Today i visit woodland store alwar bahgat singh Circle, they abuse me, they said i abuse first without any reason, they have alot of attitude without any reason, i am unit manager at alwar location in sbi card, he using abusing language to me, hats off your hospitality to customer, Other staff, including the store manager, were drinking outside the store, and said the store was closed.

I bought my woodland sandals in chennai, and within 6 months my sandal sole is torn. And i cannot reach the woodland customer care, the woodland web site is useless, it would have been nice, if the company provides many service centers or home pick up of the sandals for repair, for the cost being highly charged for the sandal this should be a must by the woodland company.

I have bought woodland scandals on feb1st 2020. But the product is defective, the leather inside the scandals sliding. I went to showroom and explained about my problem but they said they can't do anything. Please do needful. It is very difficult to walk with such defective product. And as a branded company i didn't expect such product. So please do needful

I have purchased a shoe in the above said branch a year back and the same was sparingly used. (Only three to four times). To my surprise a week back while wearing the same and i was in a meeting, the shoe while walking, the sole cut into pieces and the sole completed wornout and had put in me in an embrassing position. I never expected a brand like woodlands will land me in such a situation. I would like to inform you that i am proud used of the brand for the past two decades.

Now, today, i approached the same shop and requested to replace the same for a new one and i was ready to bear the difference, but the distributor reluctant to replace. I had given the piece to them for repairing.in this situation, i request to look into the matter and arrange to replace the same instead repairing, which i fear i may land in the same situtation.

Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated

I ordered this shoe from official woodland website on 2nd feb 2020, delivered in time. But after one time use, while removing the shoes, insole came out with foot. The insole is not properly pasted. Now i couldnt use it because it happens every time and annoying. So kindly replace or solve the defects.

I made an online payment of inr 1618/- with my credit card ending 9955 on[protected] at aero club mumbai india. The web page showed an error and order number was not generated.

Sub : personal legal letter due to the shoes damage

Dear sir/madam,

I brought a woodland 42 inch orange shoes 19/02/2019 from aero club woodland store. Shop code s128, thrissur - 680004. Phone:[protected]. Mrp : 4495. They give me 50% offer and final price 2247. I used 4 times only from september 2019. The sheos was became bad condition like unusable. All area cracks and became damaged. I give them to replace or repair dated 9/1/2020. They sent woodland company for claims. Third february 2020 they told they can give claim amount 1120 and the amount deducted from the next purchase. They offed me one year warranty before i buy. They given me old product or duplicate with manufacturing date in 2015. This is a coasly shoe no chance for any damage. I used this product very carefully because of the cost. And damaged like unusable condition. I brought this shoe because of good brand. I need replacement with same cost or refund my money 2247. I believed good quality and they cheated me with giving old product or duplicate with damaged condition.
Kindly check this issue immediately and please solve my problems immediately. I am attaching purchase and repair bill for your reference.

I ordered a jacket which i had to return because of the wrong size.

They have picked the item on jan 11, but no refund has been issued to my original mode of payment till now. I sent emails to them and every-time, they send me the standard reply that the refund is in-processing and will credit in your account in some time.

Its been more than 3 weeks now since they have picked the item but no refund.

I booked woodland shoes this jan 27th 2020. The online price was showing rs 2348.
When i added to the card and booked.
The price got changed to 2817.
Which is more expensive.

I been regular customer to you. I feel like cheated because your online price shows something and when i booked the price was different.

I have requested on the email to cancel the particular. This has not been done. I have send several emails. I have not received any confirmation.
I booked the different color shoes and you have delivered the different shoes.

It's made from duck hair, but while using jacket all the hairs continuously come out from jacket & affixed to inner clothes

I am purchesed null outdoor shoes in woodland show room, kupempunagar, mysore. But shoe size was little small snd i am asked to change it, but they are told we can not. So please solve to exchange, becouse i am thinking its waste of money and cheating. Also i am regular to there, but they are deciding what size customer to buy. Its looking cheating

I had placed an online order for woodland camel shoes and sweatshirt with or-1614921. Today i got the delivery of shoes but i sweatshirt is missing in courier packet.
As per your online order status, both products are delivered but actually only one product is delivered.

Trying to reach out to their customer care team, but no response.

I have purchased woodland shoes on 26-dec-2019, and found that it was not comfortable wearing those shoe since it gave huge pain while walking. The same was updated to the woodland store, the next day and asked for a replacement. But the shopkeeper advised that he will resize the shoe, so that it will fit properly. I agreed for the same and re-collected after the resize was done. After 3 days from then i found that the elelets/buckles broke out and i have given the shopkeeper for fixing the same and resize the shoe since i was still facing difficulties and pain in walking wearing those shoes. The shoes were taken for repair on 1-jan-2020, the bill for the same is attached with this complaint.

My concern now is that i haven't received any call from the shopkeeper regarding the status of the repair. When i had called twice to enquire about the same, i was treated very arrogantly. Since its more than 24 days i have given the new shoe for repair i request you to please refund the amount i have paid and keep your shoes with yourself.

I purchased jacket (Olive color, rs/2498) on 05-01-20, next day itself jacket color fade out, unable to use it even,
Looks like dirty and i returned on 12-01-20 to the same shop,
They did not call me, i personally visited after one week and they are giving me the same jacket after washing it.
I don't wish to get the same one or the same kind. Please return the money, i don't trust this brand now.

I bought a slipper from woodland centre square mall on december 27 and got damaged within a week. When i went to shop for replacement the behaviour from employee named kamal was very bad. He did not even check in computer to get the bill and refused service. Usually woodland store accept defect within a month and this person was not accepting. When my brother called and asked he agreed to check the bill.

Shoe started getting spoiled within one use and the lace buckle is spoiled. We request for complaint in kerala, woodland store but no one is ready to help us. We had bought the shoe from mangalore and now its not possible to go to mangalore. Kindly help me exchange the shoe in kerala, ernakulam.

I'll buy shoes from oppulent mall ghaziabad that time they say 3 months replacement guarantee I am wear shoes 3rd time and the shoes from the side is having fully pasting issue now they say no replacement now we can fix it this is woodland company or wat I want replacement as soon as possible I'll buy woodland product before also if this camplain is not resolve so I start other brand shoes .

I ordered men's size M jacket and when I received it, the size was wrong. The jacket was very small as if its a boy size.

I emailed them about returning the product as well as tried to contact them through their customer care number. All the efforts went in vain and no response from the company.

Though their return policy says that they should receive the item back in 14 days but I do not get how would the customer send the item within this period when they do not respond to customer return emails / phone calls.

This is really a poor customer experience and I never expected this from a company like Woodland.
