Hi,
I was purchased sandal from Thrissur shankarayar road show room. I am regular customer of woodland because I was purchased one time on 14 th Dec 2020 from this showroom. Yesterday I was used the item, within one day used pasting tag is removed from sandal, today 23rd Dec 2020 I reached in show room and requested them to change the item/ I will buy new model instead of complaints item.but dealer is not corporate with me and said no exchange for this item. This type behaviour is not good for woodland brand.i am received this type behaviour in first time for me during the time of purchase. Please raise the complaints with the delear.

    I have purchased a pair shoes from Amritsar (Punjab ) Mall Road Showroom (Woodland ) on dated :3/12/2020 & Invoice no _202003N029C01488 It is a matter of great concern that just after 15 days the net (cloth wrapped over)of the shoes is being torn of due to its inferior quality. Sir, I never expected this from a reputed brand like yours, so you are requested to look into the matter and get it replaced or get me my money back.

I am a very old customer of woodland, such a good company, this type of mistake has been found for the first time. What should I do with such an error jacket, tell me its proper solution.

              This is kind information . I have purchase shoes from fashion house D-170 sector 23 sanjay nagar ghaziabad date of 8 september 2020. but after 2 days damage shoes soles . but no replacement by shopkeeper till date i request to you please issue new shoes or refund my money

                  Sir I hav taken three jackets from woodland Westend mall ludhiana at 50percent i told the owner if size ll noot fit properly i ll change it tom that time he didn't mentioned that i[censored] ll select other article the product ll be given at 40 percent and this only happens ..and they talk very mannerlessly and rudly ...very disappointed 😞 my bill no is after return is 202003N[protected] and they don't gave me original bill also

                    Broken shoe sole

                    I have been using Woodland products for a very long time, and I must tell you that I am really really satisfied with your products. All your products are quality ones, except the one shoe which i used recently ( WOODLAND CAMEL OUTDOOR SHOES, [FGC0150V4131I[protected]] ), which I purchased on June 2019 from a woodland showroom in Bangalore.
                    I take good care of my products, but I really don't know what happened to my Woodland shoe this...

                        I was order my shoe on Woodland 7th of November I got my shoe but colour was I didn't like that.
                        That's a reason why I am calling woodland customer helpline and and asking refund my money.
                        But customer executive told me what is the reason you want to refund your money .
                        I told them what colour I want it I saw in my phone and I order that when I received the order that is not same that's a reason why I am asking refund my money.
                        Now today is a 8th of December but I didn't receive any refund or solution I need my money refund back.
                        Woodland customer care executive are verifying my claim and they told me very soon your problem was resolved.
                        Woodland customer executive mailing me inside of male they told me product was used that's the reason why I am not refunding money then I am going Woodland showroom and verifying my product and told me that is not used and he said customer service that's product was not used by customer but when I am calling customer executive they told me send me your cash memo.
                        But After sending cash memo.
                        No reaction from woodland company.

                            I bought a shoe with blue leather lace, once bought the shop person told leather lace will get damaged and i can get a new lace without any cost from any shop.
                            For more tha 6 months i am searching for leather lace and i am not able to find it from any store.

                                Hi Team,
                                I had purchased 2 shoes from your Menaxi Mall Outlet on[protected]. I had to exchange one of the shoes (not used), and was waiting for new stock but due to COVID I had to shift to my native n came back this month (November). But as per the sales team here, they say it’s not possible to return as its already crossed the time line.

                                Taking the COVID pendamic into consideration, I request for an exchang.

                                  I purchased a woodland shoe from your City Mall Showroom Gorakhpur on 22.11.2020 Invno 202009N044C01424 which was a defective piece, but since I liked it I purchased it (because I was told that it is the only single piece available) despite being defective, and I was offered a coupon of 1000 to be redeemed within 3 months, after 5 days i.e. today on 27.11.2020 again I went to the showroom to purchase another shoe, again the piece is defective with a big scratch and I am being told that it is the only single piece left. Sir, there is no compromise solution being offered to me. I even told the showroom owner that if I am offered a discount of 1000 I am still ready to purchase the shoe, which he rejected it. Also your toll free number [protected] is not functioning properly, after dialling 10 times, it is being picked up. I would like to warn you that this is ruining the image of Woodland as I am a customer of woodland from last 10 years.

                                    Hello sir,
                                    I bought three products from your company few months ago. The sole tore in one of the sandals just after using it for 6 months. When inquired about it in the retail shop in which I bought the sandal, the employee replied saying the sole tore because I walk wrongly. That was very rude reply to my complaint and am very disappointed in the product as well as the customer care you provide. I request a refund or replacement for the sandal. I have also attached the bill and images of the torn sole. Thank you
