I have placed the order on 8th April 2022 and had done multiple follow-ups on my order #OR-2427834 and there hasn't been any response from the woodland, i'm very unpleased with the service provided and would like someone to look into this issue on priority please.

    It is bring to your notice that I had bought this pair of shoe(photo attached )from sec 9 panchkula stores and the invoice number is
    202106N152C01873
    I noticed that the two shoe of the pair are different and is of different fitting which I realised after using couple of times.
    I had taken to the showroom for getting the same numbered shoe but the shop owner are denying to do that .The showroom says it's the packaging with which the pair comes so they can't do anything...

    The images below clearly shows that numbers are different, their colours also differs and the shoe lase length.

      They are not refunding my money of order id - QR-2415256 of INR 3597. they are saying me that your refund is in process but i didn't get any refund till now.

        I have purchased a Ladies Sandal on 30.12.2021 vide invoice no 20210N029CI0316. The shoe is damaged. The pasting of the shoe is separated from sole. I have used the shoe only 3-4 times. Kindly exchange the same. It is not expected from company like Woodland.

          I ordered a shoe from Woodland company with order number OR 2394610 and was defective so I returned to them through their delivery boy and was returned to their location with status "Returned".
          After one month they sent a mail that they have received a wrong product against this order number and will not refund the amount.
          And their customer care says that product has not been received then how can they say that an incorrect product has been received.
          And also now their customer care people stopped receiving the phone call.
          Still now I haven't received any response from them just a mail from 10 days that they are investigating on this matter and will not refund until the investigation is over.
          Kindly look into this matter its already been 2 months now.

              i'm yuvaraj. i am writing this letter to complain about my shoes. which i purchased last month ago (1/03/2022) at woodland showroom in phoenix mall (Velacherry ).Woodland shoe model no FWR MEN SHOE GC 1254113, GREEN
              BILL NO : 202133S113C03715.
              At the time of purchase.Now there is damaged in the product within a month. and i went to the store for checking it, but the staff in the store were rude and have not responded to my request.it is not even one month since i purchased the product but there is a defect in the product. the store executive behaved inappropriately.i request replace the my product.ill used in 4 times only used shoe bottom paste ripped off & unfinished your product.worst quality check in woodland company.how to this product you sell in market.Taking too much time for this replacement...in mean time how i have to manage my regular works, required some alternate possibility from your end as early as possible.
              im not satisfied with this shoe and sending the purchasing slip as a proof for kind consideration .i can also send the shoe pictures your reference.

                      I purchased sandals from Pimpri outlet on 12th Feb 2022. I had returned my sandals back since the stitching came off within a month. I returned them on 5th March for replacement, but the people out there blatantly refused to replace and said they would repair it. I was okay with this since I had no choice. For repairs, the sandals were required to be sent to Delhi. Its been a month now and I am yet to receive those sandals back. Woodland's policy says that repairs will be done within 15 days which is absolutely ### and never followed. So basically after purchasing a product worth 4000, it gets damaged within a month. For its repairs, one has to wait another 1 month. Really really disappointing.

                        Purchased 04 pairs of socks from Woodland, R City Mall, Ghatkopar on 5 April 2022. The salesman sold me 02 pairs packed/manufactured in Dec 2016 and May 2019. I think this is unethical. Woodland being such a premium brand cannot sell accessories which is 06 years old and that too on regular rate. Plz note that these 02 socks are not purchased in sale or are not discounted. These were sold as fresh stock.

                          I received this order on Saturday, 19 Mar 2022 but the shoes are not of optimal quality, the leather is chipped at the front and the heels. These appeared to have been used.

                          I waited till 21 Mar, Monday to call the customer service phone number but no one answers their phone. That’s why I wrote to them.

                          Have been following up with them for more than 2 weeks but no action has been taken.

                          Please consider this complaint as the return request and collect the package as soon as possible followed by refund.

                          Frustrated with Woodland’s poor quality and poor customer care.

                                  I have ordered shoes from online store of woodland and I received that on 11th march, then I raised return / refund complaint on the same day. Since then no one is entertaining my request, whenever I mailed then they say we are working on your request. It's been 18 days and I have not received my money back.

                                      All attempts to contact them have been futile.

                                        I ordered two sandals from woodland website. However due to size and fitting issues i returned the products. Their courier partner picked up the return products on 01/03/2022.
