We have got a 3 burner cook top and its glass has been broken and we are complaing it from past 2 to 3 days but the service is absolutely pathetic Wonderchef manufacturers the very poor quality products...

Small grinder is not grinding properly.

Paid for a Wonderchef Immersion Blender (MRP 2000) which packed in when in warrranty. The company said they would replace the product and asked me to choose a replacement product online which was not happening. In the month of August I had complain regarding mixer blender not working by calling customer care, there was no response I even dropped mails regarding this and for surprisingly my complaint was automatically cancelled by the great team wonderchef. I re-registrated, again it's the same assurance given by team tht it will be resolved.

Ref sub this is in ref to hand blender Ultima Plus Hand Blender-300W . Model Code - WCHBRO1UPHB312 and Serial Number- 2211120HBR[protected], Which I had chosen as a gift for taking 2 yrs of subscription of HT ( Hindustan Times ) news paper and was delivered in April 2021. I was working fine till now but it its handle got broken. I mean the rubber joint between the handle and the blender tail ( where the lock is there )...

The Coating of the kadai started to peel off within 6 months o[censored]sage even after taking all the recommended product care.
Contacted their customer care and following up since June without any proper response. They don't even have a toll free customer care number and give false hope and simply ask you to write an email. There will be no proper response on the email too. I haven't got a resolution since 4 months....

I had purchased wonderchef nutriblend ckm two years back..very poor buildind quality..broke the upper plastic covering.. ordering same parts for last 3 months no customer support.customer care is providing cust seevice number and they are stating to contact customer service vice versa total chaos.this company need to be shut down...

I purchased Wonderchef Nutri-blend from Amazon and it stopped working after just one week.

I raised complaint, their service exec. came and said it can't be repaired and can only be replaced.

After sending photos of the damaged products, countless emails and waiting for past 3 months patiently, I have not received a replaced product nor did they fix anything issue or neither did they refund my money.

The dough maker works manually however it is very difficult to use and does not work properly. It can be also used to cut vegetables etc. however it does not work properly at all and wastes a lot of time without any outcome....

The bushing of the wet grinder is damaged so it is to be replaced...

The day product was delivered, I realized the mixer was a faulty and immediately I had raised a complaint.. however due to lock down I was informed that an engineer would visit post lockdown release. It has been 5 months and I have made reminder call on 11th August'21. So far no one has visited and I am left with a faulty machine.

I bought wonderchef product in the month of April and now it has stopped working . I raised my first complaint on 6th July . I am not getting any calls from customer care regarding this .they are just sending mails that to with repeated reminders ....

The worst service provided, I ordered Nutri Blender from Amazon and on the 3rd day o[censored]sing the product there was fault in it and I raised a complaint 22June. I have followed up 3 times and every time I got only false promises that the service technician will connect but till date that has not happened.

I have placed an order for 3 Regalia Plus bread maker vide order number
WDCN328419 on 13th July 2021 and paid an amount of Rs 17847. I bought Wonderchef Nutri Blend 400 W juicer Mixer Grinder from Flipkart on 1st Mar 2021.
Since last month, Blender is not working fine, It is leaking from below and, once running it will throw the things inside the jar everywhere.

On 2 Jun, I placed an order for 03 Ferro cast iron pan, kadai & dosa tawa. Received the items on 09Jun and before using I rinsed the utensils, wiped with cloth but to my surprise it started leaving rust and rusting marks stayed. Complaint registered on 10Jun but till date no solution.
Despite numerous complaints to Customer care & NRC team no one has visited my house for collection, replacement or refund.
