Wonderchef natrillend product purchased by me stopped working, had called customer support multiple times only to hear fake assurance from them that technician would call within 3 working days, then within and hour, more than a week has passed, but i haven't received any call or update from any one from wonderchef team.

The customer care team is so useless, that they put your call on hold and then it gets cut, and they are well trained in providing false assurances, most annoying customer support ever.

If my issue doesn't get resolved asap, i would definitely take this issue to highest level possible.

    This is regarding my purchase "wonderchef 400 watt nutri-blend" from amazon on 2nd july 2018,

    After using 2 months i started facing problems like:
    1. Noise in the motor
    2. Leakage from the jar
    3. Grinding not properly

    I raised a complaint on 8th of october 2018 about this on wonderchef customer care and they provided me complaint no. Wc/sf/081018/215. They assured me that technician will visit in 2-3 days, but noone visited. I called them too many times and they always told me that my issue will be resolved in 48-72 hours. Also, they provided me with their technician's mr. Sachin sharma's contact no. To follow up. He assured me that he will come as soon as the parts are available. Now since then i called regularly on wonderchef customer care they always tell me the same story.

    After too many attempts i called again on 5 dec 2018 for the last time and i got to know that they closed my case as i was not able to pick up their call. Then the executive registered a new complaint which is wc/sf/051218/229

    And since then, i didn't got any call from wonderchef, no one visited my place. I don't know if this is professionalism? I am very much tired of doing calls again and again and hearing the same story every time.

    Now today is 3 jan 2019, and till now no resolution or steps has been taken and the product is still unrepaired.

      I got this product from my office as a diwali gift on november 5th, 2018.
      I have first used this product on dec 4th, immediately after its usages, i realized the following problems in the product:

      1. A small jar was leaking
      2. The head where the blade is fitted of the grinder overheats within 1 to 2 mins
      3. After 5 minutes of rotation, some problem in motor occurred.

      I really surprised that this product did not function properly even in the first time of its usages. I request you to kindly replace this product or do the repairing.

        Ordered a turbo chopper and grater on 22.11.18. Received it on 25.11.18 but in defective condition. Complained and received the mail that my complaint has been registered. But still not received the exchange for the defective piece. My complaint number is wc/bt/241118/127. When enquired about my status i was told that my exchange has been approved and will be receiving a mail. But still not received a mail nor any action has been taken. Kindly look into the matter and help me receive the exchange.

          Wc/sf/291118/16. The representative came to our house and said he will bring the part to be changed in 3-4 days, but no body turns up in 15 days. The problem is right from the beginning. Kindly replace the mixer or set it right. I am unable to do any work and i don't have any other mixer with me.

            I have registered a complaint about induction not working on 7th june 2018. Glass is also cracked.in that date product is under warranty.

            But now it started month of december 2018. There is no positive response from there end. They are making me fool and not resolving my problem. They always send me mail that we are trying to contact you but unable to contact you. When i try to contact there customer care, then they do not respond. I have no use of induction as it is not working from long time. Company should replace it or repair it as soon as possible.

              I ordered for wonderchef tawa, wok and frying pan with glass lid and the order no was wdcn[protected].

              But they shipped some faulty products. The dosa tawa is not round. Glass lid is broken
              Glass does not fit the kadhai since kadhai is also not perfectly round.
              Handle is very bad and loose.

              I raised a complaint with them on nov 16. And the complaint no is :wc/bt/161118/215

              Attached are the pics of faulty tawa, lid, handle and kadhai.

              Then they asked me to send the faulty product back through bluedart courier and they mentioned they be shipping the replacement product which will reach within 10 days. But it never came and the wonderchef support is pathetic and they are not even aware about the process.

              The plastic stand is so delicate that the very next day I purchase and got broke can it be replaced please do let me know as my money are wasted if not replaced bit there is no response from the customer care

                I have ordered the product in 2017 from amazon (Order[protected] and now struggling with leaking jars. This product is designed and marketed to work with liquids. This is very disappointing and cheating with customer. Expecting a better quality’s product.
                We should get replacement as product is faulty. The leaking jar can lead to short circuit, fire, etc mishaps. This type of bad quality product should not be allowed to be sold.
                Consumer are pushed for such inconvenient and risk environment. It should be taken seriously.

                I bought Royal Velvet Casserole with Lid on 26 JUN 2018 from big bazaar noida. Now it is leaving coating so badly. I have booked complaint with WC/BT/271018/136 one month back but not getting any response. No response on your call center as well. I have sent email as well but no solution.This can not be expected from wonder chef such a big brand.

