I have purchased two loafers online on Jan 22, 2021 (order no.OR[protected] out of which one shoe fitted but not the other one. I wrote an email requested the return at [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com the very next day I received my package (Jan 27, 2021). I wrote again on 28th Jan.2021 regarding the same but no response. I wouldn't mind if they give me the store credit but at least the company should be prompt in return or exchange if there is problem with the product and when you want to do the online sales. Its not like I am bored shopper that decided to keep one pair but want to return the other pair.
I have been calling the number listed in my order summary email (1.800.103.3445) but no matter what time of the day I always get the response that all executives are busy to assist me hence call later. Today again I tried and same thing.
I want my shoe to be returned (Woodland tan moccasins for women
FLC0B3025451A014)so that I can purchase one that actually fits properly.
