I have called to your customer care for many time but there is no proper response from your side.i find it very irresponsible manner towards.your customer. I ordered nutribled jar base which is not getting attached properly to the jar, so in that case I want to get it change. Hope I get a proper solution to my problem.

I lodged complaint on 20/09/2020. in response to that company asked me to submit certain information which was complied by me on the same day. By e-mail dated 08/10/2020, co. informed me that my complaint is registered via MA[protected] and the service technician will get get in touch me shortly to take an appointment. The technician called me up on 10/10/2020 and visited my residence on 13/10/2020 and after checking up the defective pop-up toaster said that it can not be repaired on the spot and he need to take it along and replace the PCB, which is not working. He promised to bring the same back after repairing, within 3/4 days. For than 1.5 months, there was no communication from them, and on checking with the technician and then with the incharge of the service centre, I am told that they are not able to repair it and I will be allowed to buy online any of the wonderchef products. He was not able to give the credit amount that will be offered to me against that unrepairable product. After great amount of thinking I asked for the same brand of toaster as replacement. l am yet to get a new pop-up toaster of same brand as replacement of the defective piece. Once again no response from them for several days. On checking up, they now claims that they can repair, since they have received PCB, and deliverehid on Monday the 08/02/2021. On not receving the piece duly repaired on 8th, I again contacted their representative on tel no. [protected] on 16/2/2021 and ww0815 after 17/02/2021. Even during period from 10th to 16th there was no response from the above telephone and it goes unanswered. on 19/02/2021, I sent another mail which remains unansered till this time of writing.
CONCLUSION: EVEN AFTER 5 MONTHS, THE COMPANY IS INCAPAB LE OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF A CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT A SIMPLE ITEM LIKE "POP UP TOSTER".

I have purchased grinder in the month of november 2020 and its under warranty.
The mixer jar's wheel has been broken down.
Kindly help me in fixing the wheels or replacing the jar will also work.

I purchased a nutri blend in Jun 2020, needed a service but the service is not giving a resolution nor the technician is calling even after 3 weeks of repeated followup. This is pathetic service by Wonderchef

I purchased wonder chef non stick Burlington set from home center lifestyle at phoenix mall velachery main road Chennai on 12.12.2020.
After using for around two weeks, the non stick coating is peeling off even after all precautions as mentioned in warranty card.
Kindly replace the defective product

Not working mixed grinder

I had purchased a dual waffle maker on 30 June 2020 from Wonderchef Web site. Since day one the waffles are burning (total black) and sticking to the plates. see pic attached. Call center executives just assure our complaint will be resolved. Technician twice visited after too many calls and follow-ups and replaced Thermostat twice. But still facing same issue. not sure what they do. Asked for a replacement too of the product. But no response. Cst care executives don't allow you to speak to any superior giving excuses. Pathetic service center experience. Since months my complain is open. no proper response over e-mails too.
I want a replacement of my dual waffle maker but that looks too far fetched. Can anyone look into this as my warranty will soon expire and then I definitely don't think I will have any hopes.

As I was ordered a 4 burner hob but I have received a 3 burner hob only . My order no is WDCN274149

Not working properly.. lid is not going to close

I had dropped a mail to wonderchef stating the issue in their milan set in August 2020 but till now they haven't replied back with a solution or even acknowledged it properly.

The problem with Milan set is that the non stick coating in their pan and kadhai began to peel off after few months o[censored]sage and also started turning black. I had purchased the set in December 2019 and began using the same in February 2020 after i came back from a foreign trip. I had followed all the care and instructions but despite the same did not work.

I had purchased a juicer from ur site and it had stopped working last month and was repaired .i am again facing the same problem pls get it repaired as it is used by my parents who are senior citizens at Bhopal (Madhya pradesh)

We are facing the last 6months we not aware the service centers details. I called Customer support team they can't helped me.

Your company after sales executive Vijayanand is a liar . Last two months he is promising to send me the lids which were missing when we ordered the mixer grinder online during lockdown. I have never seen such bad attitude company anywhere in this country

My nutirblender had a problem, I had lodged a complaint last yearv to get the issue resolved but till date neither have I been attended from their team neither they are responding.i have contacted customer care more than 10 times but every time only false promises are being made.

Very bad after sale service my product is not even 1 yr old it is within warrenty period.

Why are my wok is black of top& bottom

I order 3 mini string choppers from Wonderchef as gifts to give to family and friends as I had ordered one previously and that is very handy. They sent me the choppers but the blades were not same as mine straight blades, they were like.mixie blades a bit semi circle ones and the performance was not as the new blades that are straight like a knife. I made a complaint and the engineer came with the blades but they would not fit as they were a bit small. So he raised a complaint for replacement of the whole product. Again I have been sent the same curve blade choppers so I have 6 choppers now all the same old product and their customer complaint guy is now saying they don't have any other kind of chopper. I see the same available on Amazon and other websites, but they are trying to sell their old products and are putting misleading pictures on their website. I have asked for a refund but they are too slow to respond. A horrible experience. Will never buy from them again.

I have purchased a Regalia Bread maker on 20th August from Wonderchef website directly with order Id WDCN209468.

It has been 4 weeks now I have raised a complaint on Dec 1st for fixing it as the bread maker stopped working, with compliant number - KA[protected].

Till now, I have not received any response and it’s still lying in kitchen as a useless piece. This has been the worst even experience I had with Wonderchef product or the customer care.

1 out of four burner is not working properly

Its been a year or two since I bought wonderchef ceaser fry pan with 5 year warranty bought it in 2019 December. Now handle has been broken badly while cooking .
