I online order some denim shirts form whaaky.com.
My product id number is s[protected]. It takes too much time to deliver. But product is completely different than then shown in website.
The product size was also different which i ordered. Then i send back that product and they asure that in 5 days they refund my money but still not refunded and is past 10 days after there assurance.
Please help me to initiate my money...

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased an Headphone from www.whaaky.com on 22/07/2016 from my credit card, I have attached the statement of this. After purchasing the item was defected and I was asked to return the product, which I myself did courier from Tirupati Courier.

They received the product and they said me that the item would be delivered in 7 days again. I waited for over 15 days and then mean while...

You sent the wrong items. I ordered were different.Please replace them or take back. And the quality is NOT GOOD. Cloth quality is very bad. Colors I selected were different. You showed them in your website & The items you sent are a 3rd class company.
