Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid the bill amount Rs:2603 (October & November together), by scanning the Billdesk Bharat QR code (Transaction reference number WVH[protected]), using Google Pay Scanner (UPI Transaction ID[protected] and Google Transaction ID CICAgODG67jCYA), against the WBSEDCL consumer ID[protected]Name: Rana Biswas).

The amount is debited from my bank account, google pay is showing successful transaction, but WBSEDCL is showing the status as payment failure.

Today i did payment of the electricity bill of wbsedcl for the month of OCT2021 against consumer id[protected] through BILLDESK to upi google pay transfer. Money got debited from my account but bill payment receipt is not generated. It is still showing the unpaid bill. Please solve the issue asap.

As I have paid electricity bill on 19th July 2021 through UPI, the transaction was done from my side and the amount was also debited from my account but the beneficiary (the WBSEDCL) confirmed that they haven't received the amount and in our next bill they added that amount along with fine.
As I have paid that bill through WBSEDCL electricity bill using QR code printed on electricity bill with Googlepay scanner. UPI transaction ID[protected] to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank), from Mr. SANTI NATH DEY (State Bank of India), Google transaction ID is CICAgODchpmnAw. The consumer ID is with the name of house owner as we were living in rent. Online payment status shows no history available and receipt for the same is also not generated. However, in Googlepay it was showing the transaction is successful. I request you to refund the amount Rs.2740/- which was debited from my account as it was not accepted by the beneficiary (WBSEDCL).

I applied for new connection - application No.[[protected]]. Reference ID[protected]. The connectioon has not been sanctioned so far despite the fact that all documents asked were submitted.apply date 02/11/2019. Payment amount 747.00 Transaction ID RIDD[protected]. I tried to rang up Domjur -CCC-3135400 and station manager but no satisfactory reply is given At the outset, i was told that the required documents have bee filed. When I gave the Dy. No. i was told that you will receive a call. But nothing has so far.

Everyday electric power supply off for 5 to 10 minutes without any reasons. It's happened 4 to 5 times in a day. Please solved this.

I paind the electricity bill via online mode (billdesk) and it ws successful but after that it my balance is showing stll 0 on WBSEDL portal to generate online voucher.
I also logged docket complaint 4 times but it's getting closer without any action.
Please reimburse my money and I have attached the bill details as proof

I made a payment via scanning QR code on the bill and paid exact amount and the amount was deducted from my account but still not received any verification messages or in wbscdcl forum still it's showing the payment is undone. How can it be possible for a prestigious websites?

Electric connection is not coming to my domestic meter box. My personal electrician informed it is a fault of connection from nearby electric post.

Sir/Madam,

I paid my electricity bill through Google pay using the QR code provided by the electricity bill, and the transaction was successful yet I didn't receive any confirmation, now after 2 and a half months I got a late fee notice saying that I didn't pay the bill, I checked the online portal the bill payment history isn't there .

I should not be liable to pay the late fee at all, please help me to resolve the above matter since clearly, this is a technical fault from their end.

I applyed for new electric connection for my home on noa para barasat electric office i submit all document after that they came for inspection and demand for brief for rupees 5000 after that i complain to the station manager then theye said we will issue a quatataion then i pay for the quation and after that they said we will reject your connection beacause you dont gave us brief

Madpur electric office's official helpline no is not reachable for a month now..

what kind of service WBSEDCL offering I just don't understand...

I have payed through Google Pay QR code scanner money has been deducted from the bank, yet there is no bill available on the official website as the officials at the WBSEDCL office says that no payment has been done. I have paid the same of the 24th September 2021 and still today no refund has been done. Kindly refund the money as soon as possible.
