I am prem and i had placed an order of nokia c503&8 face towels piece. the order id is s[protected] and i want to return the product as it is not suitable as per my demand. i ordered this product on 25 october in cash on delivery. my address is 1322, rajdanga main road fd-15, kolkata-700107. so i request to you to please return my order and provide me my rs.1749 respectively. as i am not happy with your product quality. hope my voice will not be unheard... payment mode cod. product

    I ordered Branded perfumes through Net banking my order no is S[protected] on September 29th 2016.

    I complained many times to "[protected]@whaaky.com"
    Every time they are sending the same irritative message " Due to over whelming response of the product " we are unable to deliver the product on time... i never think a customer will waits 1 month to receive a product online.

    Since one month almost no dispatch details till now.. no response through customer care call, no one lift the phone for single time, i tried them 100 times no response.

    Can you take action on them whether they have intention to deliver the product or not??? If not please do refund my amount back into my account immediately.

                          I ordered Sony Powerbank 20000 MaH and paid online. When i received the product, i found it was duplicate and when i returned the goods, instead of refunding my money back, they delivered used Micromax powerbank which I further retained.
