I have complained at 8.04.2019.they did not attend bt they shown closed..theire behaviour unespected...vry bad...they dont talk with me as goodly...wbsedcl customer care vry bad service...they dont talk with me goodly...and local office did not received calll...recently they take a new complaine bt they did not work properly.my customer id:[protected]...

I have paid electricity bill online using vidyut sahayogi app & the amount got debited from my account instantly. However the bill payment status is still showing pending. Please help.

Because of heavy wind blowing, my home electric supply connection gets disrupted intermittently. There is a loose connection near the nearest pole wherefrom this connection has taken to the home. This may further go bad while rain and wind blowing. This may further become worst with time. So i request you take necessary steps to rectify quickly to stop safety hazards....

I own a small business in jaynagar (S) 24pgs w. B. & its been more than a year that we are facing lot of trouble due to load shedding.
In other places of jaynagar majilpur west bengal no where there is so much a problem of load shedding.
On daily basis we get load shedding for 4-5 hours.
