I had returned the earlier received shoe due to the bigger size shoe sent by the company instead of the ordered size. This whole process took almost 20 days and cost me my precious time and money. However, the company has still not taken a serious note about the issue and once again sent a defective product. I strongly condemn this casual attitude of the company and request the concerned authorities to take necessary action since customer service is being taken for granted and this needs to change. Please take appropriate action in this regard at the earliest. Last order number OR-2123750.

      I bought a pair of woodland shoes 2 years ago from Vellore. They are very comfortable but they have been making a loud creaking sound in the right shoe while walking. This is particularly loud in cold weather in a place like Kotagiri where I am stationed now. The issue appears to be much lesser in warm weather. It seems that the sole of the shoe or inner part is getting hardened in cold weather and is making the sound which is quite embarassing. Is it possible to get it repaired in a place close to Kotagiri or in Chennai?

            I ordered a green colour woodland shoe online from woodland site, After receiving order I didn't like colour of the shoe and want to replace it with a different colour, Online order status is not updated and it is still not showing not delivered yet however it is delivered to me many days back, I tried calling Customer care multiple times however call never connects, I have dropped online return request also multiple times again didn't receive any reply, request replace my shoe with camel colour

              I have purchased woodland shoes with confidence of quality and long term effective but with in few months it started leather paint ruffing and i visited to woodland showroom near dilshad garden metro.While purchasing, they said its 2 years under warranty .they said for repair only not to rerplace .I want genuine solution of this product because your shoes cost was 2145 in indian rupees in offer .I want replacement of my shoes or money back.

                Sandal is small in size and doesn't fit my feet. Kindly exchange or return the product. Send my money back to woodland wallet so that I can purchase some other products.

                  Kindly return or exchange my order OR[protected] immediately as the shoe I received against this order is much bigger than the ordered size of 41(7). The shoe pair appears to be 43(9) which is impossible to adjust in my feet. I have already put a request to cancel and return this order as soon as I got this delivery but no confirmation has been received by me till now. In either case the order being returned or can be exchanged with the original shoe size, kindly inform me immediately as I am in a dilemma regarding what to do. Please reply.

                                I am writing to you with deepest regret of being woodland customer. I have purchased the woodland boots online with purchase order number 2096866. However the boots delivered are of substandard quality. Even after lodging repeated complaints to refund the amount and collection of boots the issue is not resolved. The customer care never answers any call or is of any help. I tried reaching costumer care since 6 days and no one is responding on the toll free number. I have registered the complaint on National consumer forum toll free number regarding the same and the reference docket number being 2292467. Request please collect your goods and refund my money.

                                Mein Kamaljeet Singh VPO Malan Tehsil Nagrota Bagwan District Kangra (HP) se hoon aur maine aapke Nagrota Bagwan Distt Kangra (HP) wale showroom se ek shoe (Article No WL-002) kharida tha aur usko do din pehne par hi uske talbe ki pasting nikal gayi phir maine uski complaint us showroom mein kari unhone bola ke is shoes ko factory mein bapis bhej dete hain aur repair hokar aa jayega. Takriban ek mahine ke baad shoe bapis aaya aur fir 8-10 din pehnne ke baad ab toh uske talba hi nikal gaya hai.

                                  Since the day i have received the order i am again and again calling and mailing for arranging a reverse pickup but no response from your side .                                     I bought a belt from your Angamaly store 2 weeks back. And this is the 2nd time i had experienced horrible customer service from one of your stores. It was so rude that i just picked a belt and settled the bill without having tried it on. Unfortunately the belt doesnt fit and it was pouring heavily that evening so the bill is gone. However, I have the tags. I called up the store to check of they could scan the barcode and get the bill details so that i can have a belt that fits and they straight away said they wont do that.
