Hi there
I order army print green sol ankel lenth sneakers on 08/10/2021. An they send me wrong shoe..after I mail them complain for wrong shoe they want me to courier there shoe on Delhi address because they don't have any pickup in my area..if company like woodland have no pick up in Mumbai borivali area then where they have if then can deliver products then they have to be pick up option...in the end it's my mistake to order woodland shoe..that shoe are use less for me

The one inside also has to be damaged .

if it will be replace and repaire a new bottom soul, inner soul, or not please inform me .

Aliment is not in a perfect manner, after every single use I felt leg ache. It's just 1 year since I brought it and used it only 2-3 times. Before I had used same brand but never felt this issue . Hence, faithfully I request you to find me a better solution.

I purchased a pair of woodland gumboots for its exclusive showroom situated at kunjpura road karnal, for 1 year boot performed well after that boots started making voice and now the voice is terrible, I went to woodland showroom and explained my problem but they told me that I can't do anything in this regard, my shoes r not damaged and in perfect condition but making voice, I m of the view that ur company is best in making boots, but when I was told that ur company can't do anything in this regard my views for the company changed, pls see in this matter .

Dear Woodland Team,
I recently bought a pair of Heels from an outlet in Guwahati in the month of August 2021. However, after the 1st usage itself the product turned out to be defective. I gave the same for repair in the outlet where I purchased from and after almost 2 months I received my product back but with more damages done to my product then resolving the same. Its an utter disgrace that I bought the product with an expectation but the same has lead me to lost my trust in a reputed brand like Woodland. I have attached the images of the damaged product.

This mail is regarding the issue I had with a woodland product which I have purchased recently from the Woodland store located in Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore.

At the time of purchase, I have been promised 3 months warranty on the product. Now there is a damage in the product within a month. And I went to the store for checking it. But the staffs in the store were rude and have not responded to my request. It is not even one month since I purchased the product but there is a defect in the product. The store executives behaved inappropriately. I request you to kindly look into this and help me with the same to replace the product.

What is wrong with woodland?? I had made an online purchase from the website on 23rd Of October and now on the site it's showing 25th of October as purchase date. It has been 3 days and my ordered item isn't even shipped yet. Moreover, I tried to contact you on the customer care number that I found on your website. Some random dude picks up the call for 10 seconds and then terminates the call without uttering a single word. Is this some kind of scam? Is your website hoax??

I have bought a Woodland shoes and when i wear first time .my back of the leg skin got pelled of and all blood blood was their..i made this complaint in Woodland showroom they took my shoes ..and returned back saying your issue is fixed but still same problem countinue . whenever i wear my leg skin get pelled off its very pain full. I bought Woodland shoes to get comfort not to get pain .

I ordered my shoes on 12 OCT 2021 from official website of woodland . My order number was OR-2281960. I received my order on 16 OCT 2021. The pasting of the shoe has been started to peel off from the front. I can provide the proof if you ask me to do so.
Please replace my shoes as soon as possible.
