I had purchased a pair of shoes from https://www.woodlandworldwide.com which is their official website. However, they shipped a defective pair of shoes to me. When I asked them for replacement via email as well as over telephone, they Allen me to send the defective shoes by Speed Post. I would like to point out that on the company website in return/replacement policy section, it is clearly mentioned that they will arrange the reverse pickup within 72 hours. But in my case they are saying that since I am from Assam, they are unable to provide a reverse pickup. This is not acceptable as the same was not mentioned in the policy. I have mailed them numerous time and explained that since I am employed in essential service, I am not in a position to go to the post office during working hours. But they are adamant and not providing reverse pickup as per their policy.
Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
