuit.. is this the way to earn money to peoples? .. Very very worst product in the world

                    I raised one complaint for tv not working on 27th june 2020, one enginner came and updated that some part needs to be replaced and it will then be replaced but till today part has not been replaced and no one is there to pickup calls and answer mails on vu tv side, very poor service and response also there is no proper way to contact them

                      My 32" led tv panel is not working since mid of may 2020. Due to covid pandemic and lockdown, i did not contacted any one.in june when i tried helpline nos., i cound't reach anyone. On vu whatapp no. No one picksup phone. On messaging the issue on vu whatapp no., one person came 2 weeks back. He took photos of bills and informed that one person will come by next day and do detailed check up and do replacement of any parts of required. Till now no one has turned up. Upon contacting that person on phone last week, he gave some other no. When that no. Was contacted, he did not give proper reply on when this issue will be resolved. He asked me to contact helpline no.
                      Again cotacting helpline, it was informed that someone will come and resolve the issue. So far no one has turned up neither contacted me.
                      My tv is under warranty period of 3 years (Purchased in sept 2018). It was replaced with another unit in dec last year when same issue occured.

                      It is my sincere request that this problem be looked into by some responsible person at vu and support

                        Hi all,

                        This is with great regret i am writing this mail. Following a complaint registered for a vu tv service, one of your technicians turned up.
                        After a thorough examination of the tv, he found it to be a motherboard problem. He replaced the motherboard with the new one and
                        Charged 4, 350/- for the same.

                        First of all, i felt that it costs too much for the piece. Not only that, the technician demanded the old
                        Motherboard in return. This is the first time i am experiencing such a thing. No one has ever collected old for a new spare.
                        My question is i am paying the full amount for the new one and why is your tech person demanding the old one.

                        Secondly, he is not even offering me the original bill for the purchased item. It's my right to have bill for the purchased item.

                        Previously i had many of my electronic items (Samsung tv, bpl, ec tv, and micro oven too) serviced at home.
                        None of the technicians did the same thing as your technician did.

                        After a long argument, i refused to give my old spare to him as i didn't feel that it's the right option
                        Whatsoever. That person strictly told me that he could not do service or replacement without the old spare.
                        And removed the fixed new motherboard from the tv as a result of the argument.

                        My question again is after charging for a new component no company will demand to take an old part.

                        Your technician went away without doing the service. Now i am leaving it to you. What kind of action do you want me to take
                        For such irresponsible behavior of your technician?

                        My complaint is still open and what kind of support you're going to offer to the dissatisfied customer like me.

                          I have raised a complaint (SR Number VU657187) but they have closed it without resolve. I'm using VU TV(43 inches ) and when we used the pen drive and unplug it and its internal blue material comes with a pen drive. It means the material quality is very poor. I raised the issue with the respective VU team and they said it damaged by a customer and denied to repair/change while VU TV us under warranty.

                              I have raised a service request in Feb 2020 but still i have not received any specific update on my service request for vu television till date.
                              Even after repeated call to their customer support and writing mails they only revert that they will call me in a day but never called back for the same
                              The customer support in vu is only for name sake the brand lack in after sales support.

                              I need to replace my TV as it is on still warranty period but I am not receiving any response from customer service.

                                I bought vu iconium smart 55" inches tv from flipkart in 64700/- on 15 june 2016. They delivered in a week. There technician came over and installed and put dish tv hdmi cable on slot 3 or 4 and we start watching. After few days i tried to connect my laptop with tv but i cant connect to slot 1 and 4. So i tried for screen mirroring which was not worked as well. So i used slot 3 and it's connected. But i ignored all this. But couple of weeks before i start facing problem with screen panel hanging and restarting again and again. So i called vu customer care and their so called engineer came over and can't find the problem. So he said i need to open it. He in screwed the panel and in mins 😡 he said ur motherboard have problem so i said fix it so he said na we can't this is 2015 model and company discontinue it's spare parts. We can't fix it and i said and we exchange it with ur company so he said we can give it[protected] for this. Better buy new one. So result is this dont buy vu tvs they used poor quality products and they dont have spare parts for their products as well. And their so called engineers are #. My biggest mistake i bought fraud vu tv company product. Do t buy it. Rest in hell vu tv company amd their owners.

