I am writing to you with deepest regret of being woodland customer. I have purchased the woodland boots online with purchase order number 2096866. However the boots delivered are of substandard quality. Even after lodging repeated complaints to refund the amount and collection of boots the issue is not resolved. The customer care never answers any call or is of any help. I tried reaching costumer care since 6 days and no one is responding on the toll free number. I have registered the complaint on National consumer forum toll free number regarding the same and the reference docket number being 2292467. Request please collect your goods and refund my money.

Takriban ek mahine ke baad shoe bapis aaya aur fir 8-10 din pehnne ke baad ab toh uske talba hi nikal gaya hai.

    I am very disappointed with your service, as your team neither answer mails nor pick up the calls.
    Since the day i have received the order i am again and again calling and mailing for arranging a reverse pickup but no response from your side . I was a regular customer in your stores but my online experience was very bad. Now please tell me what should i do with the product?????

      I bought a belt from your Angamaly store 2 weeks back. And this is the 2nd time i had experienced horrible customer service from one of your stores. It was so rude that i just picked a belt and settled the bill without having tried it on. Unfortunately the belt doesnt fit and it was pouring heavily that evening so the bill is gone. However, I have the tags. I called up the store to check of they could scan the barcode and get the bill details so that i can have a belt that fits and they straight away said they wont do that.           I have ordered woodland Belt & Jacket as on 24th September 2020 (Order no - OR[protected] which was delivered on 2nd October but while checking the status of order it is still showing ready to ship.
          I want to replacement my order but unable to do so because i am not getting that option on the website due to ready to ship status.
          Kindly resolved my issue as soon as possible

            Dear sir,
            I ordered formal shoes from woodland offical site in march but because of this pandemic situation the deliver was delayed so I canceled my order next day of cancellation I received a message of my refund that order is cancelled and refund is initiated as soon as possible but it been a long time a go i did’nt received any refund till date kindly consider and see to it where are my money hold

              I had order shoe which is (Bdnavy trekking shoes) on aug 29, 2020. I am facing size issue problem and want replacement for the same as i'm facing issues in size, they are bigger than expected. They told me to mail my shoe pics and invoice information, they told me that i will get my refund money after 10 days... Returning my shoe back. So i got all my work done that time only. Its been 13 days now after returning my shoe back and they are not replying me back and not even taking any action about it. I am struggling alot, please... Help me out?

                Dear sir,

                I had purchased woodland shoes on 08/08/2020 through woodland online official store. The shoes were delivered to me on 15/08/2020.

                I hardly used the shoes for 03 days and the sole of the shoes got separated from the shoes. I complained via email to the company's official email id on 24/08/2020 about the damaged shoes. I received response on 25/08/2020 from woodland customer care to handover the damaged shoes to the woodland showroom.in response to their mail i enquired about whether the showroom will accept the damaged shoes or not and whether i will receive the replacement across table or refund of my money immediately. To which they didnot respond to my query at all and only sent the address of their two showrooms on 28/08/2020. I then duly handed over the shoes to their andheri west showroom, mumbai on 29/08/2020 without wasting even a single day. Post which i informed the woodland customer care that the shoes have been handed over to the andheri west showroom and sent them the copy of pod received by me via whatsapp from the showroom for having dispatched the shoes to the company. Then i waited for almost more than 10 days and when i didnot receive any response/replacement/refund from them, i again wrote to them on 10th september, 2020. To which i received a standard reply from the company on 10th september, 2020 and was asked to send the scan copy of the repair slip. I was not told to obtain the repair slip by the company in their mail dated 25/08/2020, they had only advised to handover the shoes to the nearest showroom for defect evaluation. I informed the said fact to the company via my email dated 11th september, 2020. I also informed the company that i had already sent them copy of the pod. Its now more than 13 days there has been no response from woodland about replacement of shoes or refund of my money along with interest and travelling expenses. I was left with no option but to complain here. I was a genuine customer of woodland from many years but now i have totally lost faith in the product.

                  I have sent multiple cancellation requests to woodland, but you choose not to respond to my queries. The product you have delivered was defected, atleast the colour appears to be faded overall and in some areas unrecognizable to the original product i saw at your store. This is without doubt a clear negligence, the defect appears to be due to exposure to sunlight or some sort. I hereby urge you to update the delivery status of the product so that i can avail the return option and to take stringent action against the people behind sending me a clearly defective product.

                    We have ordered a woodland sandals on 20.09.20, and we have done the payment and payment confirmation also came, but we are unable to track the order regarding this query. we have tried to reach Woodlands office many times, but nobody responded and mailed to woodlands team also but there was no response. kindly I request you to take necessary action against woodlands. Thank you.

                      Sir,
                      I'm a Woodland customer for about 10 years. When in case of buying shoes I never had to go for any other brands since Woodland products always served the best for me. But since some time I have an issue with the sole(only the soles, the rest leather always remain brand new) of my shoes getting worn off very soon.
                      I'm having Woodland GC2336116CAMEL, and Woodland FGC[protected]B009 and I want the company to help me with purchasing the soles for both these shoes. I've enquired in the woodland store here, But they gave a response that soles can't be replaced. I think that's not a fair reply to the customer.
                      Hope Woodland would help me with this.

                        I had brought a pair of woodland shoes from amazon around 7-8 months ago.
                        After using for 10-12 times only the shoes have developed spots all over the front side.
                        This is such a bad experience for me from such a branded company

                          This mail is regarding order no. Or-2080979, order placed on[protected] and order delivered on[protected]. The ordered item was a size 42 comfort floaters. I am already having a woodland shoe of the same size and it fits my legs properly.

                          But, to my surprise, i noticed that the size 42 floaters which i ordered is small for my leg. Now, i wish to replace the one with the next higher size. However, the order status displayed in woodland estore website is still "ready to ship" at this moment of registering the complaint on[protected].

                          I tried calling on toll free no.[protected] atleast 2000 times, but i am always getting the response that "all the executives are busy". Any response from the part of woodland will be highly appreciated. Kindly advise on how to proceed.

After a few days i contacted falcon agencies calicut for after-sales services, unfortunately, they cant receive my complaints due to their dealership was canceled, then they suggest me to call your customer care.
                            I didn't get the proper information from your customer care cell.
                            So i expecting a positive response from the worldwide brand of "woodland"

                              I had order shoe online on 23.08.2020, but company supplied me wrong shoes, under invoice dated 26.08.2020. I had received shoes on.28.08.2020 and now no one is available for response on customer care no., no one is replying on email.

                              How to replace my shoes, if it gets delayed they will not exchange what to do...I think no one should buy online ...Stuff at least not from woodland...

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I purchased one pair of woodland shoes on from woodland store in Anantapur . The soul of shoes (Right and left foot) got damaged within 60 days of purchase. The shoes was on 90 days warranty from date of purchase for manufacturing defect but i have lost my bill or i can trust the brand name like woodland so i thought that bill is not required for repair or exchange. I am really hopeful that woodland will provide me with a new pair of shoes or repair the old one.

                                    I have attached the photographs of shoes & my purchased statement. Please look into the matter and come with a solution as early as possible. Thanks in advance.
