Order ref:so/opo/1517/2609530 dt.26/09/16 inv. Ref: tr/bh/11617/100533 dt.27/09/16. Please note that i complaint about damage of handle to wonderchef customer care through e-mail dt.10/10/17 followed by reminders dated 24/10/17 and 01/11/17. The spring of the handle came out automatically. Photograph of this handle was sent through my mail dt.10/10/17.
Regret to inform you that no reply is received so far. I also agreed to purchase the handle, if they are not able to replace the same at free of cost as per warranty obligation. Please note that as per company policy the product is warrant for two years from the date of purchase.

    We ordered a cookware for a friend on September 11, and called many times, but the product was not delivered. After that we cancelled and asked for refund, but that also no is doing. It's been almost 1 and a half months now. Please help speed up process. And if it's possible to escalate in some way, please help.
    This has been a really bad experience. I have did not receive the product for more than a month, and even after cancelling, it is not refunded for more than two weeks. If anyone has information on how to escalate the issue, please help.

    My Order Number: 2802189 on dt.[protected], I didn't receive the same till now also I called so many times to customer care and sales dept but I didn't get the proper response. Please ask them to refund my money immediately.
    As its been one month and wonderchef pan has been seen d upper coating has been removed
    So kindly replace our pan wth new one
    Yesterday, I ordered a spare big jar for nutriblend online.

    I made online payment for the same. My money got debited but the order status shows cancelled.

    Either I expect my money to be credited in my bank account. Or complete my order.

    Please help as soon as possible.

      We purchased wonderchef otg product on 12 oct 2017 and delivered on 17 oct 2017. We called customer care to send executive to tell how to use it. They told person will come soon. Now its 11 days we are calling daily to their customer care. They are not ready to send anybody. They are not handling our enquiry. Today they told 2-3 more days after we will try.

      Ask wonderchef why they not told while purchasing or why they not tell in open that their executive will come after 15 days or 1 month to solve problem.

      Anyway we are tired of calling them and very dissatisfied with them

      We are in faridabad. Our complaint no is wc/sf/171017/68 this is 17.10.2017 complaint date.. Ask them meaning of this complaint no given to us. Our details will be there. Bill no is trea/17-18/21759

        We ordered two wonderchef granite sets on 16/10/17 and received only one set instead of two sets on 21/10/17 but we paid rs 5998 for two sets of wonderchef granite set. My invoice no. Is 90053481 and order no. Cod-wdcn[protected]. Sent one more set or give information about it. Please contact us soon to solve the problem or inform us what to do to get the another set.

        My airfryer worked well for one day but after that light of the heating element and timer did not switch on and it has stopped working now

        I purchased the wonderchef royal velvet cookware and the layer of the non-stick coating is coming out. I have called on the customer care number many times. No one is picking the call. I want the resolution ASAP.
        Fraud company !!!

        The granite set has just granite coating and when we ask for the replacement as it is in warranty they will just swing you from here to there and give fake hopes and to no avail till now since a month 4 th oct i had registered the complaint and today is 31 oct 2017 there is no replacement till now.

          Registered a complaint on 26 sept 2017 to wonderchef customer care. Replied that a service engineer will come in 4 days and complaint no is wc/sf/ 260917. Till today i. E., 15th oct 2017, no one has called me neither attended to my house to service and i received a message on 13th oct 2017 that your complaint no is successfully resolved. Please take serious action on this asap.

            Frequent calls have been made and variety of information was informed to us as below,
            1. That the product is approved for replacement.
            2. Product is couriered and that its returned due to incorrect address.
            3. Sometimes they informed us of no stock available, manager is not on the floor, technician will visit your place, let me check the history and many more excuses.

            Its looks like a pre - planned strategy to avoid the replacements.

            I ordered nutri blend400 watt juicer mixer grinder and received it on 17-may-2017 through amazon .
            Everything was well but from last few days the mixer has stopped working . It is no more revolving around . Look into this asap and solve the problem .

              1. I booked three items from wonderche[censored]nder order # wdcn[protected] dated 25 sep 2017.
              2. It is quite surprising that after booking my order there was no communication from wonderchef till i complaint through email since my account on the website showed "order complete". Next day i got a call from customer care that items are out of stock and my money will be refunded. 16 days have elapsed, there is no news of refund.
              3. Such irresponsible behavior from a reputed company is not understood.

                  I purchased nutri-blend from wonderchef in 2016, the blade for grinding is broken after 1 year usage, i need the replacement of the blade for grinding under warranty cover as soon as possible, i request the company to send me the spare parts to use the product continuously. I request to do the needful as soon as possible.

                  I sent emails to the company, but there was no reply nor response.

                  I tried the customercare numbers provided by the company, which is not in use. I am confused where to get the spare parts to use the product. I have paid for the product now i can't use it further is disappointing and disgusting. Please help to replace the grinding blade which is broken. Please do the needful.

                  I purchased nutri-blend from wonderchef in 2016, after more than 1 year o[censored]se the blade for grinding is broken, i need its replacement under warranty cover for 2 years as promised by wonderchef.                     It was my bday gift from my bro. I wuld have never biught ur product because of brand reviews and high cost.

                    It would habe been my last day as vhord was damaged and i had a high intensity of electric shock.

