I purchased Woodland's jacket on 6th December 2022 from Sundernagar (Mandi HP) Woodland store
I must have only worn it 2 or 3 times
And I just haven't washed her once
And its threads have started to come out
I told him at the Sundernagar Woodland store where I had purchased and his employee said that sir we will send it back to the company
I then took off the jacket and gave it to him to return

But after 25 days his call comes sir ki your jacket has return back.

When I asked the reason, he started saying that sir don't know why the return happened.

Now who will give me his reason???
And I bought 7495 MRP jacket because I believed in woodland but I had not thought that such an experience would happen.

It's my genuine case You can find out by looking at the photos and videos.

I am a prime customer of woodland and i have done 25000 woodland shopping in december month itself.

Very worst experience with woodland And now I have lost faith in this brand.
I will not recommend this to anyone now.

    I ordered a shoe from woodland online, but they didn't deliver the ordered products for months and therefore u asked for cancellation and refund in my order,
    and now i neither have the shoe nor the amount refunded back on my account for the ordered product.

      Dear Sir,
      I sujit Kumar patro have placed an order in woodland online store on dated 30th Jan 2022, bearing order number OR-2380817 & paid amount of Rs.1797.
      But they have neither updated my order status nor given despatch details. Despite of my phone call regarding the same they only ask for 24 -48hrs but doest resolve the issue.
      This issue I had already raised a mail & given reminder mail on 3rd day, there was no compliance.
      Hence requesting you to please intervene and help me out.

          I purchased a leather shoe from woodland website on December 16, 2021. Upon receipt, when I wore it, it’s sole melted completely within 15 minutes. I contacted woodland through email and they asked me to deposit the shoe along with invoice at a nearest woodland store, which I did. It’s been almost 2 months and I have not heard anything from them. I visited store once and they told me to wait further. I am attaching the condition of the shoe and invoice for your reference.

            They sent an incorrect size and return policy is trash! They sent a mail saying to send a courier to an address in Delhi. So I went to Indiranagar outlet in Bengaluru and they said it needs to be sent to Headquarters in Delhi. Till now no response….. money wasted.

                I have bought sandal in Woodland website on 23rd Jan and received it invoice with DTDC tracking number

                Till now my there is no updates on my order and DTDC tracking number also invalid..

                Called couple of times to customer care and no one respond... please help

                    Dear sir or mam

                    I brought your woodland sandal on oct 04 2021 .. I will used few days sandal belt will be broken . I will complaint lulu woodland showroom kochi . They will take service and get after 30 days .. A few days before another belt is broken and emblom is peeled .. I am not in rough use.. I will complaint the showroom they will ask maximum belt is gumming is possible .. Sir i dont want this product.. Please replace immediately

                      I bought a jacket of woodland for woodland online store 2 days back. Now I want to return it they have clearly return on their site one can return product my doing email them. But they are not responding.
                      I called them as well there also I got no response.
                      It's a fraud.

                        I have purchased a sweater, jacket and jeans on[protected] at 16.42pm with invoice no 202106N241c00966 amount rs 17129.

                        The sweater got itself damaged at some places and told the store at karnal, Haryana to replace it.

                        They have taken the green color sweater and told it will be replaced.

                        But now they are asking for the bill which I don't find after one month.

                        Please do the necessary to replace it.

                                  Amount- Rs. 3995/-
                                  the shoe was returned, also, i had conversation with woodland care on email,
                                  I gave every details, photo of shoe, invoice photo, at last they asked for my cancelled cheque book for refund since this order was cash on delivery, i provided them photo of my cancelled cheque book, but still i have not received my refund, its been more than 6 months. Kindly look into the issue.

                                    The item I received is damaged one. came along with, Left leg Sandal's ankle backstrap broken button .

                                    I received my order and found its damaged one, and kept a mail with mail tracker, even though they have the mail they have not replied and no number to talk
                                    The customer care number is not working, in the website they showed the exchange option if not satisfied with the product at the retail outlets. when I called the retail outlets they are saying its not their issue .they are not responding .

That, on date 22nd December 2021, I ordered a Black Quilted Jacket GLJC05001652A003, Size- small; Order ID- OR-2345912/SO-2565203 of Rs. 4497/- from your website www.woodlandworldwide.com. That, on 23rd December 2021, the order was placed by your company and in pursuant with the aforesaid order, the same was delivered on date 27th December 2021.
                                        2. Accordingly on the same date 27th December 2021, I tried to contact on your customer care number- [protected] to exchange the aforesaid same order from small size to medium size i.e., Exchange the product by Black Quilted Jacket GLJC05001652A003, Size- Medium. But no one picked up the call from your side. However, after multiple calls on date 28th December, your customer care person confirmed my request to exchange the product but didn’t take any actions. Furthermore, I requested same from my E-mail ID- adv.[protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com whereby your company assured that you will Exchange the product by taking appropriate process but no actions were taken by your company yet.
                                        3. Moreover, from 29th December 2021 till yet, I tried to contact your company by your customer care number numerous times but no one answered as well as act upon my request. Further, your website still showing in Order Status- that the aforesaid product is not delivered to me yet. That this is a huge carelessness and negligence from your side.
                                        4. That, I was diligently following the process wherein there has been no progressive response and that expresses your reluctance towards your duty. Moreover, I sent you legal notice dated 4th January 2022 on your official website but still there is no response from your side yet. In light, of the aforesaid circumstances I alleged your company “Woodland India” for my mental trauma and economical loss.
