What is wrong with woodland?? I had made an online purchase from the website on 23rd Of October and now on the site it's showing 25th of October as purchase date. It has been 3 days and my ordered item isn't even shipped yet. Moreover, I tried to contact you on the customer care number that I found on your website. Some random dude picks up the call for 10 seconds and then terminates the call without uttering a single word. Is this some kind of scam? Is your website hoax??

        Been over a month that I’ve been promised a reverse pickup for a larger pair of Footwear. I have called and emailed on numerous occasions only to be given false promises that it will collected this week, the next and so on. It’s just annoying.

          I have bought a Woodland shoes and when i wear first time .my back of the leg skin got pelled of and all blood blood was their..i made this complaint in Woodland showroom they took my shoes ..and returned back saying your issue is fixed but still same problem countinue . whenever i wear my leg skin get pelled off its very pain full. I bought Woodland shoes to get comfort not to get pain .

                I ordered my shoes on 12 OCT 2021 from official website of woodland . My order number was OR-2281960. I received my order on 16 OCT 2021. The pasting of the shoe has been started to peel off from the front. I can provide the proof if you ask me to do so.
                Please replace my shoes as soon as possible.

                  I ordered a pair of shoes from woodland site at September 1, item was received at september 10. But the size was small to me, therefore I wants to return that product...But there was problem arise, the order status remains at 'ready to ship's state. Then I contacted with woodland authorities with email. They advised me to send the item via indian post and they send me an adress, and also inform me that when I post tracking id of the parcel then they send ₹150 to my woodland account wallet. I believe in their words, i just done the things which they tells...I was regularly tracking that item, at last i get a message that ensuring the delivery ...But they didn't response properly...No refund i get even item had delivered at September 29...They tells the same words again and again

                      I m living in ratlam (M.P) there is woodland showroom near my place in ratlam.
                      On 1st of Oct 21in moring I visted showroom for my shoes repair. My repair problem is not solved only but the bheviour of one of our staff(Anil parmer), is not healthy for me n company policy also.
                      So please help me with my repair issues.

                        I received used and damaged shoes for the order number OR[protected] FGC0260U2702A013 LGREY casual sneakers for men ).
                        I need a refund for my order.
                        The shoes have worn out bits on the back of the right shoes.
                        The shoes have torn portions near the lace on the right shoes.
                        The shoes have mud on the sole of the right shoes.
                        The shoes have dirt from someone who already used them.
                        Didn't expect such an attitude from your company.
                        The shoes being delivered by Aero Club S-129 Sankarayya Road, Thrissur, Kerala woodlands Store.
                        Later the product was identified to be display product used for customers for checking size fittings for a long time at Thrissur woodlands Store. Made a request to return the product within 10 minutes of opening the package.
                        The reverse pickup was made available only 7 days after making repeated requests by mail to [protected]@woodlandworlswide.com
                        After returning of the product and repeated emails they asked for the scanned invoice copy and scanned bank passbook first page to provide the refund and promised to return within 20-25 working days.
                        Today is 20th day after returning the product. 27th day after receiving the product. Last week I have contacted the person who is in charge for refunding the money from woodland in kerala by contacting through woodland store near me and he promised the money will be refunded by this week. Today is Friday and the money is not refunded.
                        I feel cheated.
                        If they have done such an extensive measures to quality control their products being delivered to the customers, I wouldn't be in this situation.
                        The money paid for the product is my hard earned money and not like you people made by cheating customers.
                        I need my money back today itself.

                          I have received only one t shirt on 17.9.2021

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I purchased a Woodland belt from from their showroom at Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 03/04/2021.

                            After just one month o[censored]se, the belt split at the section where I lock it.

                            The receipt of purchase is in the attachment. The picture of the belt split is also attached for your reference.

                            Since the malls were closed all through May due to lockdown, I could visit the mall to report this incident.
                            However once the malls were open I wen’t there with my damanged belt to show it to them. They gave me a receipt on their letterhead confirming the damage and asked me to write to the Woodland customer care. The receipt of damage is also in the attachment.
                            After several communications to Woodland reporting about the incident, I was asked by customer care to visit Woodland showroom in Mahagun metro mall to get an exchange of the item.

                            I went to their showroom and I liked a belt which was priced at Rs 1722 and asked for it as a replacement for my damaged belt. However since the original belt cost me Rs 2495 I asked for a refund of Rs 773 and if that was not possible I asked them to issue me credit for the balance that I can use in my future purchases from Woodland, but the Woodland representative said that neither refund nor issue of credit for the balance amount is possible.

                            I then said what if I choose an expensive belt. In that case, they said that I will have to pay the excess amount after deducting the cost I had already paid for the damaged belt.

                            This really is an unjustified argument wherein Woodland is asking me to bear the loss while they themselves are not ready to bear even a bit of loss.

                            This really is a shameful act that I never expected from a brand like Woodland.
                            I then wrote to the customer care again mentioning about the above incidence and they reverted to me that I will be issued a refund.

                            However no refund has been issued till this date and I feel cheated by them.

                            I request you to kindly look into this and help me deal with this cheat brand which really does not care about its customers.

                              I am a regular customer of your company from the last so many years. I never had any problem or the complaint earlier while using ur products.

                              But this time I have a worst experience, I purchased a pair of shoe from your store and have hardly used it only twice but after using the same there are some patches on the upper part of the pair and the sole of the same is damaged from many parts. I tried to contact you on ur customer care number [protected] many many times but couldn't reach you, every time they say that all the representatives our busy, call after some time.

                              I am attaching the picture of the one shoe of the pair purchased.

                              Pl. reslove my problem and find the solution for the same.

                                I have a woodlands shoes model - GC0333106S (Size: 41) . The sole of the same is in damaged condition, b'coz i was not using the same regularly. Now I want ot resole the same but when i approach the woodlands showrooms at Asansol they are telling they have stopped the production of this model. How can a company stop the production of accessories for which the product is still in the market. So i would request your to please help to resole my woodlands shoes as early as possible.

                                    I ordered for shoes on 11th September 2021, which I received today but the shoes are too large and I am going on trip which I need these shoes smaller in size on urgent basis. I need that shoes TOMORROW or my whole plan would fail.

                                    I need shoes on urgent basis but they are not ready to help.

                                        I had ordered formal shoes of model FGF0M50V1692A005 and order ID is OR-2277315 which was placed on 3-Sep-2021.

                                        I Got the delivery of those shoes on 07-Sep-2021. And I would like to raise complaint on the same.

                                        The delivered shoes are with scratch on multiple places. (Photos attached). I need replacement of those shoes with same Size -43.
