Problem details – some of my neighbours had installed an illegal electrical pole in my land area on 12th september 2018 without any prior intimation, instead o[censored]sing their own space, just nearby. The electrical naked wire goes only about one feet distance from my house & at the rear side wire goes almost above my land space which is very very unsafe.
As per land surveyor report - that pole comes in my land area, as extra 2 feet space from my boundary wall is also my purchased land. The pole blocked my front space also, which will disturb for any further construction. Two feet area leaved for if there is any road extension in future, not for an electrical post required for some other.
I had informed the matter to the station manager (Mr. Firoj hussain), wbseb –badkulla office on 27th sep. 2018 (Complain. No.-09/18/57). At that time he told that as there is no any meter connection, action can be take & he will look out. After that there is no any response from him & on 18th dec 2018 we send notice to him through a sr. Advocate & on 02nd jan.2019 some people shifted the wire only 6 inch approx. And we are in very much unsafe us as before& as per rule of safe electrical distance.

My mother visited to the stn. Manager on that day & he told that all the safety he had done & he will not shift the pole from my space. So he has changed his words (As informed above).
As per taherpur thana police officer & sr. Advocate – it is a fault of that wbseb station manager, & he supporting - my faulty neighbours alsofor illegal occupation of my land as they can easily shift that pole to their own space.
I had send a registry post later regarding this problem to the divisional manager, krishnanagar on 07 jan 2019 also.

So it is my humble requests to you please take necessary action as early as possible before any accident there & please arrange to shift the pole before it is late too much any more. I am waiting for your kind response. All supporting document will be produce on your kind response.

    While paying for a new commercial connection I've paid twice after the previous payment of Rs 1233 failed for consumer no[protected]. The transaction ID's are Psb[protected] and Psb[protected]. Later both the amount are debited from my account. Please take some steps in this regards.

      Dear sir,

      I, saikat kumar das, have an existing connection from wbsedcl (Consumer id:[protected] for my flat at dream excellency, rajarhat.

      I applied for load increase (Application number: [protected]) and paid all necessary charges as per quotation received from wbsedcl on 13-apr-2018.

      On contacting wbsedcl rajarhat office, i was told that the new meter is not available and it will take at least 3 months to get the new meter.

      Now it's been more than 10 months but there is no progress

      Request your help and intervention on this so that new meter can be installed quickly

        The current flowing from the meter to my house

        Post office: munshidanga, nibra, howrah 711403,

        Is 260 volt as shown in the meter.
        The consumer id number is:[protected]
        My grievance number is 19977637 dated 09/01/2019.
        Till now my problem has not been solved.
        My gadgets like washing machine, iron, ac, tv, gysers, electrical fittings like bulbs, fans, exhaust fans, etc. Are at high risk of damage.
        The staff from station manager says that stop complaining and visit officers at satragachi.
        I requested him to solve my high voltage problem of 260 volts to 220 volts.
        He said that i am a small worker, i can't solve your problems. Speak to the officer.

        Please help me to solve my problem.

        The electrical person has one bulb, one holder and a meter of wire.
        How will he check how the current is of 260 volts. They do not have a meter as the worlpool technician had in the morning.
        Your electricians have checked different meters, dp boxes, transformers. But there is no result.
        Please look into the matter and do the needful.

            Dear sir/madam,
            My name is dwitipriya nandi. I stay in sonarpur, mukherjeebagan area. We applied for electric connection on 7/03/2018. Consumer id is[protected]... We paid an amount of rs 6816/- for the electric connection. Today is 22nd december 2018 and we have still not received any electric connection.. Poles are not available. We have already dockets in the website but no action has been taken.. We are in a huge problem as we are staying in complete darkness in the evening. I cant study properly. Pleeeasee i request you to kindly look into the matter and provide us with the electric connection.

            Please look into the matter asap.. This is not a joke.. We are in serious trouble.

            It is urgent.
            Allotting of one metre against one consumer is not justified. Kindly review the matter as this is a common problem.

                I have a land beside nh31 which is a good place for doing business. But there is 33kv line on that land so i am not getting any permission to do business there. So i wanted to be shifted that pole and line beside my land. I can pay the amount to shift the electric line also i will give land to shift that line. It will be much more better if electrical line could be shifted.

                    I am really surprised after looking the bill in my consumer id no[protected] by west bengal electricity distribution company. 13/12/2018 they provided bill amount 3250/-. We are out of berhampore from last 7 months. Every month they are sending their average bill is above 3000/-. Now there is a huge gap between acutual consumption and billing consumption. Therefore requested you please take necessery action to match the billing consumption and actual consumption. One another request to you when your staff will come for meter reading please contact with us before come, so we can help him to take actual meter reading.

