I purchased a Wonderchef Revo Hand Mixer (Order no WDCN222297 )from the wonderchef site. I was delivered a granite range sauce pan (of lesser value than what I paid for the mixer). I have contacted customer care through mails and chat - they ask for the details, I fill up every thing and they send a stupid response like “hope you are enjoying your product, sorry for the inconvenience” and there is no mention of anything related to my complaint. Then suddenly one message will come like “our engineer will visit you today keep the warranty card teady”—- I mean WHY?? Of course, even that engineer for whatever god forsaken problem he was coming to fix, never showed up!This has happened for 6-8 times at least. Then there is the customer care phone number— you keep on ringing and it will continuously keep on saying “all our executives are busy they will attend shortly” but they never attend. I have never been able to talk to them even once— and these are not free calls!

Wonderchef is fraud- when the customer care support is not reliable, the product is definitely not good.

An offer that was on TV (Food Food) for "Granite Die-cast Casserole Set with lid'. I ordered it and got everything except the chopper (which was also being offered). I have been chasing this issue for the last 15 days and there has been no action.

Wonderchef is fake... No response at customer care.. They r very rude.. My nutriblend blade is broken.. I called customer care.. They said u can purchase from local market, we don't have it.. Sach a worst service.

I have purchase olivia pan set on 16th sep.It is still lying in bhiwandi and not picked up by Wonderchef and delivered to logistics.So fed up with writing complains in Whatsup no and going through site, i cancelled order today.But i have not recieved any acknowledgement of my cancellation.I still want that product.If Wonderchef is not in a position to deliver than please refund my amount.It was paid through debit card.And if after getting this complain or recieving my cancellation application, i[censored] are in a position to deliver, please deliver as soon as possible and inform me what step u are going to take.

I have bought nutriblend in Oct 2019. Since then I have used it only 5-7 times and have complained about 20 times. Few complaints were made within 6 months only but even one complaint need 100 followups. Two times Technicians came, they just do something and in the next attempt on using, it stops working. First one just changed rubber from one to another. When I used it on the next day, rubbers broke. Then I submitted complaint again, after following up 100 times, second one came and said both the motors are defective and I need to pay money, he was also amazed by the defective product given. I have again complained it about 1 week back and still no reply. Now I don’t want to get it fixed. I just want you to take it from here. Highly dissatisfied with the product, never seen such defective product in entire life. Will never recommend this to anyone. Most heartening was the customer experience, it was pathetic.

Dear Sir/mam,

I placed an order WDCN217610 on 17th September 2020 and still my order is in the warehouse and not picked as per your track on the website.
I also checked the same on Delhivery, where it shows picked up, but no further movement since 18th September 2020.

But not getting any response from anywhere.

Tried to call the customer care number given on the website, but it was not reachable.

It's more than 15 days.

I need my refund money as soon as possible.

I have purchased a bullet blender last year but it is not working now

I recently order a wonderchef power 3 burner glass cooktop and they have sent me a defective product and now when i am trying to return the product neither they are replying on the email nor properly responding on call.
As per the refund policy user can return the product within 7 days of delivery and i received it today only.

Can you please help in returning the product in anyways.

Next day received tracking number but that page only shows order picked up status since that very same day. None of their numbers are working. Tried contacting them via web, chat and phone but no luck.

I bought this product 3 months back and it broke within a month, i've made 100+ calls and then 1 got a replacement which was broken out of the box. I mean it's motor wasn't working out of the box. Technician took that back 10 days back and now i don't want to try another replacement because the quality of their product is very poor and so their customer service. I've made 200+ calls to their indore center, their central customer support line and they all know me by name now. I need my money refunded so i can buy a mixer from a different company. I've been waiting for over 2 months and i am out of a mixer in my kitchen... Wonderchef service department in indore sent multiple emails to their mumbai head office requesting approval for a refund over 10 days back and they haven't heard anything back... Nor have i heard back anything on what's being done in spite of repeatedly asking for escalation or call back for action. Wonderchef support is officially the worst i have every dealt with

I had ordered a mixer from.wonderchefs company website worth 4000 bucks. I however returned it even before it reached me so I actually never even saw/ received the product. This was in May 2020. I contacted wonderchef customer care hundred times after that and till now no refund. This is my last straw of hope on the company. If I do not receive any satisfactory response I will proceed to complain to UADAI and subsequently to the police.

I ordered an oven, they sent a damaged product when i made the complaint within 2 days they said they will replace it and it’s been a month they haven’t done anything about it . Every time i call them they said mam you will receive it in a week . Fraud company and cheap quality products

I had bought a bread maker from the brand wonder chef on the amazon platform. The bread maker has stopped working and i have been contacting the wonder chef customer care team since then via email, phone call and twitter and nobody seems to be helping me.
Can you please help me connect with them so that they can repair the appliance. I need the repair to be done.

Complaint registered on their customer service portal also an mail sent attaching images with it but yet no response from their side for the replacement of the cookware.

I informed so many times that i have not received my refund yet. I tried to escalate this to your higher authority and ask to refund my money as soon as possible. I am trying to call to customer service number but it is always busy. I did not expect this service from sanjeev kapur's brand.

This is really very bad customer service!

It’s been 3 days since i bought 2 products but no delivery details yet. I have been trying to contact them but no response. None of their numbers are either active or not responding. I think this is a fake site/company. Thinking to file a case if i don’t get any response by eod. Don’t buy any product from them. Their refund policy and no cod is good example to understand this company is fake. I also tried to sign up but the link doesn’t work.

I purchased your product - wonderchef nutri-blend kitchen machine (Ckm) with 3 jars on 22/07/2020 with invoice no.in-del[protected] from amazon.in vide, order number[protected], and its been hardly 40 days and i am facing lots of issues with the product like leakage and breaking of rubber seal in jars. Previously also within 20 days after purchasing this product i had faced the same issue and had to make a complaint which was resolved by your side but again the today i am facing such issues. Today morning i had a conversation with your customer care representative regarding the same and request then to replace my product imminently. My service call has been registered to vide up [protected] and this time i don't need any technical support. This time i need a replacement for my product.

I m very disappointed with the quality of this product and the customer support. I m attaching photos as a proof for your reference.

Please look into this matter asap.

What sort of service is this?

What sort of delivery vendors do you use

And there is no update or any info from you whatsoever ever!!
