I bought a VU 50 inch Premium 4k TV which was delivered on 10th June, and installed on 11th June.

It hasn't been even a month, and today when I switched on the TV, display is not working. It has a blank screen though I can get response to Google Assist.

Please arrange for an engineer to visit on high priority.

    Red light problem

    The red light on the tv is blinking continously and the picture is not displayed
    This is the second time we are facing this issue

    Post warranty they will not even register a complaint unless u make a pre-payment of Rs. 1500/- for home visit to check the issue. Considering my TV is just 5yrs old it’s already had the panel changed twice and now the screen has gone off. Very dissatisfied with the product and even more dissatisfied with the service response

        Vu tv 55 inch when powered off asking to choose language then country, once selected it's showing a remote image highlighting back and home button. But not proceeding further inspite of pressing remote

            Vu is really producing scrap TVs which are last for within 1-3 years and mostly the issues are with display panel which cost almost same as price of TV we brought. When you approach them they would just say through extended warranty would help here, but it's unfair the TVs are stopped functioning for just 1-3 years span which customers are buying by spending 30K+ which makes the products are useless scrap. I would urge customers don't get trapped by seeing the offers and lucrative prices and waste your hard earned money for just worthless products.

              My VU tv display got damaged. Earlier I had complaint regarding the same. But "Display is not available, will inform when it is available" told to me. But neither the Display changed nor informed to me regarding the same yet. Kindly do needful to change the Display at the earliest.

                I am using VU tv last two years .. it’s was good.. but 3 days ago suddenly stopped and showing Vertical Lines, I have raise ticket in VU support team they charged 1500 to visit and inspect, technician was came after 3 days just he switched on the TV and he told there is panel problem the support team will contact you for repairing cost. He was not even a minute in my home for that they charged Rs. 1500. Very Worst in Service. Even Samsung they are charging only 350 for inspection

                I don't know how much they are going to ask to repair. Don't go with VU TV it waste of Money and No Service cost too much

                    This is to inform that, my Vu 100cm (40 inch) Ultra smart full HD LED Smart TV having Audio problem, which was purchased on 08.10.2019 having invoice no FAB1JM[protected] with 1 year warranty.
                    At the same time I have purchased Extended Warranty for 2 Year
                    by Flipkart Protect . Sold By: Jeeves consumer services Private Limited, having Invoice Number # EAAAAB[protected], Invoice Date:[protected]
                    My product in is under extended warranty period, requesting you to depute your service Engineer for rectifying the problem in my TV.

                              Few days back we've repaired VU TV from VU authorized service guy after logging the complaint via website at Rewari, Haryana.
                              The service guy, Mr. Sunil Sharma ([protected], [protected], [protected]) along with his son Yash Verma took Rs. 3, 500 from my family in name of replacing the TV screen but not given the warranty card even after repeated requests.
                              Anyway, the TV was working after repairing for few days. Last week, the same problem occurred and we have requested them repeatedly to attained the complaint but they are not coming.
                              TV serials are the only entertainment for my old mother. More than a week she isn't able to watch them.
                              Please help

                                  We are using VU tv last two years .. it’s too good and best .. but 4 days ago suddenly stopped, I don’t know what happened, technician was came, he told led light panal problem.. he will charged 20000, what I do...this is too much expensive..I’m middle class person ..my tv purchased instalment .. now how to I will pay ..please suggest that ..this is cheating VU company..last 20years I’m using LG TV, but still good working now .. that is branded tvs .. VU tv is not branded it’s my opinion
