    I had ordered formal shoes of model FGF0M50V1692A005 and order ID is OR-2277315 which was placed on 3-Sep-2021.

    I Got the delivery of those shoes on 07-Sep-2021. And I would like to raise complaint on the same.

    The delivered shoes are with scratch on multiple places. (Photos attached). I need replacement of those shoes with same Size -43.

        I have purchased Woodland boys Gc 2721117ws Sneaker from AMAZON on 24 july 2021. Within a month the sole got torn and shoes stiches began to open.
        I want refund/exchange of the above pair of shoes.

                      This people are least bother about providing tracking of our shoes which are ordered online..tracking itself not showing when ever we try to track with the reference number it shows only booking of product ...rediculous not customer friendly...

                          As i purchase men shoe gc2567117rt, o green 40, on 14/06/2021 bill no. 202102N1500C00192 now thier colour changes as one becomes dark and anotherone becomes light, i visted to showroom as they suggested me to polich them but my query is that in one month this is happening y shoud i polich them u need to satisfy the customer once that it will be ok after policing. if i did policing if not then replace it if not gone right u will blame me, so kindly do the needful rply me with satisfactory answer

There is no proper reply to mails. Two times I contacted the customer care service they said that amount will be refunded within one or two days but more than 5 days is passed till now I didn't got any refund in my bank account.                                         Recently, I bought a defective product from one of the woodland stores..I used it for 2-3 days and found that the right leg pair created a vacuum with the floor which hindered my walking experience...the store manager is not ready to cooperate with us and says its can't be exchanged.
