I booked a product after seeing your website with order no-S[protected] dtd 22 aug 16 after paying through credit care but when i receive the product the quality is very cheap & sizes are unfit.I sent a mail to [protected]@whaaky.com dtd 3 sep 16 & they told to return the product to your Hyderabad address, I returned the product docket-Z03353300 but till time not get any refund.

This is to your kind knowledge that on 22 sep 16 a month will be over and neither i did get any single phone call from whaaky team or when i call on the cust care no-[protected] no one pick the call.I had made the payment & also returned the product.So please take acknowledgement of my complaint & refund my amount.I also suggest everyone not to buy any single product from whaaky as the services are really very poor.

I mailed several times to whaaky support not to send me the same product back order no-S[protected], but again i got the same product with more defects, there are ink marks on the shirts pockect which seems that some one has already used those shirts.I sent an email to them to collect the product, but they mailed me to courier it.I don't understand that if i already mailed that i don't ask for same product than why i bear the cost of dispatching it.Please help in closing this issue as it's taking long time.I want the prodcut to be collected from my house and also want the money to transfer into my account.So that will purchase something else.

    Further to the below comment, i would like to inform you that today i received the replacement cell phone and battery. Yes only these two items. It doesn’t have the charger or user manual which are essential accessories. While sending the faulty cell phone, i had also sent back the substandard charger (Not nokia at all) back to you.

    What kind of service are you doing? I am your customer, not some wayside vagabond without any other work to do rather than keeping chasing you for defective and substandard shipments.

    When you are ding a business transaction, stick to your promise, complete it and entrust it with competent people to handle or you may very soon find the fate of big business tycoons who didnt follow the ethics of business and customer care.

    This is only my second business with whaaky and i am afraid if i may continue so in future

    I purchased a nokia c5-03 mobile last month. The order number s[protected]. I received the order promptly through aramex couriers. But when i opened it, the product and its accessories were not at all up-to the standards. I complained about it. After verifying my complaint, whaaky asked me send the product back for replacement. I sent it on 20/08/19 by dtdc courier and informed whaaky about it. Whaaky acknowledged receipt of faulty item by 24/08/16. Since then i have sent at least 04 or 05 mails asking details on replacement / dispatch, for which whaaky has not responded at all. This is not he service i expected from whaaky. I am waiting for a resolution or else would move to next level

    Further to above complaint, i repeat...i have no complaint about your product now...what i meant to say is that It doesn’t have the charger or user manual which are essential accessories. Unfortunately the one of the bluetooth head phone (White one) is not working other one (Black) is ok. So it is request to replace the damage one at the earliest.           Hi,

          Last month i have ordered powerbank but i have received different and duplicate. I asked for replacement. Its been told to me return the product by my own cost so that i will get the replaced item. I did the same and they have also receivex the powerbank which i have courier back to them. Now its more than 15 days i haven't received any update.

              Never answers the call only replies via mails.
              Useless products, when asked for return they told me to send by myself which I eventually did to get rid of the fake products but now their mail says replacement will be given which I really dont want.

                I have booked an order of 2 MI 10400 Mah Power banks from Whaaky.com on[protected] and paid Rs 449 in advance using SBI netbanking, order number S[protected] with Reference No S[protected].

                Whaaky confirmed the order and mention that order will be serviced soon, but till date I have not received my product and even not the payment into my account. I have mailed Whaaky a number of times but not any response from them, also called at their number [protected] but no one responds to call.
                Please register my compliant and take strict action against whaaky.com.

                      I have placed oreder of nokia phone Order ID : S[protected] on 8th sep'16 and paid the cash. When i track the order still its shows preparing to ship.I wrote a mail to customer care but the mail got bounced, when i contact through the phone call was not picked.This is fraudelent company.Till now i dont know when they are going to deliver the product are they will not.Kindly resolve this problem and help me to get the product or my cash return back

                          Smartwatch purchased from whaaky.com with order no S[protected] dt[protected]:57:26 ( DM 08 smartwatch water resistant with leather belt).
                          Received the said consignment today.
                          It is really disgusting to receive wrong watch than shown. Also the watch is dead and not starting.
                          Basically the received smartwatch is DZ 09 and ordered was DM 08 water resistant with leather belt.
                          Need immediately replacement for the same, mail is sent as a complaint.The given customer care number is never picked up.

I had call / mail several time to customer service, but getting no response at all. Is this site fake ?. Now I don't know what to do, So don't have any option, rather than to lodge a complain at Grahak Seva. Hope you will look into the matter seriously. If I don't get my order product, at least I should get my money refund.

                              I Have to ordered a nokia 5233 touch mobile. I will received your product yesterday(16.09.2016 evening) but the product was DAMAGED. I will try to complaint to your customer care service but no response, and one time say our side is please call Monday to Friday working hours. So please collect your product and refund my amount.

                                I purchased online from whaaky by net banking, paid prior by order no s[protected]. They delivered different from my order.. they did not give reply on mail of complain or did not pickup customer care phone.

                                I also send images of defective products but even they did not give any response.
                                This is really cheater company.

                                    I bought a set of samsung and Nokia phone from this site on COD basis .
                                    For 1150 inr.
                                    Both were delivered in damaged conditions and both are cheap counterfeit and do not work.
                                    Company is not responding on mails and nobody picks up the phone number provided at their website.
                                    I believe this is s fake company and duping people .
                                    Kindly, spread awareness about this company so that others are cheated.

                                      I will receve my order product today but he is not working. 2 Bluetooth headset charging show but NO power on when i push the button. i will charging this bluetooth headset in 11-12 hours. but no result in this. so i request for you please solwe my this problem. and plese replace it.
