I had given the electricity bill of my house and our neighbors house via gpay on 22nd march. My payment was successful as it was received by wbsedcl which is present as a proof in my bank account passbook and in gpay app . I have the upi transaction id of that very payment. Now in this month they sent us current electricity bill with fine of previous bills amout as according to them they refunded me the amount after some days of my successful payment which was not even notified to me.
My question is I had paid within the given time but why should I pay the fine?

                Sir, we are regretfully information that every day power supply stopped for 2-3 hrs daily at our colony, MILANPALLY KHUDIRAM COLONY BARASAT Chander Bill, word no 26 the time of education...most of the time from 12 noon to 2 or 3 pm in a day. If want to talk with supply office Barasat telephonically, they could not co-operate us, even not received call Please solve the problem as early as possible & co-operate with kind. Thanking you.

                  TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

                  Hello. I am a resident of Ladhurka, dist. Purulia. It has become a daily feature for irregular supply of electricity and power cut when there is sufficient supply of electricity in the state. In a day 10/12 times power goes off, little rain and in thunder storm power is shutdown hours after hours. I feel, maintenance staff as well as Supervisor/IN charge are lack of management skills as well as technical know how.
                  I request you look into the matter urgently and take proper action.
                  We are the consumer and pay for the service.

                            I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill using wbsedcl/Billdesk gateway via GPay. Money is debited from my bank account and shows completed in GPAY, but Payment status shows payment not yet done in WBSEDCL portal. No confirmation message is delivered in registered mobile also. I have enclosed the transaction details for reference as well.
                            Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

                                        Paid bill ammount 1387 on 7 may, but got reversal the value 13may late night 2022. Now I have to pay late fine without rebate and online discount. I don't want to pay fine due to WBSEDCL problem. Either server prob or whatever there prob are. Mainly Vidyut sahayogi app is truely pathetic. Need a solution asap.