                      Dear sir... This is to inform you that i, dilip mondal residing at phulia nadia, and my consumer id is[protected]. I have paid the electricity bill of dec 11 2018 of rs. 964.51 only through "http://www.wbsedcl.in" by using phon pe.. Payment gateway, and the transaction id is c1812140758526915273434 on 14.12.2018 at about 7:58 am, and the money was debited from my account but still the payment remains in pending or in failure state, hence the bill is showing in the above-mentioned site as unpaid till date and it is not showing the payment receipt of the bill for the month of dec2018 of rs. 964.51only.
                      Please assist me in this regard. I contacted with wbsedcl and phon pe&billdesk but both companies are not responding to my requests.

                          This is ram prasad chhetri from mungpoo darjeeling, consumer id[protected]. It is to inform you that i paid rs.1825.23 as an electricity bill for the month of december january & february 2018-19 through net banking on 06/12/2018 at 11:59 am and reference no is igaexhdil5.

                          In this regard, i still haven't get receipt of a paid amount either in email id or through any other medium.

                          Please look into the matter and fix it at the earliest so that i could use this payment option in future too and for my satisfaction.

                            Meter no t[protected]Consumer no.[protected] & bb060884 (Consumer no[protected] are installed at the same building at green park, saraitikar, burdwan. There are 4 families residing on rent and who are using an average of 100 units per months (Totaling about[protected] units per quarter. However the main meter reading is much less and does not match with the bills. Combined bill amount also shows less than rs. 1300 per quarter which is very disproportionate. Kindly intervene.

                              Today 4th december 2018 i paid my electricity bill through your website www.wbsedcl.in for bill month december 2018, january 2019 and february 2019, rs. 2416.07 is debited form my axis bank credit card but payment receipt not generated. My bill for the month of dec’18 – feb-19 is showing pending. Concerned person at wbsedcl is requested to kindly arrange to send me receipt of the bill.
                              Axis bank credit card department is requested to kindly arrange to sent details to wbsedcl about the payment or refund the amount at the earliest.

                                With due respect it is to inform you that I requested higher authorities several times personally & also through telephone, email ("rgro.burdwan",

                                Meter reading was 124 units but my house was under lock & key on that day & also there was no power from August’17.

                                I physically met with the Station Manager, Burdwan Sector-I CCC, Power House, Burdwan .He told me that the problem would be solved since this was the first time case. No power in my house from August, 17 and I lodged one complain for this reason on 04.09.17.On23.05.18 I requested Station Manager to solve the power problem. He sent some persons & found problem outside building & connect power line from outside. On that day they noted meter reading 124 unit in presence of me .
                                As per Station Manager's instruction I applied an application on 23.05.18 for shifting Electric Meter from inside to outside of the house. As per instruction I deposited Rs.200/- on
                                24.05.18 .Also I got one letter on 28.05.18 to deposit Rs.1800/-. I deposited Rs.1800/ on 29.05.18 for installation meter at outside of the building.Electrical meter was installed outside of the house around first week of June'18 as per instruction of Station Manager, Burdwan Sector-1 CCC, Power House. Meter reading was 124 units during shifting the meter from inside the house to outside the house.
                                I got one notice on 23.11.18 to pay Rs.5154/-. Bill amount Rs.5154/-is not justified since Meter reading on that period was zero unit.House was under lock & key on meter reading day. I request you that you will instruct concern person to make a fresh bill as per meter
                                reading(meter running condition) that I can pay my dues immediately.
                                I am trying to solve the problem but till date problem is not solved after several request to several persons. It is not possible for me to attend office of the Station Manager, Burdwan Sector-1 CCC, Power House from Dhanbad to Burdwan frequently.
                                Wish you will take necessary action to solve the problem as early as possible that I can pay my bill.

                                  Transformer installed but nhello sir,
                                  The nishi bhor apartment situated in af 92/93, rabindrapally, kestopur, kolkata 700101. New transformer was installed on july 2018, but did not provide service connection to the apartment.
                                  We are all providing rs 9.50 per unit charge from last 2.5 years.
                                  Lift do not work due to no connection.
                                  Who lived in top floor facing maximum problem as well as senior citizen who live here. Quotation money was deposited at time.
                                  Sir, when we will get the connection. Please do necessary steps to provide connection as soon as possible.

                                    Recently we have communicate to electric office "krishnapur customer care center", they denied to give service setvice connection as they don't have meter!!!
                                    Is it acceptable excuse for last 6 months.

                                      I had one connection earlier in my fathers name.
                                      I filled online application (Application no-[protected]. Ref, id[protected] for another connection due to various reason..

                                      Station maneger (Birsingh group of electric supply) demand separation certificate for this reason... But i found no where this type of term and condition from wbsedcl.in.

                                      Sir, i shall be highly obliged if you kindly observe my proposal by giving me a new connection as soon as possible.

                                      Want bill correction as per meter reading. Request several times personally SM, sector-I, Burdwan, Higher authority through email from May17.My house was under lock and key on Meter reading day.Also no power from August'16.After request power was connected on May'18 .Meter was shifted outside building on June'18 but bill not corrected.CI[protected]
