I have bought woodland scandals on feb1st 2020. But the product is defective, the leather inside the scandals sliding. I went to showroom and explained about my problem but they said they can't do anything. Please do needful. It is very difficult to walk with such defective product. And as a branded company i didn't expect such product. So please do needful

    I have purchased a shoe in the above said branch a year back and the same was sparingly used. (Only three to four times). To my surprise a week back while wearing the same and i was in a meeting, the shoe while walking, the sole cut into pieces and the sole completed wornout and had put in me in an embrassing position. I never expected a brand like woodlands will land me in such a situation. I would like to inform you that i am proud used of the brand for the past two decades.

    Now, today, i approached the same shop and requested to replace the same for a new one and i was ready to bear the difference, but the distributor reluctant to replace. I had given the piece to them for repairing.in this situation, i request to look into the matter and arrange to replace the same instead repairing, which i fear i may land in the same situtation.

      I ordered this shoe from official woodland website on 2nd feb 2020, delivered in time. But after one time use, while removing the shoes, insole came out with foot. The insole is not properly pasted. Now i couldnt use it because it happens every time and annoying. So kindly replace or solve the defects.

            Sub : personal legal letter due to the shoes damage

            Dear sir/madam,

            I brought a woodland 42 inch orange shoes 19/02/2019 from aero club woodland store. Shop code s128, thrissur - 680004. Phone:[protected]. Mrp : 4495. They give me 50% offer and final price 2247. I used 4 times only from september 2019. The sheos was became bad condition like unusable. All area cracks and became damaged. I give them to replace or repair dated 9/1/2020. They sent woodland company for claims. Third february 2020 they told they can give claim amount 1120 and the amount deducted from the next purchase. They offed me one year warranty before i buy. They given me old product or duplicate with manufacturing date in 2015. This is a coasly shoe no chance for any damage. I used this product very carefully because of the cost. And damaged like unusable condition. I brought this shoe because of good brand. I need replacement with same cost or refund my money 2247. I believed good quality and they cheated me with giving old product or duplicate with damaged condition.
            Kindly check this issue immediately and please solve my problems immediately. I am attaching purchase and repair bill for your reference.

              I ordered a jacket which i had to return because of the wrong size.

              They have picked the item on jan 11, but no refund has been issued to my original mode of payment till now. I sent emails to them and every-time, they send me the standard reply that the refund is in-processing and will credit in your account in some time.

              Its been more than 3 weeks now since they have picked the item but no refund.

                Please find the attached screen shot.

                I booked woodland shoes this jan 27th 2020. The online price was showing rs 2348.
                When i added to the card and booked.
                The price got changed to 2817.
                Which is more expensive.

                I been regular customer to you. I feel like cheated because your online price shows something and when i booked the price was different.

                I have requested on the email to cancel the particular. This has not been done. I have send several emails. I have not received any confirmation.
                I booked the different color shoes and you have delivered the different shoes.

                I have spoken to your customer service. They can't understand what i am trying to say and i have not received the prompt response.

                The color of the product online was different and delivered product is different. Kindly take serious action on this.

                    I bought the shoe in Woodland last October 2019, after using it for 10 to 15 days, the bottom was bursting sole, but I took it to the showroom but they didn't help me at all. I am very dissatisfied with such a service in Woodland.

                        Hello,

                        I have purchased woodland shoes on 26-dec-2019, and found that it was not comfortable wearing those shoe since it gave huge pain while walking. The same was updated to the woodland store, the next day and asked for a replacement. But the shopkeeper advised that he will resize the shoe, so that it will fit properly. I agreed for the same and re-collected after the resize was done. After 3 days from then i found that the elelets/buckles broke out and i have given the shopkeeper for fixing the same and resize the shoe since i was still facing difficulties and pain in walking wearing those shoes. The shoes were taken for repair on 1-jan-2020, the bill for the same is attached with this complaint.

                        My concern now is that i haven't received any call from the shopkeeper regarding the status of the repair. When i had called twice to enquire about the same, i was treated very arrogantly. Since its more than 24 days i have given the new shoe for repair i request you to please refund the amount i have paid and keep your shoes with yourself.

                            Woodland is cheating its customers..
                            not giving an option to exchange the defect product, Woodland company looted my money in this winter, ia m unable to buy another one.
                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I am Shibu Prabhakaran from Kerala.
                            I have been using woodland product for the last 8 Years.

                            I bought a brand new woodland Sandal on 06 January 2019
                            from Aero Club, Attingal Kachery Junction, Building number 11/1092, Attingal
                            State code of the shop is Kerala/32

                            The price was RS 3295 and the
                            bill number is 201832S182C03140.
                            Please see the attached bill

                            I am sad to inform that my sandal damaged after 6 month,
                            need immediate pasting. It was reported on the shop in July.
                            I was assured that the damage will repair without any additional cost.

                            The damaged item was given in Aero Club Attingal on October last week and
                            the complaint slip number was 78. I got my sandal on yesterday[protected]
                            I am sad to inform that they have not done any pasting, the damage is still remaining.

                            I would like to request you that to solve my issue.

                              I bought a slipper from woodland centre square mall on december 27 and got damaged within a week. When i went to shop for replacement the behaviour from employee named kamal was very bad. He did not even check in computer to get the bill and refused service. Usually woodland store accept defect within a month and this person was not accepting. When my brother called and asked he agreed to check the bill.

                              I have received a much bigger size of shoes than I actually ordered. I tried to contact through toll free number but all lines are busy. I ordered a 42 sized shoes and received a 44 or may me 45 sized shoes.
                              I want exchange of my product with actual 42 size product.

                                    I ordered men's size M jacket and when I received it, the size was wrong. The jacket was very small as if its a boy size.

                                    I emailed them about returning the product as well as tried to contact them through their customer care number. All the efforts went in vain and no response from the company.

                                    Though their return policy says that they should receive the item back in 14 days but I do not get how would the customer send the item within this period when they do not respond to customer return emails / phone calls.

                                    This is really a poor customer experience and I never expected this from a company like Woodland.

                                      I've ordered sandals with order id 1530823. And after payment deduction the order was cancelled. But they haven't initiated the refund yet, and they aren't answering any calls from my side and no proper response to e-mail. It's been 17 days since the payment and i haven't received any transaction id for the payment initiation. After sending 8-10 mails and pinging them in twitter they responded me with "we will get back to you" and that's not the response i'm expecting after 17 days. Please help me with this issue.

                                        Bought online jacket jc 300 wine order no 1554047 from woodland website and wanted to exchange with smaller size on contacting customer care i was told to exchange at nearby outlet but outlet at paonta sahib refused to accept it and asked me to call customer care and let them talk but it was busy everytime. Even after 20 calls it was busy left with no option at outlet so came back as such. Kindly register complaint against them for this nuisance.

                                        I bought woodlands shoes with pride on my wedding in 2012, but i never been used more than twice means few hours, last week i weared to attend a meeting the toe on both gets very hard and after my few steps both broken, really i got upset about the woodlands product, i never expected this brand will be like this much worthless
