I ordered a pair of shoes from woodland site at September 1, item was received at september 10. But the size was small to me, therefore I wants to return that product...But there was problem arise, the order status remains at 'ready to ship's state. Then I contacted with woodland authorities with email. They advised me to send the item via indian post and they send me an adress, and also inform me that when I post tracking id of the parcel then they send ₹150 to my woodland account wallet. I believe in their words, i just done the things which they tells...I was regularly tracking that item, at last i get a message that ensuring the delivery ...But they didn't response properly...No refund i get even item had delivered at September 29...They tells the same words again and again
