        i received email on 27-aug-2016 stating that money will be transferred with in 7-10 business days, it is more than 2 months still now i didnt receive refund

              I ordered a mobile handset device from whaaky.com. Upon receiving the item it turned out to be defective. So i requested for return and refund with the images necessary and they accepted it. After i couriered them the item, i waited for the refund into my bank account. They haven't still refunded it and also no proper response about the item is given to me also. This fraud should be shut down for good and taken action against it.

                A Good One Touch Mobile Has been supplied to me on 19.07.2016. vide order no S80160220. But after 1 month software problem has been found. Call History is not showing after 27.08.2016. Also the Whatsapp is not functioning properly. How will be the problem solved as it is with warranty period? May I get the replacement of the said mobile otherwise it is quite impossible to use.

                  I paid 599 rupees through andhrabank debit card. They did not send me any product.
                  Why wont you ban ths type of companies.
                  I send mail to many times to the company always they are sending same massage as follows.
                  This is to inform you that the product you ordered has returned to origin. We received a report from logistics department that the courier tried to reach you to deliver the parcel but was unable to deliver the same to you. This is to confirm that we will resend the product back to you. You will receive a fresh consignment number and the courier name once the product is dispatched.

                    My name is Pakala Venkata Pavankumar from karnataka and i had ordered 10 shirts from Whaaky.com through Facebook ads. on 07/08/2016 and paid the amount of Rs 1549. when I got the products those were look like low quality and unfit, not same as shown in online .As I call them so many time and put numbers of mails for the products and they have accept to refund me my amount with in a week as they told to me when they will get the products back and I returned the products on 01/09/2016. After getting products they started there drama's, telling that I will receive my amount with in 7 days, I have given my account details through mail but, till date I didn't receive my amount to my account even after 2 month now it is november coming .I hope I will get my amount back and advice to other customers go through the complaints before purchasing the products, if there is any complaint regarding the company or not and then proceed for purchasing.
