Wonderchef push chopper complaint not working.

Complaint registered on 18 may 2018.

Some part has to be changed and till now no response from customer care team even after more than 2 months of complaint.

I have called wonderchef customer care number multiple times. They say every time that it will be resolved in 30 hrs. But afterwards there is no response.

Please check this complaint on high priority.

I made a purchase of celebration set-Purple online from the website which I received on 23/06/2018. The product which I got is damaged, the Dosa Tawa is disfigured from on side and the Lid of the Wok-2.5L is little bigger than the container hence the lid is not fitting the container.

This is really sad to see there is no responsible response from your company. The complaint was made on 24th June immediately when I received the damaged product and today is 16th July no replacement has been taken from the company. Even the company doesn't provide any feedback or confirmation message or mail to their customer.
I really have got very bad experience shopping from WONDERCHEF. Now I think I have to take some other strict action towards this company.

Last 10day I continue follow up to M/s. Wonderchef customer care person regarding my duplicate invoice copy but he is not send me duplicate invoice... My product in warranty & my product was dead till now... Same complain raise & his service guys say invoice copy require other wise he is not ready for repairing...

That is why book my complain to customer care but every time he is giving time line but not resolved my issue...

We have bought your product from care four at Alfa One mall – Ahmedabad

4 pcs. non stick pan with lead of RED colour, but due to accident in kitchen the lead fallen and glass is safe but knob broken.

So we need the same, can you please help us out in getting the same.

One year back i had purchased 'gas oven tandoor duo' from wonderchef. It had glass lid cover which is broken therefore i contacted wonderchef.com to purchase its glass lid cover only as a spare part. I got instruction from customer care that only after receiving product cost (Inr 1300/-) they will process the order. I had paid 1300/- on 7th june 2018 as per their instructions into their bank account. And since then i am following up regarding the delivery of my product but not getting any response. I ordered nutriblend jar bases with twin blade and flat bed (Total 2 bases) on phone to wonderchef customer care on 27.03.2018. I paid rs 575/- for the same through internet banking on 27.03.2018. Reference no. For this order is wc/bt/270318/40. It has been around 3 months but till date i have not received the product. I contacted wonderchef customer care on [protected] several times but i get the answer 'you will get the product next week'. Even i asked for refund of my money but neither they are delivering the product nor refunding back my money. I therefore request you to kindly do the needful to settle the issue. I have wasted lot of my time and energy for contacting and interacting with their customer care service several time.

I got a granite set on women's day, March 18' from Mall of India, Wonderchef store.
in less than 2 months, the coating started to peel off. I have been trying to lodge a complain for weeks without any success or result.
this is unacceptable for such a reputed company.
after spending money on a reputed product, i am putting my family's health at risk by feeding them non stick coating.
the customer service of Wonderchef is difficult to reach. and even if you reach them, they do little to solve any issue.
They need to be responsive since they sell expensive products and give 2 year warranty.
i need this to be attended to at the earliest.

1. I purchased a nutri blend black mixer with jar vide my order no so/opo/[protected] dt 25 may 18.
2. The item is defective since the day it arrived and the jars are not fitting.
3. I complained with wonderchef vide my complaint no wc/sf/wc/sf/290518 dt 30 may 2018.
4. Sachin, wonderchef technician attended yesterday and found it defective
5. He also found the item faulty and recommended that the same should be replaced.
6. I want to request you to kindly send me a nutriblend with 2 jars as replacement with the present item of 3 jars.

Kitchenwares were purchased 3/4 months back and it has two years of warranty. The non-stick coatings came out within 3 months. I registered the complaint on 3rd may. On 21st may, i was told and assured the replacement has been processed and will be delivered within 6-7 days. Upon not receiving an update i sent another follow-up mail on 31st may. Till now there is no update on the same.

I ordered a bigger jar for my nutriblend. The jar was received by posting cash on delivery RS.550. but the rim of the jar is broken. Informed the courier person immediately. He asked to raise the complaint with customer care. The complaint no is in the subject line. One month over and not yet received the replacement. Kindly send a replacement. I am writing to complain about the toaster. I ordered this product previous year but after few month it stopped working. Regarding this issue i also called wonderchef customer service number but i didn’t solve my problem. Even I am not getting proper and logical response from wonderchef customer care. They are saying that our service is not available in your city. My question is then why they are delivering their products to such cities. This is totally unacceptable. if service is not available then replace the product.

I have purchased nutriblend from wonderchef on 09 jun 16 via invoice no so/opo/1516/0906500. Within one year o[censored]se both its jar started malfunctioning. I made a complain on wonderchef customercare with complain no wc/ff/200917/86 for replacement of jars. But till now no concrete action has been taken by them for replacement of my jars despite my product being in warranty period. They have given me phone no. Of some technician, but till now he has not visited me.

I have purchased wonderchef water bottle in a pair with blue and green color set and with a marketing attraction of 10 years warranty. Date of purchasing was 26th aug 2016. After few months i have realized there is discoloring of water bottle cap and raised complaint with customer care. To my surprise one representative visited and could not resolve my query instead asking me that such request can be considered in few months and not after year. I asked him can you show in warranty booklet but he could not. My product is in warranty but why its ignored

When product is delivered that time glass was broken if top. So plz come and take and go to us new one glass top. We are waiting for your reply.in that box we are having 4set of pans out of that one product is broken when we got the home delivery by courior so plz come and collect damage product that set. Come and collect whatever time but come and collect

Please note i have ordered wonderchef luxe electric kettle red 1.7l, order # wdc[protected] and while trying to track the same and after logging in, it is showing no order.. Now it is almost a week, i wish to cancel the order. Would request you to please refund the amount. I have written several mailsand there is absolutely no response from your end.

I have purchased a Wonderchef Nutri-Blend[protected]Watt Mixer Grinder with 3 jars (Black), which was dispatched on 05.06.2017 vide order no.[protected] by Amazon. One of its jar is leaking for last one month, for which, I had made complaint with the customer care over phone. But nothing has happened so far. company is not helping at all.

I have order wonderchef turbo dual speed food processor on 10th april 2018, about the service they didn't update me about anything. After 3-4 call i have canceled my order because they are not giving me proper service. Even though i have cancel my order i didn't get any update regarding my order cancellation.
After few days later i again called on 23rd april 2018 for the same thing but at that time i have come to know that my order hasn't been cancel and they are giving some # excuses about some warehouse thing. It has been 13 days and there is not any process for my product, that product is neither cancel nor processed. Thing is they are playing me around all the time whenever i called.
One of the senior person told me that your order has been cancelled and i make sure that i will receive my refund within two days which i demanded and he said ok. After two days wheni called again means today 25th april 2018 i come to know that my order is still in process, neither process further not cancel as mentioned earlier. It has been 15 days they are using my money 999.00 and i didnt get anything in reverse of that.

Now i am complaining as i am not getting any service from their end. Request you to process further and update me for the same. Now have wait how consumer forum help me in this

I received a defective product from wonderchef. I had ordered product nutri blend red through internet directly from the company (Order no so/opo/1517/[protected]Invoice no :[protected] dated 02/02/2018) which was found with broken lid on receipt. Inspite of repeated request through phone and email no response has been received from the company even after lapse of two months. Company had promised to replace the item after 15 days but to no avail.

Plastic of the strainer is coming in juice, which can cause cancer. There is no gap between strainer bowl and strainer basket, which in turn rubs the strainer when we turn it on. Small particles of plastic comes directly in juice. Design of this juicer is faulty. Attaching images for your reference.
If there is a problem in this unit only, then please replace or refund. If issue is in the design itself, may god save those who buy this juicer.
