Lost my working computer due to heavy power fluctuations.

On 20th July I have made payment of of INR--4246using the barcode present in WBSEDCL bill. Transaction is successful from paytm side and UPI ref id[protected] .But in WBSEDCL website amount is not showing as paid. Tried to contact multiple times in customer care as paytm is asking official document from WBSEDCL that against the UPI ref id they should tell that they have not received the amout.Please help me out. I am Panchkari Dey and I have paid my electric bill on 01/05/2021 with QR code . There has due date on 03/05/2021. I have paid through Paytm and my payment was successful from my bank. But the merchant has not received any amount till now . My Paytm UPI reference ID is RRN[protected] and my Bank of Baroda transaction ID is S60187228. The bill amount of Rs.722.00 has been debited from account to :billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank on 01 May, 2021.

Power supply cut since 1 hour's

Today electricity cut 8.30 now 11clock but electricity is not coming what happened if anything wrong so inform public first if electricity is not available so you know how we are work this is poor electricity connection in paschim midanpore near by police line gate

In the last quarter I had paid my bill via GPay on 4th April and it shows transaction as completed. But this quarter when I received bill it shows a due amount from previous quarter. I am attaching my GPay payment screenshots. Please find out ASAP.

Hi Sir/Madam,
I have made the payment for WBSEDCL Electricity bill for bill period July 21-Sept 21 through Google Pay. I scanned the QR Code provided on the bill and paid Rs 5175 on 3rd July 2021. Even though the payment is shown as successful at Google Pay and the amount has been deducted from my HDFC Bank Account, I did not get any confirmation SMS or Mail on my registered Email ID and Phone Number. The paid bill is not reflected in the WBSEDCL Website nor on Vidyut Sahayogi app. I am not able to contact their customer support even after trying repeatedly.

Very frequent power cuts in this area. Most of the time there's no reason. Power cut lasts for at least 2 hours every other day. Please look into this matter

Payment got deducted on 6-7-21, but Wbsedcl app shows transaction failed due to an error.

I, pallav adhikary, have paid on behalf of my father(consumer) WBSEDCL electricity bill for the month of Jan, Feb, March, 2021. I have used the QR code to pay the amount through Google Pay. It has been more than 60days and either the payment has not been yet confirmed in the website or the confirmation came through mail or message. Below are the details of the UPI payment.

My last month electricity bill came Rs 3816. But when electricity meter reading boy came to check meter reading it was not showing any digit in meter. He put any how reading from his mind. Please take necessary action.

I have paid Rs 19011 through Google pay for the electricity bill (July to September 2021) on 27/06/2021. But WBSEDCL has not yet received the paid bill amount.
Pls do the necessary action as early as possible.

I am writing to you regarding my non generation of payment receipt against my online payment of electricity bill to WBSEDCL on 2nd July 2021.

I had scanned the qr code given on the bill and paid the amount, which showed payment successful. However, I didnt receive any payment receipt from WBSEDCL on my registered email or mobile number. When I went to the official site, the date of payment was correctly displayed, however, the status was still pending.

I have made a payment of Rs 2258/- via paytm using Bharat QR (Electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of jul'21 to sep'21, against the consumer Id[protected] on 29.06.2021, but WBSEDCL has not yet received the payment, although the amount Rs 2258/- has been debited from my account on 29.06.2021.
