My complaint against whaaky.com. I had purchased one mobile phone on this site but while first charging the charger is blasted. Mobile is local quality and not functioning. Courier name : delhivery and order no is s[protected] dated[protected]. I have sent complaint mail to whaaky.com with photos, same they accepted the poor quality, but still not get any refund to me. I buy one mobile that mobile not good so i complaint. Some persons ae calling me ask my account details i give my details now 1500 debited in my account

I have ordered 2 mi powerbanks and was supposed to be delivered within 7-10 days of order. (Ordered on 1st of july, 2017) but its already 16 days now, i haven't even received a confirmation text. I have even paid for it. I have also emailed the company but no response as of now.
Hope i get the response at the earliest. I am also a costumer so you can't say you are busy dealing with other costumers.@!!!...

Wi have buy samsung power bank and bletooth.bt whakky send me china product.i have contact whakky bt i have dont give any feed back.on whaaky web site he can not mantion any return facility wich i have order...

Order no: s[protected] was cancelled and the company asked to reject the courier delivery and did the same. They promised to refund the amount on or before 29th jun. Still not done and nobody is attending the phone. Seems they marked my phone number for not attending. If any thing can be done in this case please do. As such i am not going to suggest this for any type of products....

Sir iam shanmugam, i ordered one smart but its not good condition, iam not interest to take that product i called center they told to return that product, next day i will send that product to hyderabad, after 3days it will reach to whaaky i got a mail from whaaky they are asking my bank details i have provide my bank details. I hv ordered some of the products from whaaky.com on 03/06/2017 in the evening, same day i hv mailed to cancel the order but no body responded, as per their policy we can cancel the order till the product is not ready for ship but after 10 days they shipped my order. I checked the products. It is very cheapest quality, neither the size matched with my order nor the color, and quality. I talked to them, they told that i hv to send it back...
