    I have ordered phones in the item name india ka offer @1449 (order # s[protected] on 26th september 2016 in whaaky.com online shoping cart. however, we received phones on 07th october 2016 in a non working condition and also the phone panels are pasted in gum and looks very dirty. this is not at all worth to the money we paid. and the are not respondig for the mail that im sending, notvanswering the phone calls...

      This is further to my complaint for non receipt of refund.

      so far i have not received refund from whaaky.com. They have confirmed the receipt of material and also confirmed that within 4 working days they will disburse the refund.

      However, so far i have not received money from them. In spite of several oral and written complaints they is no feedback from them.

      Pl look into the matter and arrange to refund my money.

            I have booked online on 02.04.2016 an order of 3 assorted shirts @ 399/- size XL and done payment of Rs. 399/- from by debit card and amount is debited from my account on 02.04.2016.

            I have call several times on your Whaaky Customer Care Number :[protected] but there is no response.

            I have received My order no S[protected] of 3 assorted shirts on 20.05.2016 but after opening the packed it was notice that all 03 shirts were old and used. I have placed my order for 3 assorted shirts new shirts. it is a fraud. I request you to replace the order or refund my money.

                  Hi this vijay from hyderabad.i purchased 4pants from whaaky.com on 14th august 2016 price is Rs 1199, after receiving the product i saw it doesn't match with which i ordered.so immediately i called to customer care and informed about it and asked for refund they said ok and told me to return the product.after these i returned it they said they will refund the money in 6 working days and every time when i mail to them they are repeating the same.But till now i didn't get my money back.kindly, please do the needfull.

                      And i responded them with

                      Actually i want you to know there's some internal problem with the product as it is not charging any device. however i'm attaching a photograph of the product and package along with this mail. so please take it into consideration and provide me refund for this defected product.

                      But after that they didn't resolve my query
                      And also the product didn't work correctly, it charge only 30% battery in 2500mah battery.

                            I have purchased 2 Samsung Bluetooth @ 599 on 30.08.2016 from whaaky.com but after receiving the product i found one Bluetooth defected and i returned the same on 08.09.2016 within specified time period but still there is no response from the seller about the product.

                            I have already made two complaints against the same but there is no response regarding the same.

                            Kindly notify me when will i receive the product or refund amount.

                                I had booked my order no. S[protected], dated 3rd September, 2016. Till date 5th October, 2016 i have not received my order. I am so harassed and disturbed because of whaaky service. I contacted them number of times by phone and emails. But in vain. I asked for refund dated 4th October, 2016 which they have not still transferred. They told me that they have dispatched my order dated 27th september, 2016 by BMP courier. When i contacted BMP, they said they have not received my order. Now i am hopeless. They are just promising me everyday that i will get my order today evening. But i didn't get it.
