Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid my electricity bill through Bharat QR code [UPI]. UPI reference ID is[protected]. However, I can see on WBSEDCL portal show they did not receive any payment.

How can I get refund or resolve this.

Who ever is seeing this post ... Do not waste your time contacting WBSEDCL.
I had created two dockets, however, they closed them without any resolution. I called them and they said they did not know about payment and all. After wasting my 7 day I contacted bank and bank refunded in full.

    I have made a payment of Rs :- 1941.00 via Google pay using scan by QR code
    ( Electricity bill ) to WBSEDCL
    ( billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank ) for the month of [ AUG'2021 to OCT'2021 ]against the customer ID :[protected] on 6 .09.2021, but WBSEDCL has not yet received the payment although the amount debited from my account. Account No :- [protected] [State Bank of India] debited with Rs :- 1941.00 on 6th September 2021.

    Kindly do the needful to refund the amount.

                Sir,
                Payment for electrical bill Rs 3362 was done via Paytm using the QR code on the bill on 11th June 2021.For consumer id :[protected]
                Payment receipt couldn't be downloaded from the Wbsebdcl site.
                And not reflected in my account .Also the company is now warning for termination of the connection.
                We have already paid the amount .kindly look into please.
                Attaching the screenshot of the payment via Paytm as proof.

                        I have done two payments on 8th May 2021 for Rs 586 and on 12th August 2021 for Rs 1287. But both are not reflected in my WBSEDCL account. The second transaction includes the dues of earlier bill as well which was also paid. So kindly do the needful.                             I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill using Vidyut Sahayogi App with GPay UPI. UPI transaction ID is[protected] to WBSEDCL (wbsedcl.[protected]@hdfcbank). from GURUPADA DEY (Central Bank of India). Money debited from my bank account and shows as Completed in UPI App, but no confirmation message delivered in registered mobile. Payment status shows payment failure in WBSEDCL portal.                                         My consumer no is[protected] .I was billed an amount of rs 4240/- for consumption of 698 units for sept 21 Oct 21 and Nov 21 qtr as my meter was defective..narration of the bill states " above amount on estimated basis as meter seems defective" . Now my flat has been lying vacant for the past several years and my normal units consumed is zero . My normal bill is the minimum meter rent which is rs 80/- . I approached my local distribution office immediately and submitted a written application for change of defective meter and reversal/ rectification of the bill. I did not receive any positive response from the local office and no solution regarding rectification of bill and my payment date is 16 th sept 21 after which I will be charged penalty for non payment . Now my question is what needs to be done from my end now if the local office does not acr ..whom should I approach . I have already visited local office (station manager)twice for follow up but nothing seems to move here. Kin dly help me as it is not possible for me to leave my office and run down to the local office for folow ups. Further online dockets for complaint is closed without resolution of the problem . Request your help on urgent basis.
