Regarding my order No: S[protected] dated[protected], I made the payment of Rs 1599/- through net banking for NOKIA C5-03 handset but till to the date nearly 17 days passed away the order tracking record shows "PREPARING TO SHIP", I also contacted whaaky.com Hyderabad office through phone call, they assures me that said order shipment will made on 6th september-2016, then after they given me another date 12th september-2016. But Today [[protected]] I called several times till to this time nobody can receive my call. These type of behaviour, to think me that, the trustworthiness of your online marketing. So, I request that cancel my order No: S[protected] and refund my payment at the earliest.
