I order cooker 3l+ 5L combo pack but I received only 3 L cooker and 5 L cooker is missing. I am regular customer of your company from last 2 years. I purchased many products of wonder chef but this is the 1st time when I encounter the problem. Please resolve it soon otherwise your customer cannot trust you. I am waiting for your response.. please do this fast. It was too expensive but still we bought and we got only 1 piece.. very disappointing for my family and we decided not to buy any more products from your company

I bought a 19 liter otg through amazon it not working i complained it before your customers support services says technician will come when i again contact they says your products will replaced my previouscomplaint no. Is [protected] so please do needful as it is neat about one month passed i heard your company name and your brand i have already many products neutriblend cookware chopper all are working good

I had purchase Nutri Blend 400 watt mixer grinder from Amazon, sold by Vishaals Home Stores Retail Pvt Ltd vide Invoice no.QSBI-80909 dt.02.11.18. I had complained about the leakage problem to your call centre with complaint No.MA[protected]. Your technician visited our house and informed us that the part will be replaced within 2 to 3 days. Technician Mobile NO.[protected]. I was surprised when I recieved sms on 14th April, 19 saying your complaint has been resolved. The complaint was not solved yet. The part was not changed. I have complaint about this to your call center on the same day but there is no response from your side. Therefore I have registered complaint today with complaint No.MA[protected].
Kindly request you to look into the matter and reply at the earliest.

From first i register a complain about my new three burner gas stove that its not working fine its been 15 days i called almost everyday to their customer care and their answer was same today technician will visit to check your stove fault my product is under 2 year warranty till date no technician visit worst service a strict action should taken against these type of company

I ordered this wonderchef two peice wok set from amazone.com on 3-feb-2019 and i use it very less but i noticed that non stick coating of this wok starting peeled of i am using silicon spatula from wonderchef on this wok this wok comes with a two year warraty but how it can damaged in one month and few days the invoice and damage product images provided below

I ordered nutriblend jars and payments has also been made and emailed the payment receipt to them at [protected]@wonderchef.in aroud 07th jan 2019. Since then i am still following up with them regarding the delivery but all in vain. The customer care people never revert on any of my emails and on calls they every time say it will get delivered. Itsaroud 3 month now but still no update from them. I am really fed up with and and they have the worst service. They are shameless people, why dont government ban these companies.

The nutriblend grinder base has got crack so i called the customer care. To my problem they asked me to purchase the grinder base from them and sent me the bank details. I made the payment and emailed the payment receipt to them at nrc. [protected]@wonderchef.in and [protected]@wonderchef.in on 1st mar 2019. Since then i am still following up with them regarding the delivery but no response from them. The only response i am getting is thank you for waiting, we regret your inconvenience.

Wodnerchef support is totally a fake team who just want you to make some payments in the given bank details. They dont exist in real. Total unhappy customer

I have reported to help line number many times. Written many e mails to them, got only one answer
"our senior team will examine all the valuable data given by you, and your complaint will be processed shortly".
They never actually do anything about it.

I ordered a wonderchef nutriblend[protected]watt mixer grinder on 3rd nov 2018, which was delivered to me on 5th nov 2018.
I raised a complain about its non working condition on 5th dec 2018 against which no action was taken on immidiate effect.
After so many follow ups & calls finally the mechanic visited on 31st dec 2018 & told that the motor is not working & as it is in warranty period so the same will be replaced within 7 working days. He assured me that he will raise the motor replacement request by that day itself.

But till date no one came to replace the motor & on each call to customer care they again & again assure me that the mechanic will come within 2 or 3 days & blah bhah.

Now as i have wasted my lot of precious time on calling & all i request consumer court to ask the company to return my money back & take back their worst grinder. I request to look into the matter & help me out please.

I have purchased wonderchef regalia hand blender on 23/09/2018 but it is not working properly from day 1, i have called their customer care service 3-4 times, everytime they say within 48 hours our technician will come but not even once anyone came. I have also mail them about my concern but they are not responding me. I want replacement. And it is very shameful for the wonderchef company to harass their customers

Wonderche[censored] I have no words to express how fraud this company is. They have a cheap sales technique. I ordered a product and they gave me a damaged one. Then i asked them to either return or exchange and they never initiated any of them. Customer care executives they have are the most fraud people. They would keep lying and delaying and would never get back to you with any work done. Shame on you cheap liers!

