It's made from duck hair, but while using jacket all the hairs continuously come out from jacket & affixed to inner clothes

I had bought a wallet from your outlet on 02/02/2019.
But i found that its stitches came out. I bought this as i thought it is branded and will run for 4-5 years but it can’t.Kindly help me in replacing this wallet. Bill copy and wallet picture is attached in files and also help in providing contact details of authorised person.

So please solve to exchange, becouse i am thinking its waste of money and cheating. Also i am regular to there, but they are deciding what size customer to buy. Its looking cheating

    I am going to store but store not replace my jacket.
    This type off marketing is not tolerable.
    I am requesting you please help.
    I bought the shoe in Woodland last October 2019, after using it for 10 to 15 days, the bottom was bursting sole, but I took it to the showroom but they didn't help me at all. I am very dissatisfied with such a service in Woodland.

      I had placed an online order for woodland camel shoes and sweatshirt with or-1614921. Today i got the delivery of shoes but i sweatshirt is missing in courier packet.
      As per your online order status, both products are delivered but actually only one product is delivered.

      Trying to reach out to their customer care team, but no response.

      Today i bought sandals by seeing the offer of 50%. But after two three usage itself strap is coming off. Very worst sales and srvice by the shop people.If this the quality of the product in the name of offer. please find the photo attached. bad quality and not expected from brand like woodlands.

        Hello,

        I have purchased woodland shoes on 26-dec-2019, and found that it was not comfortable wearing those shoe since it gave huge pain while walking. The same was updated to the woodland store, the next day and asked for a replacement. But the shopkeeper advised that he will resize the shoe, so that it will fit properly. I agreed for the same and re-collected after the resize was done. After 3 days from then i found that the elelets/buckles broke out and i have given the shopkeeper for fixing the same and resize the shoe since i was still facing difficulties and pain in walking wearing those shoes. The shoes were taken for repair on 1-jan-2020, the bill for the same is attached with this complaint.

        My concern now is that i haven't received any call from the shopkeeper regarding the status of the repair. When i had called twice to enquire about the same, i was treated very arrogantly. Since its more than 24 days i have given the new shoe for repair i request you to please refund the amount i have paid and keep your shoes with yourself.

          I ordered a jacket which i had to return because of the wrong size. First, they were not responding for the return. After doing multiple follow ups with the company and after raising complaint on your forum, they finally sent some one to pick up the item.

          They have picked the item on jan 11, but no refund has been issued to my original mode of payment. I sent emails to them and every-time, they send me the standard reply that the refund is in-processing and will credit in your account in some time.

          Its been 12 days now since they have picked the item but no refund.

          The following are the details of my order:

            I purchased jacket (Olive color, rs/2498) on 05-01-20, next day itself jacket color fade out, unable to use it even,
            Looks like dirty and i returned on 12-01-20 to the same shop,
            They did not call me, i personally visited after one week and they are giving me the same jacket after washing it.
            I don't wish to get the same one or the same kind. Please return the money, i don't trust this brand now.

            Woodland is cheating its customers..
            not giving an option to exchange the defect product, Woodland company looted my money in this winter, ia m unable to buy another one.
            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I am Shibu Prabhakaran from Kerala.
            I have been using woodland product for the last 8 Years.

            I bought a brand new woodland Sandal on 06 January 2019
            from Aero Club, Attingal Kachery Junction, Building number 11/1092, Attingal
            State code of the shop is Kerala/32

            The price was RS 3295 and the
            bill number is 201832S182C03140.
            Please see the attached bill

            I am sad to inform that my sandal damaged after 6 month,
            need immediate pasting. It was reported on the shop in July.
            I was assured that the damage will repair without any additional cost.

            The damaged item was given in Aero Club Attingal on October last week and
            the complaint slip number was 78. I got my sandal on yesterday[protected]
            I am sad to inform that they have not done any pasting, the damage is still remaining.

            I would like to request you that to solve my issue.

              I bought a slipper from woodland centre square mall on december 27 and got damaged within a week. When i went to shop for replacement the behaviour from employee named kamal was very bad. He did not even check in computer to get the bill and refused service. Usually woodland store accept defect within a month and this person was not accepting. When my brother called and asked he agreed to check the bill.

              I have received a much bigger size of shoes than I actually ordered. I tried to contact through toll free number but all lines are busy. I ordered a 42 sized shoes and received a 44 or may me 45 sized shoes.
              I want exchange of my product with actual 42 size product.

                    I ordered men's size M jacket and when I received it, the size was wrong. The jacket was very small as if its a boy size.

                    I emailed them about returning the product as well as tried to contact them through their customer care number. All the efforts went in vain and no response from the company.

                    Though their return policy says that they should receive the item back in 14 days but I do not get how would the customer send the item within this period when they do not respond to customer return emails / phone calls.

                    This is really a poor customer experience and I never expected this from a company like Woodland.

                      I've ordered sandals with order id 1530823. And after payment deduction the order was cancelled. But they haven't initiated the refund yet, and they aren't answering any calls from my side and no proper response to e-mail. It's been 17 days since the payment and i haven't received any transaction id for the payment initiation. After sending 8-10 mails and pinging them in twitter they responded me with "we will get back to you" and that's not the response i'm expecting after 17 days. Please help me with this issue.

