Today its 11th day, from the date I have ordered my item.
Now when i am calling to Customer Care, they are sayin the order will not be dispatched nor will the amount be refunded....

Hai I am nagendra kumar I purchased power bank 5 days back there is no information about the product. There is no tracking about the product I feel unhappy by purchasing the product at whaaky so take the action and track my product and say the estimated date to deliver the product. I feel unhappy by purchasing the product at whaaky there is no response from u when I purchased five days back...

I have sent the product to seller by courier after receiving product they didn't initiate my refund. I also attached images of confirmation mail send by whaaky.com in this mail clearly mention by seller "We will be processing your online refund and the amount will be credited and reflected in your account in 5 business days", but till date they didn't refunded my money....

Cheated with Mi+ power bank with 26800 mah battery and the same in very poor quality below 500n mah . Beware all customers from whaakky .com...

Dear sir/madam, my order no. S[protected] consists of 2 Samsung Guru GT E1200 mobiles. Package includes 2 mobiles without batteries and their chargers are duplicate. So please return my money....

Sir please return my money of the order S[protected]. Because the product is low quality. the product received by me on 14 Oct 2016.in the box, only handset and two local charger are there. there are no battery and no earphone in the box. And no bill of the handsets. so I am not agree these products. so I want to return these. please refund my payment.

The power bank i received is not original.
your website shows something different, but product is totally of local quality.I paid 850 rs for that, and received a local product,
either replace it or refund my money back.

kindly look into this issue asap .

I am from Consumer court, so don't try to ignore this specially.

Whaaky — return issue

I had requested a return on 26 sep for a nokia phone but still no pick up has been done. I had a talk with their customer care more times and everytime same reply that it will be picked up. And now on their site it is showing that 7 days return policy is over so it is not illegible for return. Pathetic service. Do not buy anythng from whaaky. I want my money back. The product...

My order is not perfact...

The order was placed on 27-aug-16. Order id : s[protected], received damaged and returned on same day. But till date i have not got any refund. Every day i m chasing for the same. No body picks the call.
Order no : s[protected], dt. 27-aug-16.
Product was dilivered back on 6-sep-16
Refund initiated on 7-sep-16.

But till time nothing is receivd.
