Dear Sir, I've place the order on 24-Nov-15 and the same was shipped on 28-Nov-15, the status of the same as on today (07-Dec-15) is shipped to home branch (returned) and not yet delivered to my place neither I've nay information regarding the same . It's really pathetic service provided by Whaaky the order was shipped through TRACKON with Courier Consignment No :[protected]. Request you to stop this particular service providers services in India as they commit and get the payments done in advance & further either delay the material delivery or deliver wrong product or just keep quite regarding customers queries and maintain their cash flows with consumers hard earned money . In my opinion they are liable for legal suit . I request you to either deliver my product on or before 11-Nov-15 or refund my full amount latest by the date mentioned . As per the trail email I would like to inform you that till date I've not received my order neither I've any information regarding the same .
Is this the way your working on orders goes on I made the order on 24 nov 2015.and till date there is no status for that .

I ordered 3 trousers, 1 jeans and shoes before 25 days back and i also made my payment through debit card but still now i did not receive my goods and also not been informed. please do necessary in that regard.don't have ordered itam
