We have got a 3 burner cook top and its glass has been broken and we are complaing it from past 2 to 3 days but the service is absolutely pathetic Wonderchef manufacturers the very poor quality products

      Paid for a Wonderchef Immersion Blender (MRP 2000) which packed in when in warrranty. The company said they would replace the product and asked me to choose a replacement product online which was not happening. I choose the Regalia Coffee maker which was priced at 2669.The customer rep Mr Shershah sent me the account details to pay the balance 669 amount on the 8th September, 2021 which i did the same day. I asked him to confirm the payment but he said he will check and revert. I called the next day again and he confirmed they received the payment. When I asked him for a tracking document he sends this number to me on the 16th Sept No:[protected] i asked for the courier link no response. He just said Maam the product has been dispatched you will receive in a few days. When i called after a few days and inquired that i have no tracking number or product delivered - he said the product did not get dispatched - there was some system error. And promised to send it - when i asked for the dispatch details he said he would call back and give me the details as it was taking time on the system. I called back again today and he finally said they have sent the parcel with Pickrr.com and the tracking id is[protected]. When i logged in on Pickrr - there is no tracking id showing.

      The company has given me the coffee blender and since they cannot give me a new warranty, they have extended the warranty to the new product from the date I complained about the immersion blender i.e. June 2021. I trust the product is good so wont give me trouble. The coffee maker seems to be a good product, so I am glad. Thank you Consumer Complaints for helping me get a resolution.

      The Customer service has sent me a message today - giving me a new tracking number and said my product will be delivered soon. I have checked the tracking now and they have sent the product with the delivery on the 4th after your prompt action. I will update again once the product is delivered.

      Dear Wonderchef and Consumer complaints. I received the parcel with my replacement product - the Regalia coffee maker instead of the hand blender. I received the product but the package did not have any warranty card or any instruction manual. When I spoke to Mr Shershah he said my first purchase warranty card is valid against this coffee maker. Please enlighten me. I bought the blender in March 2021 and I have got this product 7 months later, so the warranty is for a shorter period. Please advise me.

      Dear Consumer Complaints. I received another coffee maker today with all the documents. Thank you. I have notified the sales persons from Wonderchef, Mr Kundan about the duplication and he said they will arrange for the extra one to be picked up and my warranty card to be signed.       Dear Consumer Complaints. The service man Mr Shershah just phoned me and said that they will take both products back and refund my money because they cannot give me the new warranty card that came today. He is insisting that the warranty that I got on the Immersion blender in March is now transferred to the new coffee brewer that i received on Saturday. And is insisting that they want to refund my money and take back my product! Is this an acceptable practice. I was honest to tell them I received the brewmaker twice and to please take one back as thy sent it by mistake.

      Can someone tell me If this is right? If Wonderchef company could not repair my immersion blender. They offered me a replacement product for the same price i.e. (Rs 2000). Since the price of the regalia brew coffee maker on the website is 2699 -

      I paid the 699 diffference and technically I have paid the whole price - the 2000 transfered from the old product plus the difference paid. If that is the case, how come my warrranty is based on the old product? if i purchase a new product shouldn't the warranty be also based on the new product and when i purchased it??? WONDERCHEF Company apparently has told me that my warranty is valid based on the old product purchased in March - and since the product complaint was registered with their company in June -July, my warranty will begin in June-July! Someone please tell me if this is correct and acceptable???

        Hai,
        In the month of August I had complain regarding mixer blender not working by calling customer care, there was no response I even dropped mails regarding this and for surprisingly my complaint was automatically cancelled by the great team wonderchef. I re-registrated, again it's the same assurance given by team tht it will be resolved.

        Wonderchef team is such a irresponsible team work, it's just going out of my nuts.

            Ref sub this is in ref to hand blender Ultima Plus Hand Blender-300W . Model Code - WCHBRO1UPHB312 and Serial Number- 2211120HBR[protected], Which I had chosen as a gift for taking 2 yrs of subscription of HT ( Hindustan Times ) news paper and was delivered in April 2021. I was working fine till now but it its handle got broken. I mean the rubber joint between the handle and the blender tail ( where the lock is there ) . Pls replace this as this is in warranty.

