This people are least bother about providing tracking of our shoes which are ordered online..tracking itself not showing when ever we try to track with the reference number it shows only booking of product ...rediculous not customer friendly...

As i purchase men shoe gc2567117rt, o green 40, on 14/06/2021 bill no. 202102N1500C00192 now thier colour changes as one becomes dark and anotherone becomes light, i visted to showroom as they suggested me to polich them but my query is that in one month this is happening y shoud i polich them u need to satisfy the customer once that it will be ok after policing. if i did policing if not then replace it if not gone right u will blame me, so kindly do the needful rply me with satisfactory answer

I had placed an order via online payment and cancelled that order after a few minutes. However, I still have not received a refund for my order. There is no proper reply to mails. Two times I contacted the customer care service they said that amount will be refunded within one or two days but more than 2 days is passed till now I didn't got any refund in my bank account. Recently, I bought a defective product from one of the woodland stores..I used it for 2-3 days and found that the right leg pair created a vacuum with the floor which hindered my walking experience...the store manager is not ready to cooperate with us and says its can't be exchanged. Kindly look into it.

I had purchased a pair of shoes from https://www.woodlandworldwide.com which is their official website. However, they shipped a defective pair of shoes to me. When I asked them for replacement via email as well as over telephone, they Allen me to send the defective shoes by Speed Post. I would like to point out that on the company website in return/replacement policy section, it is clearly mentioned that they will arrange the reverse pickup within 72 hours. But in my case they are saying that since I am from Assam, they are unable to provide a reverse pickup. This is not acceptable as the same was not mentioned in the policy. I have mailed them numerous time and explained that since I am employed in essential service, I am not in a position to go to the post office during working hours. But they are adamant and not providing reverse pickup as per their policy.

I want to inform you that I have purchased a pair of shoes from the woodland outlet in ansal plaza, greater noida, Uttar pradesh. while buying this pair of shoes I was assured by the in-charge of woodland outlet that the lower part of the shoes will not break for the rest of my life. but the adhesive you have used is of lower quality and the bottom of the shoes is break or separate from the upper portion.
further i want to inform you that the outlet has been closed permanently.
and i am posted in Patan distt. Patan Gujarat 384265. Now I have to go to uttar pradesh to get my shoes repaired?
