Electricity bill already paid on 11th Dec but not reflecting in payment receipt of wbsedcl and also in next bill cycle, paid 2656 amount also has been added in new bill and now bill is extremely high.

I've paid the electricity bill through Google Pay using the QR code which was given in the bill. The amount was paid on 03rd January 2021. But still it is not reflecting in the download payment receipt area in wbsedcl site. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Attaching the screenshot of my payment as a proof. Sir, I would like to inform you that after receiving the bill ( Bill period- march 2021-May 2021 on 5/3/2021. Payment done but showing as pending

I'm Ratan Sarkar, having consumer ID[protected], have made payment through Amazon pay upi scan n pay. The payment was successful but from wbsedcl end it's showing as pending. I've received SMS today asking to pay the bill to avoid disconnection. Then, I went to the wbsedcl website to download the payment receipt and shockingly got to know that it was showing as pending.
