We bought one pair of woodland belt chappals.within one bought only the soul was damaged.so we contact the showroom they are saying that we used those chappals roughly that'swhy they got damaged.what our question is the chappals are used to protect the foot only not to keep them on the head.i don't know about the complaint box my friend suggested me to raise a complaint in online.so I'm complaining about chappals.and i don't have any images...

I have bought a sandal from woodland and it got damaged in warranty period when it was given to the showroom for repairing/replacement, today even after three months it could not be repaired/replaced and now they are saying that it cannot be repaired/replaced. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.....

An they send me wrong shoe..after I mail them complain for wrong shoe they want me to courier there shoe on Delhi address because they don't have any pickup in my area..if company like woodland have no pick up in Mumbai borivali area then where they have if then can deliver products then they have to be pick up option...in the end it's my mistake to order woodland...

Aliment is not in a perfect manner, after every single use I felt leg ache. It's just 1 year since I brought it and used it only 2-3 times. Before I had used same brand but never felt this issue . Hence, faithfully I request you to find me a better solution....
