Plastic of the strainer is coming in juice, which can cause cancer. There is no gap between strainer bowl and strainer basket, which in turn rubs the strainer when we turn it on. Small particles of plastic comes directly in juice. Design of this juicer is faulty. Attaching images for your reference.
If there is a problem in this unit only, then please replace or refund. If issue is in the design itself, may god save those who buy this juicer.

I have purchased wonderchef premium mixer grinder blue online invoice #[protected] from wonderchef.in on 07.03.18 and received incomplete delivery on 12.03.18 from them so registered a complaint on 13.03.18 at toll free number and on today when i enquired about status of my complaint they are saying that there is no stock of the items and asking for more time. As there is no refund policy at wonderchef i asked them to replace the item as early as possible but it has been 15 days i purchased the item & am unable to use it. So please file complaint against wonderchef for late service which caused mental agony to me & waste of my money & time too.

The non stick coating is coming out. When the pan is heated the non stick coating is bubbling and coming out. It is extremely dangerous as the nonstick can get mixed with food and make it dangerous if we consume it... Kindly look into it as the brand wonderchef reputation is imto be questioned. Never imagined wonderchef would manufacture such sub standard products. We pay so much money for it and the it's a sure waste.

I have purchased "Wonderchef Granite Cookware 3 piece Set with 26cm
Dosa Tawa" in November 17.(Warranty = 2 years)

Despite of not using heavily, the top coating of tawa is almost gone
and other to vessels just started loosing the same.

Also, handles are getting loose frequently.

Would you please consider the situation and give me new set in warranty.

I supposed they are of granite as mentioned but looks like primary
material used is iron as it passed magnet test.

Would you please clarify on the same.

Thank you for your mail. As per the images this is complete usage issue.
This can be happen only when you leave utensil on high flame for very long
time & not taking care of same.



Also outer colour turned into black due to misuse & effect comes as well in
inner colour, So there is no warranty. We are giving warranty only for inner
colour coating peeling off due to manufacturing defect which is mentioned in
warranty card. / Also inner color is turned into black when we keep utensil
for long time on high flame.

We order wonder chef nutriblend. We were told that it will come with the hand chopper. When we open the box we got to that their is no chopper in it. We paid cash on delivery assuming that they will return like amazon and flipkar, but they guys refused to do so directly.
They took 3600 and of you now give 700 rs chopper still it come to 3400.

I registered A complaint through Call, about NUTRI BLEND Not working, on 4th January, 2018

my complaint no. is wc-bt[protected].
I added all the invoices and videos of the product not working, also got confirmation from the customer care executive that we will mail you, within a week as we ship the product, but i have never received any mail back, not have got a replaced product.

I Called Them multiple times and mailed but They are not resolving my issue.

Its been over 2 months.
At least Replace or Give my money back so that i can purchase another product.

On 03.03.2018 while watching tv one aid of wondering cookware granite 3set was coming. I placed order over phone. Further the lady to whom my conversation held told me about one small oil container and ask me for order also. I replied to add the item. Now very sorry to say that main order for cookware has not materlised and the oil container only sent through dhile dry currier. Is this your services online.

I have been buying products online last 10 years. Not seen such a irresponsible behavior though sometimes quality of products bought online are bad.

After repeated call to toll free - no action taken. Item not in stock is what i heard first 2 months. After which they said the product no longer available and refund d shall be processed. But nothing happening in reality

I placed the order of "Granite die cast casserole of 6 pieces set" and the invoice no. 90109831. We have received the damage product and informed the same to customer care same day, till now no response and no action.

Request to take the action asap and take back the product and refund the money asap.

I purchased a few utensils from wonderchef and i paid full amount online. I was given a blue dart awb number which i checked and found to be wrong. The wonderchef order number is wdcn[protected]. When i contacted the toll free number i was told to contact blue dart and when i contacted blue dart they also responded that the awb number given to me is invalid. So now i am in problem because wonderchef people say that they have sent it and bluedart people say that there no such number. I did not receive the product and lost the money also.

I have ordered wonder chef items on 14th jan. And to today the order has not been received. Here has also been no communication on the delayed order and neither the money has been refunded back to me.

Require urgent attention. Customer care confirmed tht few of the order items are in available and hence order has not been executed.

I have never came across such a bogus brand ever in my life.. Within one week nonstick coating got peeled by its own.. After that i have been contacting wonderchef for almost 6months.. They r just giving baseless reasons and nothing is yet done... They said that they have dispatched the product but r not providing the docket no. Of the same after repaeted asking.. Such a irresponsible brand with worthless product.. I will never buy anything and definitely discourage everyone possible who wishes to buy any product under this brand...

Wonderchef claims to provide 2 years warranty but failed to register a single complaint. Since a week tried their customer care number, email [protected]@wonderchef.in and their site for registering a complaint. No response and poor service. Sanjeev kapoor endorsed because getting a hefty amount of pay for his face and making their fans fools for the chinese product that's the reason not giving the service.

I bought this product from wonderchef in 2017 from an authorized dealer. Now after 2 uses it got stained an the colour changed although i have complained, the executive has told me that there is no replacement for colour damage. As shown on tv they tell us about there colour guarantee but now they refuse. Kindly change this product. As it doesn't look nice now, i can also post the picture of it

I have placed an order for 16 dec 2017 3pc granite non stick cookware set order no. So/opo/1517/1612710. I have received my order on 23rs dec 2017 but the item was defective. I have placed complaint to customer care no.[protected] and sent emails 100s times. But no customer support is provided till yet.

This is my first shopping with wonderchef but in future i will never shop with wonderchef and never refer to another person.

I am so disappointed with wanderchef.

We have received all three products in damage condition on dtd.07/12/2017. After complaining we received the replacement product pan & kadai on 20/12/2017. But replacement kadai received in damage condition.

We are very disappointed such a branded company is cheat to customers.

In continuation to my complaint on this forum on 15.09.2017 and 13.07.2017, the company has failed to respond to my complaint. The quality of jar head hooks is so poor that the break within first few uses. I had made the complaint of the same on your forum on 13.07.3027 also, but no response from wonderchef team was received. This company should not be allowed to continue its operations in india. And i have lost all the faith in sanjeev kapoor who has been continuously promoting this companies products on his channel.
I need replacement.

I had purchased in september end 2017 from flipkart. Initially i had received a dented product, i got it replaced. Within 1 month of purchase the coating has started eroding, the colour has changed to black or dark brown. Even after multiple complaints past 1 month at [protected] they haven't given any positive reply. I had provided the technician with the photos on 3rd november 2017, but till dated no one is responding, nor technician, nor customer care support. Hardly 1 or 2 times off 10 calls they might pick up at complaint status number. Its really sad to see that i had spend so much money on such waste products. The image is 1 month old, now the coating had eroded a lot more. One of the worst customer service i have observed. A brand where sanjeev kapoor is endorsed is behaving such a way with customers. Please solve the issue.

I placed an order for jumbo chopper a month before but i have not received my order yet. As per your customer service team memeber shrutika karode the order would have been delivered by last week but till date nothing has been delivered. I am just not happy with your customer service at all and no one from your team sent a courteous email about the late delivery.in future i don’t think so i would be buying any wonderchef products if this kind of service i will be getting.

I have ordered this 5 piece set... After a singal use it turned black... The same day i have aend a mail to them along with the pics but didnt got any reply...
Cant belive the have such thired class quality product i spent 3000 on it n it is turned black in a singal use.. What the hell n u dont even have a sence of responsibility to reply... Such a money maker... Insted of spending on advertise focus on quality... I need a answer...