              The Coating of the kadai started to peel off within 6 months o[censored]sage even after taking all the recommended product care.
              Contacted their customer care and following up since June without any proper response. They don't even have a toll free customer care number and give false hope and simply ask you to write an email. There will be no proper response on the email too. I haven't got a resolution since 4 months.

                I had purchased wonderchef nutriblend ckm two years back..very poor buildind quality..broke the upper plastic covering.. ordering same parts for last 3 months no customer support.customer care is providing cust seevice number and they are stating to contact customer service vice versa total chaos.this company need to be shut down

                  I purchased Wonderchef Nutri-blend from Amazon and it stopped working after just one week.

                  I raised complaint, their service exec. came and said it can't be repaired and can only be replaced.

                  After sending photos of the damaged products, countless emails and waiting for past 3 months patiently, I have not received a replaced product nor did they fix anything issue or neither did they refund my money.

                  They are simply sitting scamming other people just like they did with me.
                  I need my money back.

                    The dough maker works manually however it is very difficult to use and does not work properly. It can be also used to cut vegetables etc. however it does not work properly at all and wastes a lot of time without any outcome.

                          I had purchased mixer grinder from dmart online door delivery in the month of April'21

                          The day product was delivered, I realized the mixer was a faulty and immediately I had raised a complaint.. however due to lock down I was informed that an engineer would visit post lockdown release. It has been 5 months and I have made reminder call on 11th August'21. So far no one has visited and I am left with a faulty machine.

                          Kindly prioritize replacement ASAP.

                              The worst service provided, I ordered Nutri Blender from Amazon and on the 3rd day o[censored]sing the product there was fault in it and I raised a complaint 22June. I have followed up 3 times and every time I got only false promises that the service technician will connect but till date that has not happened.

                                I purchased above said product vide Invoice No.IN-SDEE-1436 dated[protected], very much disappointed with its performance just after two months of purchase it started giving problems. Since the purchase, it went under repair for 4-5 times.
                                This time it is Extreme, it stopped working on[protected] I complained regarding this and the Technician came from HACC AGENCY A-1/40 SECTOR-04 ROHINI DELHI-110085 vide call no. DL[protected] dated[protected], checked up the mixie & said its motor is not working it has to be changed & he took the mixie along with him.On[protected]they delivered the mixie when we checked up the mixie was NOT WORKING, I don't understand what type of repair was carried out, I doubt whether the motor was replaced or not.I did not receive the mixie again he took it back and there was no communication from the service provider, I called them on[protected] they said MOTOR PLATE kharab hai order kar di hai apko wait karna padega this is the reply I got on[protected]. Even I spoken to Mr.Mishra the owner of Service provider company & He promised to call me back after 10- 15 minutes after understanding the complete issue, but till today I have not received any call from him and he is not picking up my phone.
                                On[protected] again they brought the mixie to my place saying that now Motor & Motor plate is changed, but to my astonishment again the damn thing was not working, the Technician said adjust kar ke chala lijiye. This is what you guys are providing services to your Valuable customers Or Customer is = KASHTON ME MAR.
                                It is going to be ONE month I am suffering a lot of mental agonies.Please look into the matter ASAP & please do not compell to lose my temper and take some serious step.

                                  I have placed an order for 3 Regalia Plus bread maker vide order number
                                  WDCN328419 on 13th July 2021 and paid an amount of Rs 17847. Despite repeated calls on customer care number and emails to [protected]@wonderchef.in, they are not responding or refunding my amount as they haven't fulfilled my order. The customer care executives always assure of a call back without any follow up. Now after repeated attempts I'm fed up and want my money back with damages.

                                      I bought Wonderchef Nutri Blend 400 W juicer Mixer Grinder from Flipkart on 1st Mar 2021.
                                      Since last month, Blender is not working fine, It is leaking from below and, once running it will throw the things inside the jar everywhere.