                                  I have bought a vu 138 cm (55 inches) smart 4k ultra hd led tv pixelight 55bpx (2019 model, titanium grey) on 30/10/2019 which was delivered in first week of november, 2019. After receiving the tv i received call for installation, for which i requested installation after some time. The person who called me that i need to maintain the unopened box.

                                  Now, i want to take installation but i have been advised for charges. On my request call center person taken approval for free installation as this will be first installation. He also advised that warranty will not be applicable and he told me that tv may be damaged during that period.

                                  I just want to know that
                                  -can tv not damaged during transit to our place from company's place?
                                  -if this is the case i should be properly advised by the representative that warranty will be lapsed if the tv not installed immediately?
                                  Red lines are coming on the entire screen.

                                    I have raised service request in November 2019 Request No: VU576255 But still last week i.e. 09-Jan-2020 I had not received any update from
                                    the VU team from the first visited date by your technician till now i have
                                    called several time to your customer support for the update on the same.
                                    Then Customer support team gave me haresh and Kiran contact detail and asked to contact these two to get update on the same but again these people do not pick their phone whenever i call them. So I choose to write an email to customer support for the issue i was facing and after that on 9-Jan-2020 i was updated that replacement for my TV will be send in 2 day to my resident.
                                    When the replacement arrived on 12-Jan-2020 the television set sent to me looked damage with scratches in front and back side. After specking to haresh More and the deliver person assured me of exchange of the TV set
                                    which i didn't except and handover me delivery challan with mentioning of the issue on the replacement TV.
                                    Again When i contacted Kiran she didn't pickup call and the i tried haresh More number and he told me that he doesn't have any update and will revert me once he gets any update on the same. Same time kiran called me she gave me the same reply and asked me what haresh More told me. As soon I replied her with the statement given to me by haresh More he was on the call of kiran and started asking me why i told kiran about this with very rude and unprofessional manner and told me will update me in a day.
                                    Next day again i called kiran and haresh More for the update but both didn't picked the call neither they reverted me.
                                    Same day i escalated this issue to customer care and she assured me to give the update within a day but again till date no call was given to me from your end.
                                    Again today i called haresh More but his no was switch off, calling to his personal number i got the reply from him that he is for lunch and will revert me shortly but still no reply has been given to me from your end.
                                    Till date every time i have to follow you on calls and email wheres you must have given regular updates to your customers.
                                    Its very sad being a Reputed company you people fail to your after sales service and keeps person like haresh More and Kiran for customer/technical support. Better give them training on how to deliver friendly and helpful service and talk to your customer.
                                    Now I think why people choose big brand like LG and Samsung even their product price is high its due to their product Quality and after sales service which will be much better than VU Technologies.
                                    Now I Regret my decision to buy your Product and will not recommend your product to anyone.
                                    I just want my issue to be resolved ASAP.

                                      Hi team

                                      I bought a vu tv from flipkart 6 month back and suddenly the picture display (Panel) went black, after three days of continuous follow up with the customer service and engineer was sent on 9th who said that the display panel usb (Port) is dead and we have to replace it. Nobody has to come yet. I request the vu team to support and resolve the issue asap

                                        I have noticed some playback and picture quality issues with my TV. The TV is producing the incorrect colors in 4k videos and the playback speed is fast by default for all content. After noticing these issues i lodged a complaint in the Vu customer care on 25 November 2019 bearing a call no.VU576611 but no resolution has been provided yet. Engineer visited to check the issue once and acknowledged the issue but didn't provided me with any resolution saying he will talk to the manager .Then I contacted the manager and he too acknowledged the issue and told me they are talking to the technical team about that but didn't provided me with any resolution or any estimated time for resolution. I contacted the customer care and took a follow up more than dozen times, but i was not provided with any resolution. After that i esclated this issue via email but still no resolution was provided. I have requested them to replace my Tv but the are not replacing my tv neither are they giving me any satisfactory response. They did'nt even replied to my multiple email that i sent them. I request the concerned authorities on this forum to help me out and provide me with the replacement of TV or a full refund. I have attached the relevant documents with this email.