                      We had ordered oil pan vide order no :wdcn[protected] dated 18th sept 17. We received a order on 24th sept 17. However on opening the box only one pan was received as against order of four.
                      The less qty in packing red was shown to delivery person and was also mailed to [protected]@wondershef.in.
                      However regret to inform that no positive response is received received from wonder shef team till date.
                      Pl consider this message as level i escalation of the complaint.

                        Last year in the month of october 2016 we purchased a nutri blend mixer from amazon. But since one month one of the jar is leaking. When we grind something with water the water goes down in the motor so there are chances of motor getting spoilt. The bush also has broken so when we grind it maker a lot of sound. I was not expecting such products from wonder chef. Now it is sincere request to you to replace the defective jar at the earliest.

                            In continuation to my complaint on this forum on 13.07.2017, the company has failed to respond to my complaint. The quality of jar head hooks is so poor that the break within first few uses. I had made the complaint of the same on your forum on 13.07.3027 also, but no response from wonderchef team was received. This company should not be allowed to continue its operations in india. And i have lost all the faith in sanjeev kapoor who has been continuously promoting this companies products on his channel.
                            I need replacement.

                              Product ordered online on www.wonderchef.in on 28-aug-17

                              This is regarding invoice no #[protected] / order no # wdc[protected].

                              I placed this order on 28-aug-17 & today on 12-sep-17 (Gap of 16 days) when i called customer care to know the delivery status, they do not know the status of product, not even the expected delivery date.

                              I have called them 10~12 times but getting no resolution till date.

                              Also, i haven't received any communication mail / sms till date regarding the delay in delivery.

                              I called customer care multiple times resulting in no satisfactory answer.

                              Today customer service saying that we are getting it processed & you will get the order received in another 8 days.

                              Also there is no option available to cancel the order, not even available with customer care team.

                              Expecting some resolution / meaningful reply.

                                Hi ordered one picasso induction set of 3 pieces in july 2017 with order number wdc[protected], received it in specified time however, one of the wok out of 3 was damaged when received and opened the package. For this i raised a complaint # wc-bt[protected] in july itself; i have been told that i will get a replacement in 7 working days initially, and since then every week when i call i get a dialogue for another 5-7 working days which hasn't come till today at the time of writing. After 1 month 15 days of following up i feet totally frustrated and cheated.
                                I purchased during the sale and looks like wonderchef intentionally sent the damaged wok as they wanted to clear their stock after gst implications.
                                This was a gift for my married friend and now i'm at completely embarrassing situation. Despite me following up every week customer care people don't seem to take it seriously. If anything can be done via this medium it would be appreciated else i have no way left but to go to consumer court.

                                  The compact juicer was ordered as seen on the tv channel.
                                  Delivery - awb –[protected]th july 2017. (Please see below the details of your shippment - and the lies told prior to delivery..!)

                                  It was endorsed by mr sanjeev kapoor showing the juice extract non - stop without stopping.
                                  - there is no mention online too - not to operate more than 3 minutes.

                                  The product when opened we found that on the booklet it is mentioned
                                  Use manual – 1st page clause 17 & 2nd page clause 20
                                  Donot operate the juicer for more than 3 minutes.

                                  We strongly feel cheated because the information of ‘compact juicer’ is wrongly sold by-
                                  A) television marketing where the impact of the visual was greater than actual product and no mention of the stopping the juicer every 3 minutes!!
                                  B) hiding such a crucial information on tv thereby misleading us the choice to buy.
                                  C) selling the product by a celebrity
                                  D) its wrongly trading
                                  E) financial loss.

                                  We explained to the call centre on 9th july to floor supervisor shrutika korde who then asked mr samrat who spoke to me and agreed it has been wrongly advertised and has proposed to senior management to refund the money - and would revert back in 2 days time as it was the weekend.

                                  As there was response thereafter i called again on 20th july 11.15am) - shurtika then said it would take further 7 days to process.

                                  There has been no response – called again on
                                  12th aug – (14.53) spoke to milind sooradkar who then said would check with shrutika but never responded back.
                                  7th sept (16.23) – spoke to milind sooradkar – who then said he didn’t know anything of the matter and shrutika and samrat both have left the organisation. To escalate the matter an email to be sent.

                                  We would like the money to be returned and please make arrangements to collect the prato compact juicer.

                                  Look forward in hearing the collection date.

                                      We bought wonderchef burlington set and received damaged product. We called to wonderchef customer care and registered replacement complain on[protected] and was told their courier service will receive the product next 7-8 working days. But neither no one has come nor received any update from them. We again called and informed to the customer care service and told to wait again 5 more days. After 5 days over still no one has come. Again i called today[protected] they told to wait 7-8 days more.

                                      Now, the most worst thing, non stick coating is started coming out. We not even used for 1 month.

                                        We had bought a wonderchef jumbo chopper on 1st june 2017 from the store at seawoods grand central mall at seawoods, navi mumbai. Invoice no. Sc-327.

                                        The blade component has broken off from inside and is totally unusable. We are surprised that a premium quality product from such a reputed brand would fall apart in such fashion.

                                        We have contacted the store executives and provided them information about the issue.

                                        We request you to kindly replace or refund.
