[Resolved]  Whaaky.com — Dispatch date changed when complained about product not received.

My name is Sateesh Kumar. I have order a product (order number :S8042005) on your website on 9th June 2014, But not received yet. I have called to the customer support on 1st July and mentioned that my order was dispatched on 14th June, but not received yet. She promised me that my order would reach me by this weekend. But as i observed my dispathched Date was changed to 1st July in the site. Which is completely weird. When i came to read the FAQ, i came to know that, customer will be awarded with free gift if the shipping is not done in 7-10 days. Where i came to know the reason behind the change of date. COMPLETE CHEAT. Below is the email, which i received on 14th june mentioning my order was dispatched. Mentioning this problem i called the customer support again today, responded by disconnecting call in the middle of the conversation. If considered July 1st as dispatched date i would like to question, why is my order not dispatched in 8-10 working days (excluding non-working days), please check the attached screen shot showing ordered date as 9th June and screen shot of the mail confirming my order was dispatched on 14th June.
