There is fire in tree due to high voltage 1100 wire. The fire is starting to happen in the tree that is above our house. The fire is happening in the tree that is above our house. Our house roof is made of iron (Tin). At anytime the wire can break and fall on our house. This is very deadly. Please please help us. Please fix the problem.

    Respected sir,
    I am dilip bera (Meter no: l4301180, consumer id:[protected] is writing to draw your kind attention to the fact that we, the inhabitants of deuli dakshin para (More preferablly bera para) are facing a lot of problems for low voltages. The voltage goes down (Below 150v) in the evening and continues till the night. Here is "single phase" overhead line and more than 60 houses are connected on that phase, as a consumer, i have complained this matter to the wbsedcl customer care, but no actions have been taken by the authority.
    Under the circumstances, we request you to look into the matter and take necessary actions as early as possible, so that we the normal consumer will be relived from unnecessary harassment.

      19121, 24-pgs south[protected], mathurapur[protected].

      Please provide the proper contact details for mathurapur electricity office/branch.

      New meter has been install before 4 months, but still we did not receive any bill as of now. Don't know the current status of bill. Website shows no outstanding bill.

      Please help me on that.

          With in my land area a electric lamp post is placed on 18/04/2019. My land is captured illegally by placing the post and it is done intensionally. I think it is violated civil rights.

          I here by request to stop the work immediately and take necessary steps as quick as possible so that the portion of the post remove from my land.

              I beg to state that our transformer attached cable is in very bad condition at mirpur kayal para. Sometime there have caught fire in rainy time. Anytime may be occur big problem which is danger for our villagers. Therefore i earnestly request you to replace all the fault cable and avoid any untoward incident and also all the fuse boxes will be change for our safety.

                I, aakanksha kumari is presently staying in a rented flat of shri piyush gupta. Address of flat is gardenia cooperative housing society, flat no 7a, new town, kolkata. I have been residing here since 15th july 2018. Previously i was billed for consumption of electricity for 542 units for three months, payment of which i made promptly without giving any thoughts regarding electricity consumption. However, i received a shock when 1269 units were billed for the subsequent three months. This time i was not ready to accept it. I am working in a renowned organisation and leave for my office daily at 9:30 am and return back only at night ranging from 8:30 to 9:30 pm. I stay all alone.in this month of winter, there is no question o[censored]sing airconditioners or even fan. Also kolkata is not so chilly that will demand usage of room heater. I dont have heater too. So there is absolutely no justification of billing of 542 units during summer and 1269 units in winters. I had already lodged a online complaint no 19991386 which was promptly closed by saying that there is usage. But i need justification as to how so many units have been metered in this bill? How can i believe that there is no tampering? I have raised a complaint docket again. Kindly arrange to provide a suitable resolution to my complaint. I have been mailing wbsedcl for the past three months but there is no response. I dont have much time to visit your offices numerous times

                        Because of heavy wind blowing, my home electric supply connection gets disrupted intermittently. There is a loose connection near the nearest pole wherefrom this connection has taken to the home. This may further go bad while rain and wind blowing. This may further become worst with time. So i request you take necessary steps to rectify quickly to stop safety hazards.

                          I have lodged a complain against high bill for my shop to my near electricity office on

                          26th feb 2019. Previously also i have made a complaint on 11th june 2016 but still i got no

                          Getting abnormally high bill. My meter connection is also stopped previously but eletricity

                          Is there. What type of service is this? And why they are not sending people to check my

                          Dear Sir / Mam,
                          Today morning I visited my near electricity station in Rupnarayanpur west bengal .At First the behaviour of the station manager is not good and saying -"Go wherever you want to complain I will not help you and I cant.Do whatever You can do."Is this the way to speak with the consumers?Are we dogs?At last when we shouted from our end that is this the way to speak.Then he completely ignored the matter and said -"why we should check the meter" and one of the staff of his office took the charge and said the connection is deemed from system so the person didnt go to check the meter.Is this from 12th feb 2017 that my connection is deemed without prior info and from that time they are not sending any person to check my meter and producing a bill of there own??And there is no info further.But I have connection in my shop.They sended one of the employee to check the meter.My question is who will check the meter?we ourselfs or the person from electric office?after lot of talk one of the staff said he will forward the application to Asansol Divisional Manager Office and said nothing will change.
                          This is really a frustrating situation for me as no one from the electric office can give me a clear view of how much electic bill I have and why they are saying I am having Rs.46000 of bill.My last meter reading was 4758 as on 11th feb 2017.My current meter reading is 5142 as on 3rd april 2019.My last bill payment made on 29th march 2017 of Rs. 7210.
                          So I request you to please forward this applicaton to higher level of contact so that my issue can get resolved.I cant pay that much of amount.I will pay the amount which is legal as per the reading.why I should pay the bill which I dont follow.The fault is from station manager and their staff's end so why should I pay for this?

                          I hope to get a kind response from your end.Its a humble request to please and pease look into the matter in an urgent basis.

He is illegal using the illegal electricity from the pole.I have also complaint in your office many times (LOADA Electric Center) the action has not against so far.                               I made payment for my electricity bill on 31st march 2019 for my bill of january. The amount due was 1495 and tried to make the payment using paytm. While using paytm, the amount was deducted from my back account, but the status of my bill payment remained the same. As the payment wasn't successful, i made the same payment for that month again via billdesk this time. This payment was successful but the earlier amount didnt get reverted to my account. Please check once and revert me the amount that was paid extra.

                                Hi, We are presently shifted at Delhi from March 20th onwards. Already paid the bill till March 2019. Received advance bill payment notification for Apr-June 2019. Which is very high. We will not come till November 2019.
                                Kindly advise and solve the problem.

                                As per electricity bill of for the month of APR, 2019-JUN, 2019 against
                                Consumer Id :[protected] the total due amount is 2357/-INR. But as per the last due bills where we used electricity and staying at home that was 1852/-.
                                Kindly justify this issue. In other electricity board we never received any advance bills.

                                        This is to inform you that, i am a consumer of this company since long time, my id is[protected], due to construction of concrete road at no-shooting area, salua, kharagpur, plot no. 42 (P) jl no262, the width of the road is 13 foot, but unfortunately within that length a poll placement is done previously (10foot). So my not only me the all family within this plot (At least15), that pls take necessary steps to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                        West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Like it's about more than 3hours and the time is 2:05am.. we can't even sleep and there's is no electricity in our locality.. Barrackpore, Anandapuri area... What is this??? Wht this department is so eresponsible?
