We had ordered a Wok and Frying Pan of Granite Set from Wonderchef via Order Ref: SO/CPO/1517/2202575 Dated 22-02-17. Both the products were received in a damaged condition and a complaint was made by calling customer care and sending mail(ENQ/280217/81). Received response saying reverse pick up will be arranged in 3 - 4 days and replacement in 7 days. However even after 1.5 months even the reverse pick up has not been arranged. Every time we call the customer care a false promise is made about dispatching the product and there is no response to mails even after sending 6 reminders so far. We are feeling cheated and harassed by this behavior of Wonderchef company. There customer care is most unprofessional and unsatisfactory and we want to resolve this issue at the earliest failing which I will register the complaint in consumer court.

Wonder chef are cheating. I have their product wonder chef nutri blend which is not working. I have raised a complaint with their customer care. It has been more than a month now they have not sent their representatives till now. If i call them they say they are looking into it. I feel wonderchef are cheats and will not honor their warranty claims.

I bought a nutri blend last year in january.. It has a warranty for 2 years... The nutri blend is not working as its machine is getting overheated nd stops to work. M trying customer care number from last so many days.. But no response.. It's really sad to know that such a big and reputed company nd so poor service that you are not even listening to your customers.. I hope that this problem is resolved as soon as possible nd i can get the best solution out of it..

Purchased a wonder chef 400 murti blendon july 4 2016 from snap deal. But within one month the blending hook broken.
The product is under warranty i launched a complain about the product on national consumer foram. But still i didn't get any response from the company.
The trust & faith on the company is broken is this the kind of service provided by wonder chef company.?
Kindly take this matter on high priority as I have done a dead investment by purchasing a faulty product & will never recommend to anyone.

Till date no confirmation regarding delivery .Inspite of multiple calls on your helpline number no resolution was given.THey just asked to call tomorrow.One of your customer service excutive Sangeeta she dont have a manner to speak with a customer.I want my refund to be intiated asap for this order.I dont want this product now.

I ordered cake mould on 16th feb 2017 against #WDC[protected]. one product was ok, but another is wrong. I have not requested for it. Then I send back mail to care id with picture. They said that they are arranging for reverse pickup. It happened on 6th of March by Bluedart. I have given them docket number. Now product already reach to them in 2 days but I am calling at customercare daily and getting same reply that you will get shippment number by EOD. Worst service ever. They dont have escalation matrix, nothing... I dont know if they will act on it, only way customer can think to go for consumer court. Why Sanjeev Kapoor startup such a bad company where they provide 3rd level of service for all hell lovers.

I have buy wonderchef da Vinci green family set non stick cook ware and used only for 1 day and now the condition of it is very bad that we cannot cook on it as it will be hazardous for health. its coating is coming off from everywhere. never expected this from the brand products. no update on emails. no update on calls. they don’t answer the calls. They assured to respond within 24 hrs. but till now no response

Bought Nutri blend three months back. It's not working. After a weeks effort they sent technician to repair it. It worked for a day n then it stopped working again. Tried calling customer service but they don't pick up the phone. After a weeks hard work finally able to speak to them. Again they are telling me that they will send the technician but they can't change the product. One should leave everything n do this only . It's a waste of money n time. These products should be banned. Ours is hard earned money. Please replace the product.

I have buy wonderchef click amaze set of 4 from wonderchef authentic online service.i purchase this on 6th september.i didnt use its other 3 of products, but using dosa tawa.when i used it on flame, some crackel noice began start.then i found my tawa getting mold from all sides n its coating has removing from sides.even it has two year warrnty period.
i call to wonderchef custmer care.they advising me to send a mail with photograph.then i send emails.but it has been 4-5 day ago.but their is no response from wonderchef.then i again call to their helpline no.but firstly its gone on waiting n after 5 mnts the phone has been cut from their side.plz help me .thanx

I ordered 2 wonderchef royal velvet blue set of 4pcs - induction base with free non-stick protector on 14 october as diwali gifts for rs 3998 and have still not received my order. I made payment from my debiy card, i tried calling customer care service but they are not picking up the phone or responding to my mails. They only replied to my mail once asking me to be patient and they will solve my problem and thia happened 5-6 days ago. Since then i have send then numerous emails asking them regarding my order delivery but have not received any mail since then.
I just know that the above mentioned amount has been deducted from my account and now if i want to cancel the order i am not able to do it. The customer care numbers mention on their official site are wrong. I wonderchef is willing to sell it products then they should entertain their customers and instead of spending their bucks on getting their products advertised by sanjeev kapoor and employing more staff to atleast attend customer's calls

I purchased this product and it worked really well but after some time it stopped working. The main problem is that it is not showing any power.
Please correct it fastly as I am unable to make something in it. Please contact me fast as soon as you see this. I want you to repair it soon as it is in warrenty and soon its warrenty will be expired so please contact me fast.

8-10 months ago, i purchased a nutriblend after watching your add on tv. Once it was delivered, the blender appeared to not receive any power. Without further delay, i sent your product back to you within 36 hours of the delivery date. I have the return slip along with tracking number with me just in case i needed it for such situation. As of you, wonderchef still owes me 3500 rupees for the faulty machine even though it was returned with proof. Everything we call wonderchef, it appears that all their employees are always assisting other customers. After patiently waiting 15 mins on hold for customer support, the customer support's automated system says, "good bye!"

The service wonderchef provides is immaculate. (Being sarcastic)

My order I'd is So/OPO/1516/1601972 on 16jan2016 I ordered from food food granite offer of rs.1999 daily I follow-up with them till today they say I will get my product within 12hrs sorry for inconvenience etc...if they can deliver the product why can't they informed about it ...Ihave ordered two set one for me & other to gift my friend on her wedding. The wedding is on 10feb & I am still waiting for the product

Hello I have ordered for Wonderchef Click Space Saver Set on October, 2015 and it is been 10 days i did not receive that product . They already deducted price amount of Rupees 3499 from my card . The items against my order are not yet delivered.The customer care is not responding to my emails i sent to [protected]@wonderchef.in for past few days.Also the customer care nos are always busy or switched off. I am unable to even ask for a refund for my amount paid If I am unable to recieve my shipment.

I purchased wonderchef granait 3 pan set which cost 2999, oder no23049361. Out of 3 pan the wok pan was damaged.the Coting is coming out for past 10 days I have been tried calling at number given on their website tel:[protected]/[protected] but nobody picked up. I am very disappointed as I purchased it just SanJay kapoor was doing add for this. It's very bad.I spent 2999 for this and I think it's waste our hard money.
