I received damaged powerbank in 1st week of june, 2017. I returned it on 13/06/17 with own paid parcel. They ensure me to refund my money before 22/08/17.. But still i dint get it on 1/9/17.
Customer care number is alwys showing busy since 3 months.. Dont know what to do & how to resolve this issue.. Frustrated!!!

    Hi i have ordered combo of 3 shirts, after few days i heard about this fraud company, i called him to cancel order immediately, they told we will cancel it in 24 to 72 hrs, they still did not cancelled, though they shipped order, when i checked it was fully damaged shirts, now i want to return it, but they don't pick a call.

    Strong proof of fake company is, we can not see orders in our account on their whakky.com site.

    I want my money back.

      Sir,
      I purchase one powerbank and buetoooth as per order no. S[protected] and i got it on 29/08/2017 and paid the amount rs.1049/-. The same power bank and bluetooth is not working. By using the power bank instead of charging the mobile it discharge mobile. I cheated by you. So i humbly request your to change the product or repay the amount at the earliest.

              The product provide you is not upto the mark. The cell phone was a used product and a damaged as well.                 My order no s[protected] i was recevied samsung guru gte 1200 mobile of rs.1849/- on 21st august 2017 in evening 7:45pm i paid cod basis payment by rs1849/- but the product was not good condition and also product is fully damaged and mobile charger & battery was also fully damaged.

                So kindly return the product and refund my money early as possible.

                    I had ordered sony power banks in the month of april 2017. The company delivered the sub standard product after a gap of one month. I returned the product on 27 th april 2017. They promised me for refund the amount 0f rs 799 i paid online along with courier charges of rs 350. But till date they have not refunded the amount. As such you are requested to take serious action against accused. I felt immense inconvenience during all these months.

But my order not provide me till date. Many time contect by company customercare by mail but company all time reply same answar

                              Whaaky delivered me the package with power bank & bluetooth was damaged, the bluetooth was not working properly, the voice cannot be heard clearly by other side, the wire of the power bank was damaged, there were several scratches on the body of the power bank, the manual was missing inside. It seems it was used earlier. As per their suggestion i've sent the item for replacement at my own cost to delhi through india postal speed post on 2nd aug & on 5th aug when it was attempted to deliver whaaky refused to accept. The tracking no. Ew[protected]in. Now it will be returned back to me. They should pay my speed post fees & collect the product from me if returned. Else with all proof i'll go for legal action.                               I've received a reply. But they are misleading the customer. They has written that they have received the product today and will replace the product but as per India post tracking details they refused to receive the product on 5th Aug and today on 11th Aug it is returned to Kolkata airport.

                                    To i received two mi 20000mah power banks.in which one is smelling like burning while charging. And i feel its very dangerous to charge further. Now when i check there is no proper return scheme of the company. And its seem no assurance of receiving the good product even after return it as per their method of sending the product to them with our own risk of sending it. I really appreciate if some official action will be taken regarding this complaint

                                      After 8-9 days i received box containing power bank & bluetooth headphone.
                                      These both product found faulty/totally defected & was totally manipulated.

                                      So what to do with these defected product,
