The status is still started shipment, But when i contacted the vendor there was no order dispatched .

Could you try either delivering the product soon or just re-fund the money.

I am order a product samsung dhamaka @ 699 on whaaky.com website at 10th-sep-2015 10:33pm. I am wait for 15 days and last i m get my product on 25th september 2015. But in there the one product samsung 32gn + 16gb memory card is defected. So i am send mail for refund. I am getting mail from whaaky.com that problem is solved in within 24 to 48 hrs.

But nothing is done. After that i am sending more then 5 to 6 mail also try to call customer care but no result of that. I am not getting my refund till now.

Please resolve my complaint.

Regarding my order No: S[protected] dated[protected], I made the payment of Rs 1599/- through net banking for NOKIA C5-03 handset but till to the date nearly 17 days passed away the order tracking record shows "PREPARING TO SHIP", I also contacted whaaky.com Hyderabad office through phone call, they assures me that said order shipment will made on 6th september-2016, then after they given me another date 12th september-2016. But Today [[protected]] I called several times till to this time nobody can receive my call. These type of behaviour, to think me that, the trustworthiness of your online marketing. So, I request that cancel my order No: S[protected] and refund my payment at the earliest.

On the basis of your complaint, we would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a mail with the consignment number and courier name. I received this mail on 29 of Aug stating that the products will be dispatched in 4-5 days after receiving the defective products but it's more than two weeks are gone and I haven't received any confirmation of reshipment till now. I want to know why it's taking that much of time for reshipment. Please try to resolve my complaint ASAP as it's more than a month I am still waiting for my replaced products.

I have placed this order for 5 Jeans and 5 Shirts on 18th August. I got only the Jeans delivered on 29th August. All the Jeans look like used ones and i didn't get the Shirts.

- All of them are of same colour
- All are of different sizes
- Couple of them are torn
- Check the length of the Jeans. All are different and one is of a child size

They never pick up their phone. No timely reply to the emails. They will send a one line reply to the email without the email chain. This company needs to be investigated as i can see that many are cheated.