                  I brought wondercheff hand blender from amazon, due to some issue it's not working. We raised complaint and gave in customer care 2 months back.
                  With in 2 months you are unable to provide service for small product. This is really ridiculous and i don't know what your customer service executives are doing.
                  Even we tried to reach your executives in phone and no response.
                  I want my product asap else tell me to whom i need to escalate this.
                  This is my worst experience with wondercheff product.

                    I have purchased wonderchef nutri-blend mixer grinder on 24 jan 2018. Order number:[protected]. After 11 months we found that the one of the jar is having leakage issue.
                    I have open the ticket with you on friday 23rd november 2018, ticket no:- wc/sf/231118/46.
                    As per the timeline, engineer should attend the complain within 3 days after registering the complain, but nobody visited or even called us till monday. On monday when i called, the executive gave me the service engineer number (Mr. Satish[protected] and confirm that the engineer will visit on tuesday. I had called a couple of times to satish, but could not able to contact, his phone was either busy or ringing, after sending him a couple of messages he did not reply.
                    When i called on customer care and told about the satish, the executive did not tell me the reason about not to picking up the phone. The customer care executive told me that engineer will visit by wednesday at any case. But till today nobody visited at my place.

                    Within 2 months of purchase if nutriblender, the blade broke. There is no response from cust care or technician. Pathetic. Despite several calls and messages the technician has simply turned a deaf ear to this. This is cheating and I am frustrated. I bought this from a reputed store in chennai.

                          The body of the chopper is damaged. There’s a clear big crack through it. It was such when it was delivered. The glass is cracked. It is unusable! As water and juice leak through the crack. Three complaints have already been made with no response! The product is still within warranty period. It appears as though the product was dropped. If such is the response of the team then this is the worst project! Please respond soon enough.

Plz note d tava has worn out before warranty period d coating has vanished n food cooked on it sticks to d tava n gets spoiled n tasteless.                               Ordered wonderchef prato 1.8 litre electric rice cooker on 14/10/2018 and received damaged product on 20/10/2018. I tried to call customer service but they are not receiving my call since saturday 20/10/2017 which is also the delivery date of the product. Wonderchef is not receiving my calls and not replying to my mails. The base of rice cooker is completely damaged and wire can also be seen. Since receiving my order i tried placing complaint but they are not receiving my calls and not registering my product through whatsapp which they usually do after we send barcodes picture of new product brought from wonderchef.

                                I purchased one wonderchef nutri blend mix.in month of oct. Last year from a store home stop in fun mall lucknow. It did not work properly since i purchased it. Every time its rubber gasket get broken when mix is started. I have made complaints 3 times in a year, everytime a person came and get gasket changed. But of no use again.                                   I have 4 piece set of kadia n frying pan all as coating is gone fully very disappointed me about wonderchef so pleasecooparate n replace the kadia n frying pan as only very useable kadia n frying coating is gone other 2 pieces r ok with coating as it’s shows 2 year warranty so please help it out wonderchef is such big brand nif the products r in the warranty period then it should be replaced quickly can’t igore the complaint as it is not my first complaint i have raised many times but the wonderchef company is not responding so my trust on it is now more regarding warranty as just use the products n throw

                                    I have complaint about the malfunctioning of my nutri blend since 2 months now but no information regarding the same has been provided yet. This company has probably the worst customer care service which i have experienced till date. I have done number of e-mails and phone calls inquiring about my product and every time they claim to deliver within 6-7 days. I have been waiting since 2 months now but still didn’t get anything. They don’t even respond to emails and every time they have the same reason of the product being processed. Such behaviour is highly unethical and unprofessional. Never going to recommend this brand to anyone.

                                      I have purchased nutri blend mixer from surat and there was a problem in the mixer within warranty period. I came to know that shri mangalam (Franchise partner wonderchef) provides services for jaipur city. The person handelling the franchise mr rajeev is super rude and is operating the franchise from his house only. He has no courtesy and charged even in the warranty period. When questioned he got arrogant and has no responsibility towards the company he is representing. If wonderchef keeps providing franchise to such companies i am sure people will stop trusting in the brand. Really disappointed

                                        Nitro blender we have was already repaired last year, but still the same issue keeps persisting. The problem is washer in both the jars are getting cut very quickly and jars starts leaking while grinding with too much of noise.
                                        There is no other choice to buy the part separate and the complaint department is also not responding well.
                                        How to resolve this issue?
