                          Even though the polo t shirts were ordered more than a month ago, as on date there is no sign of any progress on delivery.
                          The website says it is still under preparation for shipment..
                          In spite of 3 mails to the whaaky support team, there is no positive action yet.
                          No body lifts the phone while i have tried to contact.
                          I am getting e-mail reply stating that there is a overwhelming response for the product and the shipment will be done at the earliest, which looks like cheating

                                  Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                  I have purchased an Headphone from www.whaaky.com on 22/07/2016 from my credit card, I have attached the statement of this. After purchasing the item was defected and I was asked to return the product, which I myself did courier from Tirupati Courier.

                                  They received the product and they said me that the item would be delivered in 7 days again. I waited for over 15 days and then mean while I was in touch via email. I also called them several times but my calls got unanswered.

                                  They where in touch with me via email, but after non delivering of product I asked them to refund me my amount. They mailed me stating that your amount will be reflected to u soon, Today it's been 2 months that I didn't get the refund of my amount. I have mailed them many times but they aren't replying to any of my mails.
