            This is the first online shopping site who does not care of its customers.

            -Customer care(# [protected]): no one picks up the phone even you try it continuously for 24 hrs. It seems they don't care customers time and money

            -support team: "[protected]@whaaky.com" least bother to reply the email. Even you continuously follow up for a week

            --return pickup facility:They proudly say, they don't have return pickup facility but before sending any product, they don, t check, if it is defective or incomplete. It means they have no or poor quality team

            Is there any one who could suggest how to tackle all these situation as I have faced all.

            Can I go to consumer court for recovery?

            If anyone has any solution please let me know or message me on [protected]. Thanks in advance

              Dear team,

              I had been placed an order through whaaky.com, order no s[protected]Mobile phone) on 24/august/2016 at 7.17 pm. Once the payment has been done received a sms saying that 7 or 8 working days product will be delivered to given address.

              But today the date is 22/09/2016, its close to one month now. Still i have not received any delivery. I tried calling to customer care number[protected], no response. Sent a mail on [protected]@whaaky.com several times. Only automated reply has come saying that with in 24 to 48 hours delivery will happens. I thought it will be delivered with in time line. But it has not been delivered.

              I would like to request you team please take action on the same and do the needful.

                  I had booked 3 trousers from whaaky.com as on date 09/09/206 and i have also done payment rs:599 trough net banking but i didn't still get my product
                  As per company policy whaaky.com we dispatch our orders within 10 business days from the order confirmation date. This does not include saturdays, sundays and public holidays so it has over completed 10 days but i don't have any conformation for delivery my product & i have also drop the mail whaaky.com so i didn't get revert from site and i called continuously but they are not answering my call if i track my order in company so it's showing preparing to ship so i would like to inform them that's if your are unable to deliver my product so kindly refund my money

And after the couple of mail no response from them. Neither they pick ph calls nor mail reply. Totally fraud company. Cheating peoples with duplicate products.

                            Whaaky: replacement - self shipment received - reshipment pending

                            Dear barun guin, order no: s[protected] product: archos arnova 10 inch tablet. this is to inform you that we have received the self-shipment that you shipped across to us for replacement. on the basis of your complaint, we would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days. once dispatched, you will receive a mail with the consignment number and courier name. i received this mail on 14 of sept stating that the products will be dispatched in 4-5 days after receiving the defective products but it's more than one weeks are gone and i haven't received any confirmation of reshipment till now. i want to know why it's taking that much of time for reshipment. please try to resolve my complaint asap as it's more than a month i am still waiting for my replaced products.

                                  Today i have received one courier from dotzot courier for my order s[protected] through whaaky.com. Actually i ordered sony 10000mah but i have received sony25000mah jln battery pack in broken mode. Company while ordering showing one item while delivering items sending duplicate items. Its not functioning also. Its absolutely fraud only. We are trying to contact your help line [protected] after some time its automatically disconnecting. It itself indicating that the company is wantedly sending mails to the public and doing fraud.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      i have placed an order on 8th Sep 2016 vide order no S[protected] and also made the payment by debit card.for Rs 699/-. as per the shipping policy they are to ship the order within 7 - 10 working days, but it is already more than 2 months now, I have mailed them so many times regarding my order but they are replying me that due to overwhelming response of the item they are despatching the item on day to day basis, But it is already more than 2 months now and the use of online shopping if i cant get the order in time and paying the amount also.i also asked them to refund my amount, first they told me to send my bank account details and immediately they told me that my order cannot be cancelled as it is ready to be shipped.But after that message also it is now 3- 4 weeks, but till now i could nt ge my order.
                                      I request you please do a needful to me.
