VU TV not turning on

Blue light on my VU tv is on but no display on the screen. Tried unplugging and plugging the power supply and holding the power button for 60 seconds but no luck. Can someone please provide assistance on this...

Installation of a wall mount for a 40 inch VU TV .call no VU885214

Absolutely frustrated dealing with your company. Simple request for a wall mount and installation to the call center asked to do a mail. Did the mail after rigorous follow up standard email formats sent asking for details of TV/ Serial numbers etc each piece asked separately. Asked to pay on line for mount - Paid immediately . Then told they will revert when the NEFT is received . Then when I asked about the installation asked to pay again...

Display problem

Bought vu smart tv 43inch from amazon, the sellers name is green mobiles which is in thiruvallur district. Vu Televisions google play store not able to install in vu 43 inch tv, not able to install apps like zee5, hotstar, sonyliv, etc

I purchased this tv on July 2020 june from flipkart by paying rs 15, 999, it was delivered on July 2020 and installation was done on July.

After few days i observed that the google play store is not working properly in the tv. I'm not able to view and install many apps in google play store (Like zee5, hotstar, sonyliv, etc and many more).
