I bought VU TV in 2017 and it was working fine until today. Suddenly it turned off while watching it. After that it is not turning on only voice is coming,
I gone through with customer reviews in gogle found out that this is happy with allmost all vu tvs I feel this is manufacturing defect, please assist

I am trying to get details of vu new smart tv but no one is giving proper detail .if this is case while purchasing the new tv then I wonder how r u going to give after sale service I have enough of proof to prove what I say. Now I am planning to go for other brand tv.

I bought VU TV in 2018 and it was working fine until today. Suddenly it turned off while watching it. After that it is not turning on. I can see the red light is blinking at some interval. No display . Please help me in resolving this issue

I had bought VU 50INCH LED on 26th of January 2022 from Kohinoor, Mira road. I asked for the same day delivery or next day delivery because I wanted to fabricate my wall mount stand.. this was clearly communicated to the store sales manager. I had also asked if there was only a mount stand available, so that the delivery can be recd next week as well. It wasn't a problem then.. they said the stand is inside the box and we need to remove it from that only.
I got delivery the next day.. the installation guy called me and I clearly mentioned that I do not need to install my tv, I just need the Mount stand from the box..so it's okay if you don't come. I will give vu a call when I need to install tv.
In both these cases neither of the person (sales guy from Kohinoor or the installation guy from vu) informed us that we can't open the box on our own. On 5th of January i called the vu services for installation and the guy came. He removed the tv.. tore the battery seal..put the battery by himself in the remote control, switched on the TV.. the panel is gone.. he accepted that the previous day he faced the same issue.. we raised a complaint.. but no response. We spoke to Kohinoor, even they raised a complaint but no response.. finally they called saying we can repair it but there's a charge of 28000 that u need to pay. I am very upset with Vu services.. as a customer I never knew I can't open the box. Either of the cases they should have atleast informed me.. if this matter won't resolve, i am going to tweet this issue and put it on social media so evryone will get idea of what vu does to it's customers.. furious

When power supply on only red and blue light both glowing but display not working

Hotstar app not working…asks to download the update from play store….but not showing the app in play store..pls rectify the complaint as soon as possible.

I have raised a service request about my VU 43 inches Cinema 4K TV had a led strip panel problem on 18th January 2021 on where i bought the TV, they told me we will take you don't worry we itself file a complaint and they promise me VU service person will resolve your issue within 48 hours but after 4 days i got a call on 21st January from VU service center, they did not give a proper response they immediately cut my call after some sec without asking the exact problem. On 22 one person called and came to home and Switch On the TV and take a picture of the issue and they went at the time they told it will take 4 days to get the led strip panel from Mumbai so please wait, but for that there is no intimation from VU service center side, i didn't receive a single message after that, till now there is no one is contacted us till now . we are so worried for choosing VU TV. Pleas do the needful at the earliest.

On screen near side panel vertical lines appearing, also one black ⚫ spot appears near down screen. Also one horizontal line is appearing....

My VU LED of 43 inch purchased on Oct 2017 through Flipkart is faulty since 21.11.2021 ( Intermittently getting off) . On 23.11.2021 I have lodged a complaint vide VU967976. But later I received a call and also e-mail instructing me to remit an advance amount of Rs 1000/- for technician visit. As no other alternative available I remitted the same. Thereafter one person visited my premises and without proper verification he declared that panel of my TV is faulty and need to be replaced. Very sorry to say that he is a incompetent person with very little rechnical knowhow. Then some person called me over telephone and repeated the same. When I argued with him, he replied that then we can replace the board and see how it works. For that also I need to pay Rs 4000/- in advance. What kind of customer service is this. Whether they are relying on trail and error method. Why they are not appointing competent person for servicing. Already around 2 months passed and still my TV is faulty.

Here let me quote another instant also, One of my friend who purchased VU on 2019 is experiencing same issue. Without even verification, they are telling that panel need to be replaced. Luckily his TV is under extended warranty.

In India I never heard like this before. For technician visit we need to pay service charge in advance. For parts replacement we have to pay the cost in advance. No competency in service. For small issues they are telling to replace the panel in almost all cases.

Humble request to educate all from refrain from purchase of these type of low quality brands. Also requesting for a speedy solution.

Tv was delivered 16th date in this month i have received message technician number's from flipkart but they're not respond

Tv is not working. Red and blue light turned on same time.
Vu 39 inch. Non smart tv.

Display issue after 1 year.

We have to pay 1000rs for technician to check the issue. Mostly It will be panel issue.

Panel cost will be 75 to 80% of TV MRP.

I was very happy when I bought my first led vu tv in 2019.
But after getting lot of frustration I'm writing this.
Since July 2021 my vu tv back light has been changed three times. But still now my issue has not been resolved by your respected dealer M/s cemos computers Trichy.
I think service technicians are not upto the mark.
They are not using company materials for servicing.
Very poor response and customer service.
If this situation continue then your brand will be in a bad state.

Red and blue light blinking and display not working

I have VU 40 inch television, while switch on the tv the Red and Blue light is glowing but there is no display, the screen is remains black.

I bought 50 inch VU UHD tv, after 2 years o[censored]se suddenly tv stopped working, service engineer came ans charged 1500 as visiting charge and told sir u need to repair panel and it will cost around 32k...I laughed and told r u kidding i bought this tv for 33 thousand and now u want me to pay 32k ??? Guys this is a cheater company..dont buy any product from vu...I never saw these type of problem in samsung or LG
