Dear Sir,
I m Joyeta from Lataguri bazar para, Lataguri, dist- Jalpaiguri. There is very poor condition of electricity. Few hours ago there was very much raining n lightning. Then the electric was gone. Then on electricity. But few times later the power was gone. Now the raining almost stop. But electric not came. There is very hot weather. Or kids not sleeping right now.
I humbly request you that please do needful.

My consumer id is 22250135 under Gourangapur Sub Station at Panskura in Purba Medinipur. Today we are facing low voltage problem in last 3 hours (from 6.30 p.m). The problem like low voltage or no power supply is a common matter to all o[censored]s. We are trying to lodge complain on today's low voltage problem through IVRS but failed. So, please take the matter seriously and make necessary steps to solve the problem.

What is happening?This is what we common people voted in favour you.Narayanpur south(R-Gopalpur) constituency has made possible for
winning of Barasat Loksabha by ruling party and we are only suffering from power cut on regular basis. And today it has gone beyond control, as complete Narayanpur south is under going power cut since 10.30 PM.Three to four time, it has power was charged but for few seconds.It is unbearable for us. Request to look into the matter.

Sir,
I am a consumer of electrical energy with consumer no.[protected] under WBSEDCL (previously DPL). My meter stopped providing reading since Nov, 2018.
Inspite of applying them in written twice on 24/12/18 and again 16/04/19, no action yet to be taken.
Each time it took two to three days to lodge the complain, and the Staffs of both DPL and SEDCL are very rude and ignorant. They are always busy with the private agencies ( thikadar).
All these months I am paying an average bill of Rs 700/-, but now my consumption is much much less than that's.

Please sir help me out of this situation.

I would like to drag your kind attention that Dalu Let(consumer I'd:[protected] is using ac without permission from wbsedcl due to which our phase is suffering from overuse of voltage and as a result we are facing powercut in particularly our phase for hours and our daily life is getting hackled we submitted written complaints in the office of wbsedcl rph but no action initiated yet pls we beg you interfarence in this matter...

i dialed customer care number at 6:05 pm for having some problems in my place. after receiving my call he asked my problem and told me to stay on the line. i was waiting for 5 minutes and when i asked why are you taking so much time, he addressed me as "moron" and then hung the call up.
i asked his name but he denied.

My name is Ganesh Chandra Mukhopadhyay and I suspect that the meter reading has been wrong or there is a fault in the meter. I request you to please perform a meter test and replace our meter.

I have always been paying a bill of Rs 12000 quarterly but to my surprise for the month of June 2019 - August 2019 it's Rs 36, 429. This is impossible and totally absurd.

My son Mr. Debayan Mukherjee is Ms. Electrical Engineering even he said that there is a definite fault of the electric meter of our domestic property.

I'll be paying the first monthly installment of Rs 12, 143 on 6th June 2019 but i will only proceed further once there has been a full and thorough check on the meter reading. I'm sure that the meter is at fault. It has been checked by my son who is an Electrical engineer himself.

[protected] is my consumer no. Still my meter is not installed but meter reading is counting. Several time talk to mr rabin who is dealing this service but every time giving story. After few month it has been found that my meter is installed to another but my billing is coming to me. Money received to electricity office on month of nov, but still it is pending. Need immediate action.

I made a wrong bill payment, i request to bake my money

Your docket number is 22126621 & consumer i'd[protected]. I paid my previous bill rs 387 through payzapp & they confirmed that it is credited to your account. But in spite of this now it shows outstanding bill amount 397.40 in new bill. See last bill payment screenshot. If you don't solve my problem within 5 days i will go to consumer forum. Totally harrassment by wbsedcl. Solve urgently.

My consumer no[protected]. I have paid my electric bill through vidyut sahayagi on10-05-2o19 invoice no[protected] transaction i'd qcp[protected]. But e payment confirmation not received to my mail address. I have sent two complains regarding this but no response comes. This is piku das from birnagar, nadia, west bengal, pin 741127. Basically our power supply office birnagar under baharampur wbscdcl.
Your company can not give us a proper service about power supply or power cut.
Its my request if your company has no ability to give us satisfaction then please leave this project.

This has been almost 2 months we have got the power supply for the 24 hrs a day. Each day we are facing power cut more than 5 times a day. This is really irritation. Not sure ig the electricity deparment even cares for this. I can see there are no such issues in near by area like salt lake and new town. So not sure baed on what they have decided this priority.
Please take this matter with priority as we are facing situation like living in village 10 years back.
Its metropolitan city at least maintain dignity.

I reside in debalpur, kharagpur (Pin-721301) and i see there are frequent power cuts without any reason.

Today there was a storm and light rains at around 9pm and supply was stopped. It was understandable. But even after the weather got normal, the supply didn't resume. The rains stopped at around 10pm and it's almost 12.15am now.

This problem needs to be taken care of very seriously.

This is for favour of your kind information that during last summer 2018 from today 2019 we are facing troublesome low voltage through out all day for which the electrical appliances are going to be damaged very shortly and extreme hot weather we are suffering a lot for this. This is because o[censored]nauthorized use of ac, hook lines etc.

After trying so many times it still shows user authentication failure and password locked.i m facing issues regarding password and very disappointed with the wbsedcl site.again and again it is showing password has been successfully reset but after that when i login it shows user authentication failure and password locked everytime.please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Today i went to wbsedcl office "halisahar, kanchrapara, west bengal 743134" regarding some query on new a/c connection.

When i asked that i have some query regarding new a/c connection then she told me that you have to collect 5.00 rs token then we will answer all of your question!! Without that she don't even talk to me, with very rude attitude.

Did the same and get back to her but this time she give me one from and when i asked i don't need that form, i am here to know more about the process of new a/c connection, she told me very arrogantly that she don't know. And now i don't know what to do with this form.

If, helpdesk govt. Employee behave with their customer like that then from where we go to get all the information.

In our area rabindra nagar, p. O-hamiltonganj, kalchini block have 1 week after single phase no power problem. I also many time complaint about this problem but not solved this problem permanently. Sir, i requested you please solved this problem permanently because this is customer related issue. If i pay one day later after due date of bill you will fine me but if you not give me better electric service.
