Dear sir,
After complaining several time to local electric (Jetia electric office) office they are not taking any steps against it.
We are complaining to engineer of local electric office but he also didn't take any steps.
Voltage drops into 180v to 150v nothing working in this voltage range. Pls do a vital step to resolve it.

The moment a little bit storm and takes place, immediately the electricity goes off, , it creats a lot of hazards..so please try to over come this problems

    I paid my electricity bill via online payment mode using credit card (Consumer no.[protected] of amount ₹390 for aug 2019 to oct 2019. But the same amount is deducted from my bank twice... My invoice number is[protected]...

    My transaction id is [protected]
    During first attempt it showed transaction failed.. So i tried to pay once more and it was successful... But now i am seeing the amount is deducted from my account twice...

    Please arrange for refund as soon as possible... For this help i will be ever grateful

      Sir, in the sonarpur area under sonarpir electric supply, there is a constant problem of low voltage, voltage being below 100 volt during the peak hours and most of the time it is around 100-120 volts. When complained to the section engineer against thus he said he couldn't do anything in solving the problem. According to him they need transformers for every 10-15 consumers. There is some serious inactivity on the part of sonarpur electric supply. Thank you

        With reference to above i would like to inform you that wbsedcl is not refunding rs 3587/- paid by neft on 31.12.2018. Same bill was paid in cash on 8/3/19 as per garia ccc letter. But despite banks certificate + neft electronic proof submitted, it is not done. Earlier complaint was booked with docket no 21993720 dt3/5/19. But wbsedcl is ignoring all proof submitted by bank. Nor the company is replying any of the dozens reminder letters. We have also given canara bank mail i'd no - [protected]@canarabank.com & [protected]@canarabank.com to clear any further doubt. But for more than 7 months the wbsedcl is maintaining complete silence for consumer + bank.
        For more than 30 years i have paid their all bills in advance. This record is available with the company. But their doubt is unending.

        PLEASE SUGGEST WBSEDCL TO CLEAR FURTHER DOUBTS BY WRITING A LINE TO CANARA BANK'S EMAIL ID PROVIDED TO COMPANY LONGBACK, INSTEAD OF HEARING FROM CONSUMER.
        IT MAY BE ADDED HERE THAT SUBSEQUENT TO THIS EPISODE, WBSEDCL HAS SENT TWO FRESH BILLS WHICH WERE PAID IN ADVANCE, AS BEING DONE FOR DECADES.

        BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY TILL DATE.

              Electric agent not coming to take meter reading and not making bill. I submitted complaint against this but authority not taking any action. They always telling that we will send the agent and he will make it, but nothing happened. They always harassed us. Whenever i went the electric office they always doing this only. Here all offers personal not doing their job properly. They harassing the people.

              Today 2.7.19 from whole day we faced power cut . After that power came at evening and again gone at 6pm . Reported to the workers via asst eng of supply. At 9.30 pm they informed that today they cannot restore the supply.
              I have a qs ... Is electric supply comes under emergency supply commodities ?
              If then why is this harassment going on .
              Reference your Bill No.DXC21QMR for period July, 2019 to Sept, 2019, I have deposited the Bill amount on 17/07/2019, on the basis of Temporary Money invoice No.[protected] for My Consumer Id No.[[protected]]. I would like to get the Proper Invoice and Money Receipt of the same.

                Extra charge of rs.12.41 has been deducted against my bill for rs.3029/- for the bill period jul-sept 2019 against con id[protected] i. R. O bijoyendu narayan maitra under berhampore ccc, murshidabad. Bill hasbeen paid on 01.07.2019. Please confirm why the above extra amount hasbeen decuted which is not clear to me.                 Sir my domestic electric meter had damage high pals arises and unit displayed is damaged. Local Amtala Electric office has written complain on 22/05/19 but not legal taken action .always told me that is cheking your meter but alas no body come to my home. Electric Bill is very high amounts that I can't bear this amount.
                There is no power in my house since 3 days due to defective meter. I have complained many times but Domkal power supply office did not take any action.

                  The bill for jul to september 2019 is showing more than 25000 inr. I filed a complaint but no action has been taken. My consumer no. Is[protected]. No one from wbsedcl has come to check it either. If they are not going to rectify it i will have no options but to surrender the connection and move to a new electricity company. Hopefully they will look into the matter as most urgent. I being a member of the indian armed forces is mostly posted outside kolkata. If my state government is doing this to me this is a matter o[censored]tter shame.

                    Sir, last electric bill i have received of amounting rs 18927/-. Which is impossible as per our usage of electricity. Previous bill amount was 825/-. As per my opinion the meter may be the culprit. I have notice that the meter's red light was blinking quite frequently without any proper load of electric. Please look into this matter as early as possible.

                        complaining against inactivity of sonarpur electric supply

                        Power off for 5-6 hours a day for last few weeks. Instead of launching several complaints no action has yet been taken. When trying to contact them over phone they didnot receive the phone. We are in great trouble due to the inactivity of sonarpur power supply. We will be glad if necessary measures is taken to provide us some relief. If you couldnt provide us with the service
                        Then it is better to leave it and transfer it to some other...

                            I submitted a complaint vide docket number 19349811 dated 04/11/2018 regarding faulty electric meter of wbsedcl but as on date no action has been taken by the wbsedcl authority. Seeking immediate action in the matter and restrain me from taking further legal action.I am senior citizen as well as a cancer patient so I am not in a position to take some round of the electric office of Kestopur.

                              My consumer id is[protected] under old malda Sub Station . we are facing low voltage problem from 1 year . we submit complaint in old malda Electricity office but no action taken from them. they give us date after date but no solution coming until now. are facing a lot of problems for low voltages. The voltage goes down (Below 100v) in the evening and continues till the night. i have complained this matter to the wbsedcl customer care, but no actions have been taken by the authority.
                              Under the circumstances, we request you to look into the matter and take necessary actions as early as possible, so that we the normal consumer will be relived from unnecessary harassment.
                              So, please take the matter seriously and make necessary steps to solve the problem.

                                7 to 8 hours only they r provide electricity when w e r paying full electricity bills. in the sub station have 24 hours electricity but we r jst getting 7 to 8 hours.. and that sub station only 1 kilometers distance from my house. so please tell me why we r not getting full facilities. in a day uncountable times electricity comes and goes. its very irritating. and we need 24 hours electricity.

                                  I am not able to login as consumer in www.wbsedcl.in with my login credential. When i am giving credential, its always navigating to only one page with error message: "no portal roles are assigned for this user. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator."

                                  I tried to contact the 24x7 helpline of this company. But they are not able to solve the problem.

                                  I need to login with my credential immediately and it's very important for me.

They still took the bill for same on 7th March'19 and didn't mention the bill month on the bill. The bill Receipt No is[protected]. I've tried to adjust the amount for June'19 to August'19 bill, the office executive of WBSEDCL, Contai refuge to do so. I need the amount refund.
