      I placed it on 20 jan 2022. On 22nd Jan the ordee was cancelled and there is no information on the payment. No refund nothing.
      I want to know as the toll free number is not working and i can not reach out.

          I had ordered a shoe, order no.

          Placed on 22 july 2021
          Amount- Rs. 3995/-
          the shoe was returned, also, i had conversation with woodland care on email,
          I gave every details, photo of shoe, invoice photo, at last they asked for my cancelled cheque book for refund since this order was cash on delivery, i provided them photo of my cancelled cheque book, but still i have not received my refund, its been more than 6 months. Kindly look into the issue.

            Reason:
            The item I received is damaged one. came along with, Left leg Sandal's ankle backstrap broken button .

            I received my order and found its damaged one, and kept a mail with mail tracker, even though they have the mail they have not replied and no number to talk
            The customer care number is not working, in the website they showed the exchange option if not satisfied with the product at the retail outlets. when I called the retail outlets they are saying its not their issue .they are not responding .

            I want to return my ORDER NO: OR-2369399 : Voyager Sandals OLIVE .
            I received the order now & today only .

            I’m very much disappointed and not satisfied with this service .
            I want to return the item and want my refund amount of ₹3295/- to my bank account.
            Please arrange for a return pick-up of the order from the original delivery address.

That, on date 22nd December 2021, I ordered a Black Quilted Jacket GLJC05001652A003, Size- small; Order ID- OR-2345912/SO-2565203 of Rs. 4497/- from your website www.woodlandworldwide.com. That, on 23rd December 2021, the order was placed by your company and in pursuant with the aforesaid order, the same was delivered on date 27th December 2021.
                2. Accordingly on the same date 27th December 2021, I tried to contact on your customer care number- [protected] to exchange the aforesaid same order from small size to medium size i.e., Exchange the product by Black Quilted Jacket GLJC05001652A003, Size- Medium. But no one picked up the call from your side. However, after multiple calls on date 28th December, your customer care person confirmed my request to exchange the product but didn’t take any actions. Furthermore, I requested same from my E-mail ID- adv.[protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com whereby your company assured that you will Exchange the product by taking appropriate process but no actions were taken by your company yet.
                3. Moreover, from 29th December 2021 till yet, I tried to contact your company by your customer care number numerous times but no one answered as well as act upon my request. Further, your website still showing in Order Status- that the aforesaid product is not delivered to me yet. That this is a huge carelessness and negligence from your side.
                4. That, I was diligently following the process wherein there has been no progressive response and that expresses your reluctance towards your duty. Moreover, I sent you legal notice dated 4th January 2022 on your official website but still there is no response from your side yet. In light, of the aforesaid circumstances I alleged your company “Woodland India” for my mental trauma and economical loss.

                  The Woodland store in Jalandhar did not provide me with an actual bill; I received a message mentioning the amount and the date- time. I went to place a return the very next day and they completely refused. They said that they don’t have a return policy. When I asked them to show me the policy written on the bill they couldn’t do that and were extremely rude about it. Although they did refund later but were very unprofessional!

                        My return package is been delivered on Saturday 15.01.2022(proof attached), today is Wednesday 19.01.2022 why it is taking so long to get a refund??

                        You don't have a proper delivery chain
                        your website is still showing a package ready to deliver(proof attached).
                        you don't respond to emails.
                        after calling 10 times I still can't reach your customers representative.
                        just to return your package you require me to go to India post and post it back to you.
                        on which you have a cap of Rs 150 which made me take a hit of Rs 40.
                        is this an MNC you people are run?? or this is a joke?
                        I am utterly disappointed with woodland and the overall experience is 'PATHETIC".

                        I have been using woodland shoes and sandals for almost 15 years and never had an issues but my purchase was in retail store. But I am repenting today about their response to my issue with defect piece of sandle which is ordered through woodland website but it sucks. In one shot I have lost the hope and trust on woodland, I am decided that now-onwards no more woodland products, you guys really sucks. Due to pandemic I am working from native and don't have your retails shop, so ended-up in buying through website which is big failure and I hate myself being so loyal to woodland for so long, definitely this is full-stop for purchase of woodland product. Enjoy your pathetic service to customers. I believe there are many people like me who loyal and love this brand but after experiencing this kind of response all will go away from you guys. Very BAD WOODLAND INDIA TEAM.

                          I bought the khaki colour shoes on 25th december 2021. On the first use the leather having black dots. I showed it to the woodland showroom and they said khaki nubuck leather care will work. I bought the same and applied on on shoe. But there is no use. Its the damage of the leather. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              Olive green shoes size 41 were ordered online vide order no.OR2363619 dt[protected] and was received on[protected].it was loose and matter was reported online on same day on the websites and phone numbers provided on website of woodland but till date i have not received any satisfactory reply.infact for the last three days customer care phone number is not receiving call and continuously disconnecting it.
                              reqired size is 40 of the same item.such irresponsible behaviour was unexpected from woodland.however facilitate solution of problem.

                                On 29/12/2021 I ordered shoes for my mom from woodlandworldwide.com. It's 15 January today and I haven't received my order. I tried contacting woodland customer helpline but they do not pick up. I'm a student so I don't have money, it was supposed to be a gift. The amount paid was ₹1947 it's not much but it was hard earned. I don't know what to do.

                                        I purchased 2 pair of shoes from their official site online, they deliver me shoes after 10 days after I write 2-3 mails to them!!
                                        After that they delivered me one pair of shoes smaller size than I ordered. When I was trying to connect on their official toll free number, it couldn't connect ..
                                        On email They are giving reply by 2 or 3 days, sometimes they even didn't reply..
                                        They are asking me to go to courier post office to deliver them the wrong pair of shoes, they are not providing pick up facilities..
                                        Now I am asking reason for same they don't even replying, I am Asking them IF I will do Courier by myself then Product will be replaced or I will get Refund, But they don't bother to even reply of my query.. just pathetic and Worst Experience ever.. Their CUSTOMER care executive is not bother to resolve any query, they are like local vendors behaving rudely with you if you are complaining after sales.. They are just sitting their to SELL only.. After Sales they don't even reply.. Now I am Stuck with my money of that One Pair Smaller size of shoes.. Nobody is ### Care to Reply!! Just Pathetic Experience.. Will Never Buy from Woodland Again.. nothing is mentioned on their official site, , expected Delivery date, Expected Return Date, Expected Return/Refund Amount Or anything.. CUSTOMER service is just for Name, Not for Work..