I have purchased the product royal velvet plus set of purple colour.in the set wok with lid is defected. I have launched the complain several time but no response from their side. Please help. I have placed the order on 13-feb and received on 24th feb.2019. When i call to the call center they ask to write a mail and once i complain on mail they just sent the automated mail and after that no revert. Please help me with this issue.

As discussed with help with closure of complain stated in subject, this product i have bought for my own use and at initial use only i had issue with flame coming out from the nob, considering the criticality and safety issue i have raised complain immediately and informed mr. Shivanand from bangalore service team.

Since then i have following up with him but there is no response, he promised replacement almost 7 month back but it's not done and now he is not even responding to calls and messages. I got detains of 2 people from there senior team but they also dont respond to calls and mails.

The response has been very poor, even though i have met him at my home and also in office, this kind of negligence doesn't reflect good on such reputed brand and gives us doubt on after sales of brand while promoting it in store.

Kindly look it, hoping to get immediate response.

Hi,

I had purchased a breadmaker in the month of november and the machin stopped working mid of november itself. The main part of the machine which kneeds the dough has some issue as the motor is not working.

I have been non stop calling the support line to get it first at first. The technical person came after a month to check the issue, said we can get the small part replaced as now i don’t have it and will come after 2 days which never happened.

Kept calling the support team and no one seemed to be interested in helping but read out a script “i apologise for the inconvenience caused and this will get rectified asap” but sadly they never really understood the problem and gave no solution.

Spoke to the manager altamash and he said he will have it fixed but as expected no solution. He said he will get his manager looked into the situation avesh but i never really heard from them.

I called and told them again, i am changing my current address please notebthe new address and now i would want a new machine and replace this breadmaker as i have been non stop following up to get a small part fixed which did not happen.
He denied to make a note of the new address and said before you move in to the new apartment i’ll have it fixed but as usual no reply.

Considering the product is not so cheap, we expect to get the service for what we paid for.

This is horrendous experience and will never ever advise people to buy any products from wonderchef.

I’m still following up to get a replacement done for the breadmaker.

I bought a wonderchef egg cooker from flipkart and it stopped working after within 3 months of purchase.

It was an automatic appliance which gets automatically switched off once the eggs boils as per water level but it didn't function properly and it plastic plate got burnt and it also stopped working.

The product quality seems to very cheap and even a local product is working better than this.

It is under warranty and please help me in getting a new product or refund.

We had placed one order for pan set and made the payment online with my debit card. The invoice number is 90230265. When the parcel was delivered the courier asked for the payment and since my daughter was alone at home she paid as per courier request. We have complained to the company several times and also registered the complain under reference number wc/bt/101218/245 and so many times we have called them but no action from their side.
Big names are there but they are cheaters and do not respond at all. Every time we call them they say we will do the needful but no action.

The cookware set is of mediocre quality at best, we have witnessed the following issues:

1. Peeling off of the coating from the cookware within first 6 months o[censored]se.
2. Loosening of the handle of the cookware
3. There are black stains on the coating of the cookware. After multiple washes also, the stains refuse to go away.
4. The top of the cookware cover has come off.

I would like to highlight that we have been using the cookware with the utmost care

Ordered a prato compact juicer on 10th dec 2018 but in defective condition. Complained and received the mail that my complaint has been registered. But still not received the exchange for the defective piece. My invoice and complaint number is is given below. When enquired about my status i was told that my exchange has been approved and will be receiving a mail. But still not received a mail nor any action has been taken. Kindly look into the matter and help me receive the exchange...
It has been my worst experience with wonderchef.. Actually i had bought this because of chef. Sanjeev kapor ads but it was shocking to know that how chef sanjeev is supporting this kind of action actually since he is responsible for wonderchef he should also get to know the difficulties of customer and sort the issues, but i dont see any of the positive reply from wonder chef... A made a big mistake by buying this product worth rs.3000

I ordered for wonderchef royal velvet 5 piece set containing a wok with glass lid, fry pan, dosa tawa and mini tawa from amazon.in..

But to my utter dismay the wok u have shipped me is faulty and distorted. It is not perfectly round and hence the glass lid does not fit the wok
