I got product (sandals for women) on April 5th when I opened that product I was shocked bcz of I got used product and the same day I raised complaint/request to return that product but 50 days have been completed but they didn't send the executive to pickup product, and also I didn't get any confirmation call from woodland services as it.so that we can easyly understand about their service.please please don't purchase any products from woodland services.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I am a regular user of woodland shoes, but the last shoe purchased is poor in quality, on the first day usage itself the sole peeling off, due to the pandemic situation i am able to move warrenty procedure, any hope to repair it by free of cost or by payment. The shoe is used only for two days, i am attaching the photos and u can check it

I have bought FWR men shoe GC 2318116 olive green from ludhiana factory outlet for Rs 4995. But the very same shoe is available in range of[protected] Rs at online stores.
Please send this mail to your higher authorities and ask them the reason for this. Do you guys have any shame, you are just selling it at an overpriced value that too near too double.
Ask woodland higher authorities to look into this as it also tarnish your market image. This is really disgusting of you.

I have purchased shoes from Crystall mall, Rajkot, Gujarat. I have brought it for someone else so facing size issue. In ongoing corona pandemic I am facing exchange or return issue because I can't manage to go Rajkot, I am living in Bhavanagar where no existence of Woodland showroom. Can you guide me for the same.

I have request return of one of the products received in my order- the grey white ballerinas as the fit of the shoe is not suited for my foot. I have requested return and refund yesterday itself as soon as I checked the product. I have also called on customer care to talk regarding the same however no update on the same.

Hi Team -I have purchased a product from woodland shop located at bangalore for 4300 RS. Even i had asked sales manager to check the pricing online at shopping portal and he said it will be the same price but i got shocked when i checked Myntra, Flipkart and amazon which is offering for lesser then RS 3000. I have attached snapshot of Myntra and Flipkart and also attached original bill of Woodland.

I had called woodland customer care also to enquiry about it but they are so neglect in response.

Woodland has own fame in the market but selling the product in different prices through other channels will definitely lose your credibility and fame in the market.

People really think that woodland is cheap in market.

I am requesting woodland management team and whoever it may concern to review this matter and help to return the amount.I don't want to exchange with other product ever that price also high in you woodland shops.

i will purchase it online only though flipkart and myntra or other shopping portal.

Please investigate this seriously and confirm

I purchased 2 pairs of woods shoes from woodlands outlet N213, at Zirakhpur Road on 3/28/2021 worth more than Rs.5500/
There are no proper sales Personnels present there at the outlet to show shoes to clients. 1 girl & 1boy were there who were least interested in assisting us. They said they are not sales Personnels and even their way of talking to us was too irritating.
We understand there is scarcity of staff and also stock. But still, there is a decent way to interact with customers.
This is not expected from Woodlands
Please look into the matter.

I have purchased some Woodlands product like T-shirt, cap, pants, and one shoe from Woodlands Store, Nasik, Maharashtra on 28 February 2021 and paid by my credit card.
Since I live in Kolkata i was travelling to Kolkata from Nasik on 1st March 2021, 1 day after my purchase...while traveling to Kolkata I spotted my new Woodlands shoe sole is completely breaking off like black pieces/powders stuff from hill of both shoes.
I am very disappointed since I paid nearly 4000/ rupees for this shoe and thought that such a branded shoe company will provide a good product. Which was not at all what I found in reality.

I want my shoe replaced immediately. I am sending pictures and bill attached with this message. I hope at list my problem with be taken care off satisfactorily.

I have purchased two loafers online on Jan 22, 2021 (order no.OR[protected] out of which one shoe fitted but not the other one. I wrote an email requested the return at [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com the very next day I received my package (Jan 27, 2021). I wrote again on 28th Jan.2021 regarding the same but no response. I wouldn't mind if they give me the store credit but at least the company should be prompt in return or exchange if there is problem with the product and when you want to do the online sales. Its not like I am bored shopper that decided to keep one pair but want to return the other pair.

I have been calling the number listed in my order summary email (1.800.103.3445) but no matter what time of the day I always get the response that all executives are busy to assist me hence call later. Today again I tried and same thing.
