This is ram prasad chhetri from mungpoo darjeeling, consumer id[protected]. It is to inform you that i paid rs.1825.23 as an electricity bill for the month of december january & february 2018-19 through net banking on 06/12/2018 at 11:59 am and reference no is igaexhdil5.

In this regard, i still haven't get receipt of a paid amount either in email id or through any other medium.

Please look into the matter...

My bill for the month of dec’18 – feb-19 is showing pending. Concerned person at wbsedcl is requested to kindly arrange to send me receipt of the bill.

The nishi bhor apartment situated in af 92/93, rabindrapally, kestopur, kolkata 700101. New transformer was installed on july 2018, but did not provide service connection to the apartment.
We are all providing rs 9.50 per unit charge from last 2.5 years.
Lift do not work due to no connection.
Who lived in top floor facing maximum problem as well as senior citizen who live...

The nishi bhor apartment situated in af 92/93, rabindrapally, kestopur, kolkata 700101. New transformer was installed on july 2018, but did not provide service connection to the apartment.

I filled online application (Application no-[protected]. Ref, id[protected] for another connection due to various reason..

Station maneger (Birsingh group of electric supply) demand separation certificate for this reason... But i found no where this type...

Dear sir,
I am an anonymous person unwilling to disclose my identity for some security reason. I inform you that there have more than five (5) yarn call with hooking, which has running last two years at my locality & create hazardous noise.
Machine has running whole day, basically early morning (5a. M. To 9 a. M.) & evening (5p. M. To 7.30 p. M) on regular basis.

App. One years ago i am shri uday ranjan chakraborty was applying for a new connection of electricity but yet in my home electricity is not available. I am aplication is submitted for new connection in 08 december 2017 but till date we are waiting for meter...

I paid a sum of rs to pay electricity bill of wbsedcl. Money deducted from my account but not credited to wbsedcl as it was a failure transaction. The deducted amount is not refunded to my bank account. A screen shot is attached to this mail indicating the details of transfer. I made a complain earlier to resolve the issue but no solution of the problem is made....

Situated at po. - rupnarayanpur bazar office dist. - burdwan regarding change damage meter but every month your executive promised me now metere will be change...

Here wants to convey that our home has been purchase by my late. Father (Ashok kr. Roy ch.) 16 yrs before from sarat chandra.

Still its bills are in the name of previous owner sarat chandra.
I request you to please convert its name to my mother.

Please do share the documentation process regarding this case as soon as possible.

There is no electricity supply in my house. The state department does not care for it. I have applied for new connection and paid the money for the quotation. But no response from the department. My application number [protected]. I have honourable court order for immediate power connection but the department least bother, submitted all documents court order clear all payments....

I have called many times to the wbsedcl helpline (19121) but after receiving they are calling off. I mailed to [protected]@wbsedcl.in department with providing proper print screen three months before but they are so irresponsible that they have not resolve the issue yet. For this reason i can not login the portal....

Meter reader has taken reading based on assumption as there was power cut during reading. The meter reader has given bill of 271 unit but it would be 157 unit in total. My meter shows 2000 unit but bill has been prepared of 2114 unit. So it is 114 unit more than the real unit. So i have to pay excess bill.. I can't do that. I went to the wbsedcl office for modifications of the bill but they did nothing. They said nothing profitable happen...

In this line, there is regular fault in the high tension. We are experiencing this for time immemorial. We have repeatedly lodged complaint but without any concrete result.
Though asansol and especially this area has developed manifold, yet the problem with power supply remains a big issue.
The frequency of faults becomes excess during summer and rainy season....
