I would like to inform you that after receiving the bill ( January 2021- March 2021) on 5/1/2021. I have paid the outstanding billing amount of Rs.1660 through Google Pay by Qr code scanning procedure and the payment was successful.the transaction I'd of the transaction is[protected]screenshot attached)and the money was deducted from Andhra bank and deposited to WBSEDCL. But my bill is still showing unpaid on website and send sms of due bill.
That's why I am so worried and don't understand what i should do now.
So Sir please take necessary action as soon as possible.

I make a electricity bill payment to wbsedcl o 5/1/21 through amazon pay upi. But still now payment is not accepted by wbsedcl, I have a sucessful transaction with Transaction ID HGA1P132A[protected].and bbps reference no. BD01CAC6HRVC and billers Id WBSEDCL00WBL01 and operator reference no AB123456

I Mr.Arup Bhattacharya am a consumer of Arambagh Electric Supply.My consumer I'd is[protected].I have already submitted an application dated on 10.02.20. for my defective meter. On21.02.20 some staff told me that meter is defect and it will be changed immediately.I am a poor person I am facing to pay my huge amount bill.so I request you kindly do the needful as soon as possible....

UPI transaction ID is[protected], to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank), from Sabyasachi datta(central bank of india), google transaction ID is CICAgKDTqfDSKQ.But no confirmation message delivered in registered mobile. Online payment status shows no history available.

I had paid electricity bill via the QR code mentioned on the bill on 29th December 2020 however on 1st January 2021 the amount got reversed to my bank account.

My concern is later I don’t want to pay any fine for non payment of electricity bill as I had paid the entire amount.

Please advise why was the amount reversed.

I have made a transaction of Rs. 2065 to West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) on 5th January 2021 through Amazon mobile apps. The said amount has been deducted from my SBI Card (Operator-BBPS) Instantly and it was shown sucsessful transaction by Amazon/BBPS/SBI but the amount has not been credited or accepted to the WBSEDCL site. After 3 working days of my payment date, i have seen that it was failed transaction in WBSEDCL site. Now the payment status in WBSEDCL is showing Failure (copy enclosed).
It is requested to kindly look into the matter as the said amount refunded in to my SBI card at the earliest.
The successful Amazon receipt of Rs. 2065 and failure payment notification from WBSEDCL have been attached with the complaint.

Made bill payment Through Online and payment successful but on biller website it showing failed ..please update my bill payment

While ago it was showing pending but finally it is showing the payment is failure. what is going on? I have paid from Google pay to West Bengal Electricity Board and there was no fault from my side. I have attached the screenshot that makes sure that I have paid the amount to West Bengal Electricity Board. now Google pay hAS itself raised the dispute with the payment. I really can't understand what is going on. the amount is huge. please help me. please take necessary action. I am suffering badly.

Today (4/1/2021) I visited WBSEDCL KALNA Office and they told me that it is a problem will all QR PAYMENTS and guided me to post the complaint online

I had scanned the QR code present in the bill and then paid through Google pay. There the payment was done and money was debit from my bank account. Meter is not working (Consumer No.[protected]

December Qtr, 2020 (Oct-Dec) billing being low, I checked the latest meter reading on 28th Sept, 2020 and found that my Electricity Meter is not working. On the same day I lodged an on-line complaint at WBSEDCL site under docket number33975930. There being no response or action from WBSEDCL even after a fortnight, I checked the status of my Complaint at WBSEDCL site and found to my surprise that the Complaint was closed on the very next day i.e. on 29/09/2020 as resolved. The reality is, that the Meter is not working even today. I tried calling up the Pailan (Bishnupur) office and also the Consumer complaint deptt at Bidyut Bhavan of WBSEDCL n-number of times and as usual no one bothered to pick up the call. Very very sorry state of affairs at WBSEDCL !!!

Current status as per Me (29/12/2020)

On 29th Oct, 2020 I lodged another complaint under docket no.34541318 regarding non-functioning of Meter, But on the very next day in WBSEDCL site, this complaint was shown as resolved, where as till date the Meter is idle. On the contrary a FICITITIOUS BILL has been raised on 22/12/2020 on ESTIMATED BASIS and the bill is quietly dropped in the letter box of my flat. That means, I being an HONEST CUSTOMER have to pay for the THIEVES OF ELECTRICITY even for the period, when my flat was under lock and key during oct to Dec, 2020. PLEASE WITHDRAW YOUR (WBSEDCL) FALSE AND FICTITIOUS BILL IMMEDIATELY and SHOW THE HONESTY to bill HONEST Customers based on properly working Meter readings.
