Dear team,
Nitro blender we have was already repaired last year, but still the same issue keeps persisting. The problem is washer in both the jars are getting cut very quickly and jars starts leaking while grinding with too much of noise.
There is no other choice to buy the part separate and the complaint department is also not responding well.
How to resolve this issue?

There is another request from kanpur. One of the customer (Dr atul mathur) has received chimney & needs installation at his premises in kanpur at azad nagar area near kanpur zoo. And also one demo of otg 28lit.in kanpur

My query is regarding 2 products purchased in AUG, 2016.
As per wonder chef there is 2 years warranty on these 2 products for non stick coating, but the non stick coating is sticking out.
I am chasing the customer care of company on mail since April 2018 but till date they have not resolved my complaint.
They even do not responds on mail.

I have only get response from them once when they asked me the invoice copy and some pics of product, i provided them all but seems they are unprofessional

I purchased this product Wonderchef Nutri-Blend[protected]Watt Mixer Grinder with 3 jars in month of April. One of the Jar has a leakage problem and which has also affected the main machine which will be more problematic to use other jars. Need to replace the same as early as possible, we are not able to use the same. It's in the warranty period.

Respected wonder chef team this is to inform you that i had purchased a wonder chef nutri blend just 2 months ago but due to some defect the mixer s rotator as well as the jar broke down now i am sad about the bad quality of wonder chef products which belongs to me sanjeev kapoor i would request you to arrange for a replacement or kindly send someone to get it repaired as it is under warranty my contact number is[protected] or [protected]

I had made online transfer of money for purchasing 4 items under order No. WDCN[protected] on 23th August, 2018. Till now the product has not been delivered. On enquiry nobody is giving proper respond, they are hearing all the details and put the phone on hold for half an hour and cut the phone, daily i am spending one hour for this and experience the same from them. I didnt expect these type of worst experience from the reputed concern like this. We had not received any calls from courier company Delivery. There is no information from Customer Care also despite sending many mails. No refund has been made yet. I no longer need the product. Refund my money back.

I was sent a broken part with the purchased grater.

The part was promised to be delivered first before 1 sept 2018 and then before 8 sept 2018 but has still not been delivered to me.

Please request the company to act on complaint no wc/bt/270818/149 order no so/opo/1517/1808453 wonderchef grater, in which i requested company to replace the transparent part which was was sent to me in broken condition.

I purchased a wonderchef pressure cooker 5 ltrs. Now the pressure is not building up and i complained on 28th august.

So far nothing happened and every time the phone personnel is asking for two days to send the texhnician.

I am forgetting the product but please please do not buy any wonderchef products since they have a bad after sale services.

I had purchased one non stick lid kadhai from home town at gip mall. At the time of purchasing they committ that everything is in gauarantee and warantee. It’s only 2 month i used that product and now my whole black kadhai become stary white. When i went to gip for discussing yhis issue they said we will not considered this. It’s really very shocking that how they treat customer pre sales and after sales.

I complained about the broken part of my nutri blend on 11th august 2018. Every time customer care says you will get the replacement within 6-7 working days but still i havn't got my replacement. I am fed up of calling them again and again. The same thing they say but all in vain. Now i really regret that i bought wonderchef product. Pathetic after sale service they have. My complain no. Is wc/bt/110818/129. Kindly revert.

I want demo for otg 28l. It being 6 months i had sent many emails to register complain i am not getting any response from company. Extremely poor service. Very dispointed.
I trust this is not the way that awful company wishes to conduct business with valued customers — i have been with you since the company was founded and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

Complaint number wc/sf/040718/67 - i have purchased cooker from home center store and they told that there is color and non stick guarantee that color and non stick will not fade away. However within a month colour and nonstick both faded away and handle also lossen up. It's more than 2 month but no update on the complaint yet. This is a fake products they sell it seem so.

The milk boiler doesn't boil milk properly.when the milk is just warm, it starts whistling .when we kept it on flame, it's bottom burnt & discolored.kindly replace it or give me a proper solution.
When I message wonderchef on their registration no then they don't reply.
When I call them, their no is always not reachable.
Once I was connected then I was kept in que & after a long wait, call got disconnected.
Is it wonderchef behaviour for its customers?

5 years की warranty है फीरभी हमे warranty नही मील रही.

I am probably one of the rarest person on earth who managed to get replacement of tawa from wonderchef. After reading all those painful comments of customers of wonderchef product, i thought of helping you.

I managed to get the contact number of MUMBAI based wonderchef employee who is technical manager. His name is Nubial. His contact no. Is[protected].

But guys, remember he is a technical manager and not responsible for providing you replacement. He can only help you by doing followup of your case to get processed faster as he belongs to technical department and can contact the respective department which takes care of replacement. Before calling him directly, make sure that you have case reference number which you can get after calling wonderchef customer care number.

And one more important thing, dont you dare to tell this technical manager that you found his number on this website. Else, everyone will loose this opportunity as he might change his contact number. Remember i am just helping you guys.

I got new tawa within 10 days after calling this person. And guess what, its brand new and i also dont had to return the old tawa... Hurrey!! Now i have 2 tawas...

I had brought wonderchef hot zippy meal box on 24.03.2018. thereafter, with in one week of its use the lids of the tiffin started cracking. i have complained to wonderchef customer complaint email id providing them will all details, invoice copy. The customer care reverted to me stating they have dispatched the new lids on 09.05.2018 however till date i haven't received it and every time i follow up with them they convey a false promise of getting the lids dispatched. its august and haven't received the lids and now the customer care has stopped reverting too.
