I will return this parshal because this is defective no one will pickup the phone so many time I will try but no one is pickup the so tell me what can I do please contact me fast otherwise I will complaint in consumer court because I m a lawyer...

My name jitendra kumar singh. I purchase order and i paid rs.750/- this site whaaky.com. I already shipping charge first time paid and your folt.
I have received power bank charger with small bluetooth my order no s80179406 but my order big bluetooth brand - samsung. I said to me whaaky.com customer care you defective product small samsung bluetooth send me address

Cloth is not expecting quality, its very low quality, it not fit on to me,
im not satisfy your material, im send back the material,
plese return the amount, as soon as possible,

This is the first online shopping site who does not care of its customers.

-Customer care(# [protected]): no one picks up the phone even you try it continuously for 24 hrs. It seems they don't care customers time and money

-support team: "[protected]@whaaky.com" least bother to reply the email. Even you continuously follow up for a week

--return pickup facility:They proudly say, they don't have return...

Dear team,

I had been placed an order through whaaky.com, order no s[protected]Mobile phone) on 24/august/2016 at 7.17 pm. Once the payment has been done received a sms saying that 7 or 8 working days product will be delivered to given address.

But today the date is 22/09/2016, its close to one month now. Still i have not received any delivery. I tried calling to customer care number[protected], no response....

I m not available to take delivery...

I had booked 3 trousers from whaaky.com as on date 09/09/206 and i have also done payment rs:599 trough net banking but i didn't still get my product
As per company policy whaaky.com we dispatch our orders within 10 business days from the order confirmation date. This does not include saturdays, sundays and public holidays so it has over completed 10 days but i don't have any conformation for delivery my product & i have also drop...

Sir I have book 2 international branded jacket that is L size from what.com that was very quality my Order no. S[protected] I want my money back...

I had ordered mi power bank from whaaky.com having 10200 mah and 20400 mah fro rs 499 as on 09 aug 2016, i received defected and duplicate product. And after the couple of mail no response from them. Neither they pick ph calls nor mail reply. Totally fraud company. Cheating peoples with duplicate products.

Please look into issue and suggest how to proceed.

Today i have received one courier from dotzot courier for my order s[protected] through whaaky.com. Actually i ordered sony 10000mah but i have received sony25000mah jln battery pack in broken mode. Company while ordering showing one item while delivering items sending duplicate items. Its not functioning also. Its absolutely fraud only.
