I ordered the two pairs of sandals online and one pair quality is not good. So, i requested to return the product and refund the amount via email to [protected]@Woodlandworldwide.com and they asked me the images of the product and invoice. I have shared the images via email. But, still there is no reply from woodland. And also try to reach via toll free Num [protected](option 1). But, no one is picking the call. It’s really frustrating.

Woodland stone manager says "because your leg is big" hence shoes was broken and stiches are gone...

so now the wood land saying that if ones leg is big, we should not buy woodland shoes?? or Woodland doesnt manufacture if ones leg is big ?? btw it was a new arrival purchased in Dec'2020, and the manufacturing date was Feb'2018, which is almost three years old, so is Woodland saying that 3 years product a new arrival ????

i have given the shoes for repair and its been twenty days so far, I wasted calling customer care multiple times and my emails sent to woodland however did not get any response.

Hope someone from Woodland is listening / reading this to take corrective actions.

I have bought a pair of shoes from your online website @woodlandworldwide.com but received wrong product . Please return it and give me my money back.

Shoe was purchased from Mohan shoe company from Ambala, India, in August 7 as gift and was worn only on Dec 5, not even in single use whole shoe sole start breaking like sand and was brought to shop and registered complaint, disappointed with woodland services, ask for replacement, but till now no response, just excuses, I am not even sure why Aeroclub is involved in this, as owner mentioned, Aeroclub staff need to be contacted???

Manufacturing defect..through the hole of my right leg sandal one finger is protruding out.....

I buyed JC353 Jacket full sleeve from woodland outlet near life style on 27/12/2020. I weared only 2 days jacket and i found my left hand jeep is not working properly. even stitched found damaged.

I want to replace my jacket with new one or refund money which i have paid.

I Purchased the wood shows from Aero Clum, wood land store 573/3 J.M Road Deccan Gyamkhana, Pune - Phone [protected] . Date of Purchase 28/10/2020, Size 41, 266705 Brown.

Within eight days the Bottom pasting of both shoes cameout so we handedover the shoes to Show room for Repair . They done the Repairing but again the same problem observed.

Again we handed over the shows to Santosh (Name of Show room send person)
Now waiting to get the repaired shows. All this has activity has given lot of truble to me . I am using woodland shoes from last 25 Years but never landed such type of issues. Please look into it and provide roubest solution so the customer should not suffer.

Sides war damage

Dear Woodland,
I bought shoes oct 2019 and use to wear 2 or 3 times in a month but from 3 months I am wearing regularly and now my right side foot lost sense in few parts. I am taking medicine for same but now it is very painful so planning for some test. I bought new shoes from Adidas for same reason.
Intension to provide the feedback only, please pay attention and revert.

Bought half puffer jacket from woodland outlet in lucknow but after some time it's puffer got displaced which looks like local jacket or some other issue kindly look into it and replace it if possible

I was purchased sandal from Thrissur shankarayar road show room. I am regular customer of woodland because I was purchased one time on 14 th Dec 2020 from this showroom. Yesterday I was used the item, within one day used pasting tag is removed from sandal, today 23rd Dec 2020 I reached in show room and requested them to change the item/ I will buy new model instead of complaints item.but dealer is not corporate with me and said no exchange for this item. This type behaviour is not good for woodland brand.i am received this type behaviour in first time for me during the time of purchase. Please raise the complaints with the delear.

I have purchased a pair shoes from Amritsar (Punjab ) Mall Road Showroom (Woodland ) on dated :3/12/2020 & Invoice no _202003N029C01488 It is a matter of great concern that just after 15 days the net (cloth wrapped over)of the shoes is being torn of due to its inferior quality. Sir, I never expected this from a reputed brand like yours, so you are requested to look into the matter and get it replaced or get me my money back.

I am a very old customer of woodland, such a good company, this type of mistake has been found for the first time. What should I do with such an error jacket, tell me its proper solution.