                        Bought online jacket jc 300 wine order no 1554047 from woodland website and wanted to exchange with smaller size on contacting customer care i was told to exchange at nearby outlet but outlet at paonta sahib refused to accept it and asked me to call customer care and let them talk but it was busy everytime. Even after 20 calls it was busy left with no option at outlet so came back as such. Kindly register complaint against them for this nuisance.

                        I bought my shoes from woodland from Chandigarh 17 sector and then they were not of good quality its thread started taking out then i gave my shoes in sector 17 store and they said the give my shoes till 3 December but its been my 3 rd visit and its been 29 December i went today and they again refused to give my shoes

Tel : [protected]) but within 15 days (On 14th dec 20196) it is been damaged, i have returned sandal to shopkeeper and i have requested for replacement, when i visit on 22nd dec 2019 sandal was in same condition (Still damage), today i have received call from shopkeeper and had a word with him as sandal got repaired, but i will not accept any repaired item because i have requested for replace and not for repair.

                            So, i am requesting you to please refund my paid amount asap it is time consuming for me to track status of my shoes and also money as i have purchased sandal for 3995/- it’s not a less amount so why should i accept repaired or replacement.

                              I ordered (OR[protected] one jacket of Red color but I received Redwood shade which I supposed to be Red while I was ordering the same.

                              Last year I bought Red color jacket of same quality from Connaught place showroom New Delhi, my daughter likes it so I ordered them online but the color is entirely different.

                              I request you to please arrange replacement of jacket with Red color of same range and quality, I want to gift it to my daughter on her Birthday, which is due in coming month.

                              One more thing I would like to bring to your notice that shipping address which I mention is of Allahabad but they deliver them to Billing Address so for replacement they need to collect from:- Ept 11 sarojini nagar, New delhi.

                                I used this jacket for one season and now some patches had developed (Colour fade off) in redish colour.
                                The hole jacket is badly shown and not usable.
                                The cost of jacket was 6000.
                                I have contacted with your rewa showroom but they have very casually.

                                  This is what your people call a brand new pair of shoe. The one who is reading it, I’m not angry at you. But I’m angry with the service you provided to a friend who is really dear to me. According to me Woodland is an iconic brand and better than other. And guess what your sales people not only spoiled your image, it spoiled mine too. I’m like your family member who encourage other to buy woodland products. But this time I’m seriously embarrassed cz of your Noida GIP store. They misbehaved with her and not only that they didn’t even let her in cz she was holding the bag asking for a shoe lace change or a shoe change but your sales person said it’s Christmas we will not change it. When she asked for a valid reason for that they not only shouted at her in front of everyone and embarrassed her too. Shoe did cost her near about 2.6k and she spent almost ₹600 to visit the same store. Store is in GIP mall and not only that I called the store for help and asked to call her and settle the matter, he asked for her number and I informed him that lady is still in mall but he didn’t call and she did wait for almost 1 hors after I called showroom. When I called again he didn’t even pick the call. She already spent almost 1200 to visit the same place and blessed with the service provided. Now she is not willing to visit any of your store. I want strict action agains your sales person behaviour. She is still not reached home because your people gave me false promise to call her back and they didn’t and let me tell you the place where she have to come is Riots affected ( Kalindi Kunj, Jamia) google it. See my call logs, you can see how many time did I tried to call u all. I want serious action and resolution.

                                  I MAILED IT YESTERDAY AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RESPONSE YET, SHOES ARE NEVER USED AND WE FOUND THE DEFECT WHEN WE WERE ON THE WAY TO HOME AND WHEN SHE WALKED UP TO THE STORE AGAIN THEY REFUSED TO CHANGE THE PRODUCT NOT ONLY THAT THEY MISBEHAVED SHOUTED AND EMBARRASSED THE GIRL AND FALSE PROMISED ME TO CALL HER AND SETTLE THE ISSUE, SHE DID WAIT FOR 2 HOURS BUT THEY DIDN'T CALL HER AND NOT ONLY THAT IT WAS EVENING TIME AND RIOTS AFFECTED AREA. THIS HOW THESE PEOPLE TREAT CUSTOMERS AND SPECIFICALLY GIRLS.

                                    Dear woodland team i am bhupendra singh from agra india. First time i purchased your product from your out-late m/s. Aero club (Woodland) shop code : n054 mg road arga india on 18th dec immediately after 2 days i found there is a big manufacturing defect in jacket. I complaint to same store and i am regular calling and visiting but your people is not taking seriously and also don't know the status of my jacket. Many time i asked please provide me your senior person no. Thay are saying we can't not give the number.

                                    I am very disappointed with woodland. I was thinking woodland is one of the best brand in product quality and durability of product.

                                    Behavior of handling customer complaint is very disappointing.

                                      I have a complain regarding my order which i placed on 15th of december. I had ordered woodland men's joggers but its been 7 complete days and i haven't received a single update over it. When i tried to check order status on the website it showed invalid order id after that i tried to connect through mail but later i found that that mail address doesn't exist that mail id was mentioned in the invoice which they mailed me after placing the order.                                         shoe repair

                                        Hi woodlan team,
                                        I have handed over my woodland shoe to hosur (Tamilnadu) woodland shoe for repairing purpose. After 20 days they are respond through call
                                        The shoe not repairable, so come and collect like.
                                        But i have denied to collect, still shoe laying with your hosur show room.

                                        While i have gave the shoe for repairing, they said "the shoe sole need to replace it will chargeable basis". I have agreed...
