I have purchased some Woodlands product like T-shirt, cap, pants, and one shoe from Woodlands Store, Nasik, Maharashtra on 28 February 2021 and paid by my credit card.
Since I live in Kolkata i was travelling to Kolkata from Nasik on 1st March 2021, 1 day after my purchase...while traveling to Kolkata I spotted my new Woodlands shoe sole is completely breaking off like black pieces/powders stuff from hill of both shoes.
I am very disappointed since I paid nearly 4000/ rupees for this shoe and thought that such a branded shoe company will provide a good product. Which was not at all what I found in reality.
I want my shoe replaced immediately. I am sending pictures and bill attached with this message. I hope at list my problem with be taken care off satisfactorily.

Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had contacted them around 5 times till now but haven't received any calls from them. It's really wasting customer time by contacting them.
At Least being human they should have minimum common sense to update customers on the timeline it's required to provide a response / solution to the issue.
These woodland helpdesk teams are just hopeless.
