The tv has stopped working after just 6 months of purchase. There is no response from anyone after repeated complaints. The product is under warranty, yet there is no attempt to rectify/replace it.

    When I plug the switch a soundly burst can hear and it is continuing whenever I try to switch it. So I contacted the technician, he replied, due to lockdown he can not attend it and suggested to replace the three pin. I tried it and the same problem is occuring.please attend it as early as possible.

      We have purchased a Vu 43" Android hd television wide invoice no.FADZX[protected] dated.[protected].

      Now, we have observed the below problems while viewing television.

      1. Sudden stopage of television for a duration of 1-2 min within 30 mins of turn ON. Same problem repeats every 1-2 hours periodically.

      2.Few channels are coming full screen where some channels are not coming in full screen. We checked it's a channels problem but it's not.

      3. YouTube and other prime videos are playing. After selection only audio is playing but picture is blank /dark screen.

      I try to attach the few photos of the problem but it's saying size is more than 32MB where it was just 3.28MB.

      I sincerely request Vu customer support team in regards with our problem resolution at the earliest.

        VU TV not turning on

        Blue light on my VU tv is on but no display on the screen. Tried unplugging and plugging the power supply and holding the power button for 60 seconds but no luck. Can someone please provide assistance on this...

              Absolutely frustrated dealing with your company. Simple request for a wall mount and installation to the call center asked to do a mail. Did the mail after rigorous follow up standard email formats sent asking for details of TV/ Serial numbers etc each piece asked separately. Asked to pay on line for mount - Paid immediately . Then told they will revert when the NEFT is received . Then when I asked about the installation asked to pay again - Did a second payment . 5 days and many emails later a courier is received that looks like a mount no installation yet .not sure if it will get done. One call from their call center to me from a person who did not have the facts of the matter ie did not know that installation has also been paid for ... Really frustrated ., This is not a brand one should buy anything from - Service is sad.

                      Bought vu smart tv 43inch from amazon, the sellers name is green mobiles which is in thiruvallur district. I can see lot of issues oo my tv, I complained to vu customer care and even amazon customer service regarding this display issue but both are denying to give service, according to them(Green mobiles) is unauthorised seller on amazon so they are denying to give service, now where should i complain as this is still in warranty, and has lot of issues. I request amazon to not to buy from such cheap mobile shops who does not know the meaning of loyalty. Once I was a proud customer of amazon but not now. Please sell genuine products direct from the factory.I request amazon and Vu tv to take my complain in consideration or else I have to place complain in consumer court.

                          I purchased this tv on July 2020 june from flipkart by paying rs 15, 999, it was delivered on July 2020 and installation was done on July.

                          After few days i observed that the google play store is not working properly in the tv. I'm not able to view and install many apps in google play store (Like zee5, hotstar, sonyliv, etc and many more).

                          - i raised complaint via email & by calling their service center ph no. But the response is not great. Please.look in to the issue.
