Dear sir
I am sanjib kundu (Inst. No. - 6129260, con. Id[protected], meter no. - l1938796) to bring to you kind notice the fact i am facing a lot of problems for unvaluable promise at your end. Even i was submitting written application 25.09.2017 in my local wbsedcl
Situated at po. - rupnarayanpur bazar office dist. - burdwan regarding change damage meter but every month your executive promised me now metere will be change in next month but they are can't able to do and still now no action have taken about this matter, yet i am still paying average bill. Why i am paying average bill month after month???
Under the circumtances, i request you to please look into this matter very urgently and take necessary actions on your part is highly solicited, so that we the normal consumer will be relived from unnecessary harassment.
And i hope as soon as possible resolve my issue.

      I have the honour to inform you that electric meter installed, in my residence
      At ichlabad, ghosh para, sripally, burdwan, is found defective. The proper meter
      Reading could not be obtained for a long period. Your representative, who is taking the meter readings, has also mentioned the same in the meter reading card. Consequently, proper bill could not be prepared, periodically.

      I shall be obliged, if you kindly arrange to replace the meter at the earliest, so that i may pay the proper tariff and charges. The copy of the electricity bill last paid,

        There is no electricity supply in my house. The state department does not care for it. I have applied for new connection and paid the money for the quotation. But no response from the department. My application number [protected]. I have honourable court order for immediate power connection but the department least bother, submitted all documents court order clear all payments.

          Sir, i registered on www.wbsedcl.in portal but now i can not login the portal by giving correct credentials and getting an exception. I have called many times to the wbsedcl helpline (19121) but after receiving they are calling off. I mailed to [protected]@wbsedcl.in department with providing proper print screen three months before but they are so irresponsible that they have not resolve the issue yet. For this reason i can not login the portal....

            Meter reader has taken reading based on assumption as there was power cut during reading. The meter reader has given bill of 271 unit but it would be 157 unit in total. My meter shows 2000 unit but bill has been prepared of 2114 unit. So it is 114 unit more than the real unit. So i have to pay excess bill.. I can't do that. I went to the wbsedcl office for modifications of the bill but they did nothing. They said nothing profitable happen by complaining.. So please solve my problems.. Thank you.

              In this line, there is regular fault in the high tension. We are experiencing this for time immemorial. We have repeatedly lodged complaint but without any concrete result.
              Though asansol and especially this area has developed manifold, yet the problem with power supply remains a big issue.
              The frequency of faults becomes excess during summer and rainy season.

                I paid my wbsedcl bill through the paytm gateway on 11.10.2018. But the deducted money was not credited to the electricity department. Now it is showing that the transaction was failed. But i did not get my money refund.
                Below is the transaction details were given by me.

                  It is being observed since couple of days we are facing abnormal non schedule power cut through out the Day even night also. We are unable to understand the reason behind that. Customer care had given the no to contact[protected], but sorry to say that no body is lifting the phone even though ring is going on.
                  Please resolve the issue permanently so that we can get the quality power without any trouble.

                    I reside in gholakachari road, satyanarayanpalli, barasat. Every single day there is an average of 4 hrs o[censored]nscheduled powercut. Specially during 8am to 5pm this repeatative issue continues in spite of several complains to the customer care. People like me who work from home are being effected the most due to this problem.

                      Actually I had done two transactions with transaction ID [protected]IGADWGIJP8 & [protected]IGADWGNSC8 to pay WBSEDCL bill through Vidyut Sahajogi App For Rs 945.80 through payment mode SBI Netbanking. As the first transaction was unsuccessful I had done the 2nd transaction which was successful. As a result Rs 945.80 was deducted twice from my SBI account. i have contacted with SBI customer care and they said both the transactions was successful. So I request you to refund Rs 945.80 against unsuccessful transaction id [protected]IGADWGIJP8. Don't reject my complain.

                        There is no body in the madhyamgram supply office to respond to phone calls of a common man. Only if some minister calls things move for any power cut issue. Even if the toll free number is called post entering all the required numbers the call drops immediately. Who to ask help from please suggest.

                            I live at madhyamgram north 24 paragana, pincode 700129. The amount of power cut can make you cry over here, specially if you work from home.

                            Without any reasons there are frequent power cuts for a duration of 2 hours in an interval of every 1 hour.

                            Whenever the office is called they say that they are running some kind of maintenance, that is if they ever pick up the call. I wonder how many years will it take to finally finish this maintenance and fix this problem. People here have started to accept this issue as if this is what is normal.

                            It is so sad to see that even in the year 2018 such problems exists and the officials responsible for fixing this problem are actully irresponsible.
                            They are not interested in fixing problems all they want is their salary at the end of the month and a hundred excuses to not do what they are supposed to do.

                            I am sure that these complaints are going unnoticed as well!! Totally disappointed and fustrated with their service.

                                I write concerning the above account.
                                The meter is currently showing a reading of [703 originally as per metre reading]. I do not accept that the meter is recording accurately.
                                The bill in question 1048 for703 is significantly higher than it should be.
                                I inspected the meter with all my electrical appliances turned off after use and noted that it continued to register 703 units of electric consumption.
                                It is clear that either the meter is faulty or that there is some other problem.
                                Either way, the bill is not a true reflection of electricity used.
                                I now wish to request you to carry out a test on the meter at my home.
                                I look forward to hearing from you with a suitable date or I need a clear Break of My electricity Unit Consumption, for the test to be carried out.

                                  Hello,
                                  I have purchased a flat & applied for domestic electricity connection (Quotation amount of rupee 6485 paid to wbsedcl) after that i fulfilled all the government formalities including registration, taxation, etc...
                                  But wbsedcl not giving me electricity connection because they have some issues with sitaram daruka who sold me that flat. As per my concern i dont have any issue with wbsedcl and i am not guilty regarding that matter.

                                  Wbsedcl have all ready given 3-4 connection in our premises but refuses to give me connection.

                                  As i have taken this flat for residential purpose, my family (Small children) are feeling very much problem for electricity from last 8 months.

                                    Submitted complaint of low voltage online on 21.9.18 vide docket no. 18693712 & consumer id[protected] but no message of disposal received till date. Apprehending that next complaint cannot be made due to non-disposal of earlier complaint. This relates to chakdaha, nadia, branch. Local electricity office does not receive complaints on phone though a bill mentions that provision overleaf.

                                      My consumer id is[protected]. I made payment of last bill months of jul18-sep18 through vidyut sahayogi by united bank credit card. Payments were done three (03) times in system. Only one payment is credited to my bill account on 10 jul 18. But first two payments dated 09 jul 18 and 10 jul 18 were not credited to my bill account. Transaction id are [protected] and [protected] respectively.

                                      Further i want to inform you that payment gateway, paytm's reports (Attached) are showing that these are successful payments against account. These reports were provided to me after raising of complaint to the bank.

                                      Total amount of failed transaction is rs. 17905.48 (8952.74 x 2) in two transactions.

                                      I request to you to take needful action as early as possible to credit above mentioned amount to my bill account.
